This company is fooling the customers online. They have mentioned in their policy clearly "Return or exchange in 7 days in the original packing" Now they refuse to follow their policy and denying my returns . ITS A BIG SCAM

I bought MCI 525. To be frank, I am amazed with this product of them. Bass lovers, this may not be a product for you but it is with a decent level and better than the very best sorta thing. Beat dependent light show is just awesome at this entry level speakers. Service provided by the store representative Mr. Marlo was number 1. Highly recommend this store for all music lovers if you would wish to visit the store. They have post delivery support and warranty so you have a peace of MIND :) Thanks Mediacom team :)

Small store but service has been wonderful. Carlo was great. I have been ordering online and I actually went there and visited them. Very good and informative. I would go back again.

Try putting the correct business hours up, not good business to have people drive all the way there to see your makeshift hours (opening from midday not 9am) just posted on the door...Not very considerate or thoughtful.

The web site says open at 9am but I've been waiting now for 20 minutes past 9am and no sign of anyone. Please get you facts right.
