First of all the food was good, but sadly the service wasn’t ! The waiter who welcome us give us a great service. After we finished our food no one took the plates and stuff even we finished for like 15minutes (the first waiter wasn’t here anymore) I had to bring it back myself to the waiter. Remember that it’s a restaurant cafe not a Starbucks or Macdonald where I would throw it myself. Then another waiter dropped few paper cups on the floor. He should have throw it but instead he return it to the same place I think it’s unacceptable, and even more during this situation. I would definitely rate the food 4-5 stars but the service and hygiene is very poor ! This happend the Friday August 7 after 2pm to 4pm

What a wonderful place. Staff were so friendly, food was delicious, coffee was perfect. Yes food and drink prep takes a while but I think that's because it's so good. Loads of parking at the front and around the back. So glad we stopped in for lunch.

Great Atmosphere, Lackluster Food I recently visited Lauren Café with high expectations, drawn in by its reputation for a professional staff and an amazing environment. While both of these aspects lived up to their billing, I must admit that I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Let's start with the positives. The staff at Lauren Café was undeniably professional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my visit. They were knowledgeable about the menu, quick to respond to any requests, and ensured a pleasant dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The environment of Lauren Café is truly something to behold. The interior design is tasteful and modern, with comfortable seating arrangements that allow for both privacy and socializing. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, making it an ideal spot for catching up with friends or even working alone. The café also boasts plenty of natural light, adding to its overall charm. However, the main letdown was the food. Despite the high praise I had heard, the dishes I ordered failed to impress. The flavors were bland and lacked the creativity I had hoped for. The presentation was average at best, and the portions were somewhat underwhelming for the price. It felt as though the kitchen was missing the mark in terms of taste and attention to detail. While it's understandable for a café to have its ups and downs, I believe Lauren Café needs to improve its food offerings to match the caliber of its staff and environment. Introducing more innovative and flavorful dishes, as well as refining the existing menu items, would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Lauren Café falls short of its potential due to the disappointing quality of its food. The professional staff and amazing environment are definite highlights, but unfortunately, they are overshadowed by the lackluster culinary experience. I hope the café takes this feedback constructively and works towards elevating its menu to truly match the rest of its impressive attributes.
