Such a refreshing ambience we got in here. The hotel has very good location for local transport. I’m very excited to spend holidays with my family here when we travel to Dubai.

The entire staff has been so warmly accommodating, kind, and helpful beyond our needs; from the security team, valet parking men, to the front desk staff, housekeeping for our the lovely room, to the F&B team, you amazed us with your exceptional customer service. We were delighted at the dining, we enjoyed the fresh, health-friendly, and flavorful cuisine with your welcoming smiles and excellent hospitality. Newly opened hotel in the city, Other than the hotel being spotless and refreshing (the towels are soft, the bed is nice as well) what really stands out is the staff, They are absolutely attentive and nice and well trained, from the concierge to the floor managers. A true thank you for everyone. The hotel has facilities (gym,sauna,steam, and pool) The facilities are well maintained and equipped. It’s only missing a spa but I understand it will be opened soon. The dining is good and they have interesting sea food selection if you like that (I tried mushroom soup it was nice, pasta, seafood salad all were good) The breakfast is buffet but sometimes it is set menu depending on the number of visitors which I think is great way to save food waste. The location is in city-center which is walking distance of main shops etc, It’s not close to the beach (unless by car) if that’s what’s you are looking for. I would recommend it for couples and business trips, but I am not sure about what they offer for children. I would also recommend enhancing the experience for tourist or people who visit the area for the first time by explaining/having a guide on the city and main attractions or organize hiking trips etc. And/or arranging shuttles/transportation to dubai or beach area I did not explore/witness that option so I am not sure how well they do it. I really hope they maintain the same standards and service throughout the years.

the welcoming was amazing with cookies and coffee. the staff are all very polite and welcoming. i totally loved my stay, and would come again. i gave 4 starts because: 1- the AC at night became warm, but couldn't call them so not to wake my baby. 2- when you call them to bring something they take too long to do it. i had to call them 4 times, 15 minutes apart to get the prayer mat i asked for :/

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful the ambiances so fancy and staff are super friendly specially ms sandra in bistro.1550 restaurants she serve as well and the food is delicious. I love those foods is so delicious and the presentation was look good I am definitely going back.

The hospitality of the hotel was amazing. Staff were very accommodating. Special thanks to Mr. Devendra, who was lifeguard at pool but he went out of the way & started teaching swimming to our children. He was expert in his job. I would have hired him as the trainer if I was staying in Fujairah.

Amazing time spent at this hotel. I never usually leave reviews but I was truly Impressed by the customer service, especially by the night team. Room was spotless and the cafe was great. Would definitely come back to Fujairah. Hopefully this customer service

My recent stay at the Double Tree property didn't quite turn out to be a great one. Right from entering the property the service level was always on a lower side, with staffs less interested in welcoming guests. Firstly, at the lobby, I was told that Valet Parking facility is available and I just leave the car there to be picked up by one of the drivers. But the shocking part was, even after I had done the check-in process, my car was still in the same place with engines on and no body around. What if some random person comes and takes away my car, then obviously the hotel management won't take responsibility for it. So, I went myself, took the car, found the parking lot with the help of few other guests who had come there and parked it. If this was told upfront then I would have done it by then. Secondly, the room provided to us was a very odd shaped room. We had specifically informed the reception that we are staying with a baby and we would require a different room, as using a crib in the allotted room will make walking space around the room, zero. However, as usual our request was declined saying there is not even a single room that is available for reallocating to us. Thirdly, the breakfast area is too cramped with less moving space. The team needs to find a bigger space to accommodate enough guest, else people unnecessarily have to wait or find a place in one of those cramped areas. Also, options in vegetarian has to be increased.

The staff is very helpful, kind and caring. The breakfast is great The room is very clean and neat They have the best pillows ever. Thanks for everything

We were very happy with the ambience, service and treatment at facilities during the stay at Double tree by Hilton. Special thanks to Liana she is manager there and at reception and Miss. Su, they are really having great helping nature. We could see from the hotel service had a great quality, both because of its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as service and constant concern for our comfort. Thank you especially for being aware of guest requirements.

I recently stayed at this hotel with high hopes for a relaxing weekend, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room service was unreliable, often failing to serve us, and their responsiveness was lacking. The bed was notably uncomfortable, making the stay even more disappointing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place to others based on my overall unsatisfactory experience.

We booked the hotel for 4 night , got three rooms ,on check -in got a smoking room ! , and each room is in different level although we have 3 young children We asked for connecting room , it was a mission impossible , at the end we suggested to them to find any room in same level , managed to get accessible room ! , in other hotels they usually suggest an update to solve this issue , but it is a poor front desk management! , 3rd night could manage to move from the accessible room , so had to do rearrangement for the kids so they are with us in the same level , asked for room refresh cleaning , like cleaning the bathroom and fresh towel had to call three time and nothing happened except throwing few towel for us in the room , no valley parking after 9pm , breakfast front desk not sure about our number to access although we are 7 persons 4 adult and 3 children in 3 rooms ! Not recommended for families at all .

The hotel's atmosphere was very calm, clean, and pleasant. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. I also noticed that craftsmanship in building work was very good. This might sound silly but after staying at so many hotels in the UAE this hotel's quality of materials and finishing of the building work was very good. Breakfast was tasty and so many choices to choose from. Freshly made and served. From the lobby to reception, breakfast staff to housekeeping all the employees were happy and very welcoming. All our needs and inquiries were answered straight away with out hassle. Which made our stay wonderful.

The experience has been delightful in terms of ambience, the restaurant, —sourabha and rakshya are very hospitable, friendly and yet very professional in their conduct— the pool was good— the life guard is very vigilant towards children and ensures engagement and safety simultaneously, deserves an applause !! However, the worst was the housekeeping— an area for improvement I must say— you call them they don’t show up plus the argumentative nature of the staff handling phone calls— the ladies who clean were sweet but spoke to a very unprofessional woman on the phone— been traveling around but it’s rare you come across a scenario like I did— if housekeeping is on this level with barely 30 percent occupancy I wonder where would it go if in any case the hotel reaches a desired height of occupancy. I had a lovely experience but this leaves a bad taste— we chose these places to relax not argue with ill-mannered staff members !

The place exceeded our expectations. From the Welcome at the reception, the service, the quality of Rooms,the breakfast buffet, everything was par excellence. We were upgraded to a suite for 2 days , provided with cookies upon arriving, Welcome snacks provided to our room and were taken care of to the last detail. On both the days for breakfast the chef met us during breakfast to check if we were satisfied with everything. The food spread was good and they have a wide range of cuisines. The in-room dining experience could probably be made better. The receptionists were all quite helpful. The life guard at the pool was teaching our child swimming tricks and was impressive as well. The gym was also amazing. Clean rooms, great people and great food. What more can one ask for!

Best service received. We had 2 suites and both were extremely clean. The pool temperature was controlled, which I like to most. My family and I enjoyed our weekend, and my parents certainly had a blast on their wedding anniversary celebration. There was an access to the mall with Domino's pizza. Inside, we tried Bistro 1550 and enjoyed the the breakfast. Appreciate the kindness of their staff, especially Fatima, Mo and Su, hotel location and accessibility . Thank you all, will surely be back.

My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom was also spotless and had plenty of towels and toiletries. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet that included fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a variety of pastries and bread. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff was attentive and responsive to any requests or questions I had. They made me feel valued as a guest and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
