The side of the lake beside the resort is not clean. The swimming pool is for kids, people go swimming with full clothing

Visit date: June 18th I wouldn't recommend this place for many reasons: 1. Visiting Fayoum to see the lake is part of the experience, but the resort leaves the beach without the minimum care. 2. The swimming pool is pretty small. With large number of visitors, it is just a nightmare. There's another small/child pool but the area there is not good at all. 3. The public restrooms are so dirty and there are only two of them. 4. The quality of food at the restaurant was average--nothing special. Perhaps because we were a very large group! However, the rooms are pretty acceptable. Spacious and have a bathroom and a living area. The staff is also friendly and provide help as needed. Overall, unsatisfactory experience.

Hey, I gotta be honest - I wasn't too thrilled with the place. It just didn't seem like the right vibe for couples. Plus, the furniture was super old and uncomfortable, and the hospitality was seriously lacking.

Not recommended at all , very bad experience 😔 Dirty rooms with no maintenance at all. Noises all around the resort and too much visitors from out side every day and night . Lazy staff Not even close to professional . Although amazing lake view, design and landscape .

Not recommended, very old, no maintenance for the facilities. Food low quality The toilets need maintenance. the fridge was very old and not clean. kettle not available Wifi connection didn't reach the suite. Nice garden and lake view

good place to spend a day or to stay for a long vacation. there is a pool, garden, restaurant, and even you can book to make your wedding here. good cafe on the lake side with good view on lake qaroun. prices are very good with respect to the quality of service. definitely recommend it for families and friends.

Perfect location, staff, and view. However the food is not the best at all as we were the only guests.

If you enjoy a hostel this is the place for you but if you are looking for decent hotel them maybe not. The lake stinks of raw sewage, water cut-off in the middle of the shower, flys everywhere, really worn furniture and really not super clean. Food was decent but took too long for drinks to arrive. Staff was friendly and helpful but we should not have needed help for things that should be standard in a basic hotel room. It seemed that day use guests were giving priority over guests actually staying in the hotel. At least 100 of them piled in around 9am and took over the pool area with many screaming children. A huge wedding was going all through the night with loud music. Definitely not a place for relaxation.

It is a very nice place in terms of service and rooms but the location is not good the lake smells very bad and the pools are small and crowded everything there including meals and snack and even water is double the price

Very nice place and stuff. Need some renovations in bathrooms. Other than that it is worth the money. The camp fire is fantastic and a must to do. Thanks all lovely stuff

I made a pre-reservation, however, the rooms were not cleaned, and the towels are not clean. Also, the internet does not work, even the basic drinks in any hotel, most of them are not available, and there is no pay with visa card in the place. In fact, this is the first and last time I book this place
