This company supposed to get rates by mines I book a ticket by online they shocked me when reach airport that no bags are allowed to put the reason was that i didn't inform that i have bags the other solution was bay by killo for the bag 20 killo cost 90 kd the ticket it self was 56 so i got mad call a friend he leave his work to get my bag back kuwait went home without any of my personal things suffer for 2 weeks of my vacation because of this weirdo company they should do youtube movies for hidden camera show 👎

An experience that I will not repeat when it comes to booking complications and a failed flight, and those who care about paying the least. My sister, if there is a mistake in the names or adding another name, you pay fees in exorbitant amounts, a failed flight in the true sense of the word, and I do not support anyone booking it, it is complicated, and there are no facilities for booking.

The worst airlines and they are still strict about the PCR even though there is a new regulations but they still make it hard on passengers … Second: they kept us in a crowded bus from the airport to the plane for about 10 minutes standing and no air Then after all the flight got delayed . The staff at the checkpoint are not friendly at all For me personally I would deal with them again and I prefer to spend more money on other airlines but be comfortable and knowing that we will be treated well …

Worst airlines ever they charged me per kilo for the luggage 🧳 and ended up paying 1640 AED for the bag! Never flying on fly Dubai again

It was wonderful experience flying with the carrier. Very supportive Crew and provided all the assistant to the passengers. Food was ok.

We’ve travelled a hundred times on different airlines in these corona days. FlyDubai won’t let us on without “print outs” of test even though results are delivered digitally and all other countries and airlines accept digital copies. They will not print it for us and no available printers around. I have someone driving across the country to bring me printouts and hoping they get here in time. The least they can do is provide a printing services. I already regret choosing FlyDubai. For the price of the economy tickets, the flights were terrible! Such uncomfortable seats for more than a $1000! We had to upgrade to business on our return. Nothing about FlyDubai was worth it. Should have gone with Qatar airlines xD

One of the worst airlines ever you could deal with I don’t know how emirates contracted them, they are not reliable at all careless people and they will destroy all your plans either for business or leisure not recommended at all better for them to change the industry a failure story

We've been delayed at Kuwait Airport for three hours, and when we contacted the local office in Kuwait to inquire about the situation, the manager, Abdallah el Jendi, was very rude and stated that he couldn't assist us in any way - he said log a complaint .

We were put on a bus, to reach the aircraft and kept inside without it moving for 30 mins. Thereafter we boarded the airplane and kept there for 40 more mins. Then taken back to airport to go through security again and waited at airport for 45 mins. Then back to the aircraft. Flight was delayed 4 hrs without any updates or info given throughout. Ofcourse as if that wasn't enough, my bags didn't reach final destination. After several emails and no response I finally visited the airport 3 days later to find out that my bags had arrived the same evening! Then to add insult to injury I've been chasing fly Dubai for 2 weeks and still waiting for just a letter stating reason for delay to claim insurance on my credit card. Pathetic, my first and last using this unprofessional airlines.

Fly Dubai having good customer service

Amazing staff very responsive and supportive. I contacted them on a Thursday afternoon (2:30 pm) I needed an urgent Visa to Dubai; I needed to be in Dubai urgently on Friday. It was almost impossible to get a Visa on the same day and on a weekend. They were very responsive and very fast to proceed with the Visa process. They promised to pushed for my Visa. and this is what happened. They got me my visa at 8:00 pm and book me my ticket directly. For me it was impossible to get this Visa. Fly Dubai Made it possible :D :D On a side note: Also the payment process is very simple. They sent me a link and I paid from my Knet :)
