First day night my body start to itching I was shocked maybe hotel has flys or mosquitoes finally second night I catch it surprise it was bed bugs I call the cleaning supervisor I have showed them what’s in my bed He took action to change my room oh he told me he’s gonna send bellboy to change my room bellboy came and say my room will be 13 floor he even did not pick up one pocket what a service it’s just worth it’s just shame for customer service your guest is catching bedbugs from your hotel and no one can come and say apologize Here’s the video City Tower Hotel bedbugs maybe you will meet if you stay this Hotel

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!” Can I leave a no-star review? I have been accommodated in this so-called and definitely mis-rated (for its nowhere near the four star status that it has) “hotel”. From the moment you enter, the reception staff are untrained, unprofessional, and don’t know the meaning of customer service, especially if you are not a local. If you are a local, they will treat you like kings and kiss your feet. Also, you might wanna think twice sitting in their seats, in my two months of stay here, never have I seen them sanitize those, the staff don’t even sanitize their hands, so why would they sanitize the chairs for their customers?. Attitude-wise, the font desk staff are extremely rude, arrogant, and stinks! Like literally! I’d love to introduce them to deodorant and perfume. But since they are so badly-mannered, I’d say let their odour speak for their attitude. And they are in desperate need of customer service training. So don’t expect to be treated like a “customer”. Second, the lifts. There are three lifts in total. I’d recommend, if you ever made the mistake of staying here, to use the middle one, especially if you are a group/family and have a lot of luggage. Its the only one big enough to accommodate a “group”. At night, starting from 9pm, one of the lifts will be dedicated only to the floors with the bars and disco, so expect a long queue at night. And be prepared for some other drunk “guests”. Speaking of bars and disco, the first two floors of this building is filled with those. There is Arabic, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Indian bars among others. They are open from 9pm to 3am. So if you happen to be at the lobby during those hours, expect a lot of drunken encounters. Not a place for children. Strictly rated SPG. And if you are expecting a good night’s sleep, well you are in for a nightmare. The bars and discos are so noisy you wont be able to sleep unless you put on a noise-cancelling headphone. I am in the tenth floor and I can still hear their terrible music, loud and clear, as if I am there in the bar itself. My first two nights in the fourth floor? SLEEPLESS. I wasn’t transferred until the third night, because they were “fully booked”. The truth is, the staff in the reception are just lazy. If you ever call them, dont expect to be answered right away. You might wanna try it a few times. I think its their MO so that guests will get tired of calling them. If you can, get a room high up. Bathroom: funny smell! It doesnt necessarily smell bad, but it doesnt smell clean either. And the towel!!! OMG! Better not to touch them!!! They are not white anymore! They’re more like gray! And others have stains. There a few good days where the cleaners will give you a gleaming white towel. But even those seemingly clean towels I am scared to use. Im thinking that with the unhygienic staff, there is a really good chance that those towels were not properly washed. Use at your own risk. The housekeeping staff told us that only 3 towels are provided per floor everyday, so they just re-use the towels! Beddings, NOT changed everyday. And there is a very high possibility that the beddings in your room were already used by the previous guest! I asked one of the cleaning staff and said that the beddings were only changed once every 3 days. So yeah. Wi-Fi. If you are travelling for business and need to send emails or make conference calls via Zoom or others, well thats not gonna happen. They have wi-fi, dont get me wrong, but the signal, thats non-existent. So make sure you have your own data plan. Beds. I was lucky I got one of the few good ones. But my room mate, not so lucky. He got back pain from the worn out mattress. He complained a lot, but nothing happened. So we took matters into our own hands and switched his mattress with a good one from another room. At night dont be shocked if you will see some bouncers wielding batons in the reception. They’ll keep you safe from the drunk guests. So thank them.

A terrible hotel with ill mannered staffs, they don’t know even how to behave with their guests. DIRTY, CHEAP & THE WORST! As a guest I was standing at the reception and all three staffs were talking over phone, they were not even bothering that their guests are here and they should talk or help them to start their stay. All their ratings seems FAKE:(

The location is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. No Internet WiFi. Very Very Noisy rooms in the floor 18. as the sound of the music is very very loud that we could not sleep until 4 o'clock in the morning. We requested the reception to give us rooms away from Discos and night clubs but even the 18 floor the sound is very very noisy. We also requested the receptionist to reduce the sound but unfortunately his reply was (I can't !!)

Bed sheets not changed even after 5 days. Full information regarding in house services not provided (including but not limited to laundry) Generally ok to stay if u are in the higher floors,don’t recommend lower floors as noise from the night clubs hinders a peaceful night.

This hotel is horrible. Everything is extremely BAD . The washroom has no drainage and very old, color changed equipment ,and once you open the shower everything will be flooded . The water next to toilet was not working . The bed sheets were dirty with brown spots and small insects. We asked for a new bed sheets and for washroom maintenance and they took too long time to answer our request. In addition to a very bad cigarette smell in the room . The AC was very very cold and we couldn’t change the temperature or switch it off . We asked for another room many times but they said there are no available rooms . We couldn’t sleep properly that night. We checked in 12 am and we left 7 am . I don’t recommend the hotel at all .

Very disappointed and very bad experience I have no idea why some reviewers are saying very clean which opposite as the facility is not all clean and very poor housekeeping I do NOT recommend such hotel for whom looking for comfort, relax and enjoyment. Rude staff and very aggressive with customers and take care of your staff very well during the home service delivery or not allowed them to enter your room at all

I don’t know how and who rated this hotel has four star it’s a cheap place to stay in for the same price you can get much much better place . I have videos for the room and the hotel but unfortunately I cannot publish only picture is allowed

The stay is just okay.. they will provide only 2 small bottles of water and if you request more they will ask you money even if they have mentioned on the web site free drinking water..

Very bad smell at the entrance, and in the rooms. Towels are old, as the color of it are changed to near black. Very old and low quality bathroom equipment. Too late to answer your requests to change towels. Totally bad experience.

Its really disappointing ,I have a booking with them on 11th and it's my birthday I made a small request ..no one replied from hotel side...and front office staff was not at all helpful he asked me to call emad his manager directly, he was not ready to listen my request and keep talking his own...so finally I cancelled my booking with them...they are not listening before checkin wat horrible service I will get after I go there so I wont recommend this hotel

Our stay was ok here. We were proved big room. Staff provides late service this should be improved and kettle and glasses which were provided needed more cleaning. This should be taken care of for better customer satisfaction. There is lot of scope for improvement here

For this price quality is acceptable. Clean rooms, helpful stuff. But this is one of THIS hotels, where you cannot open the window. The room is stuffy. It’s hard to breathe. If it is important for you - ask before reservation or just find another hotel.

Good price. Nice spacious rooms Service can be more efficient Buffet was a bit hot and cold. Swimming pool is not enough for full length swim. Gym equipment are broken. Overall good stay here.

The reception staff is appalling. I’ve never come across such rude hotel staff. We canceled our booking after trying to deal with these people for an hour. Didn’t even make it to the room. Well done for setting such a low standards. Wish there was a rating for less than one star. Couldn’t even help us in a weather emergency.

Location is the only good thing.. room service and staff to improve…. Need to call 100 times before getting anything done. Breakfast too not a great spread..cleaning of room too not nice. They skip at times cleaning rooms and have to call up. Hotel has few other entertainment joints and gets crowded post 9 or 10pm…most of the toilet don’t have proper fixtures with many leaky. Overall ok for a quick stay considering rates.

Location and environment is good . Big free car parking beside hotel . Room clean . One thing service only I have to tell about . Reception very slow action , need to improve I was asking towel and they didn’t come . That really I am so disappointed with 8 dec night duty staff at reception. Over all good . They need to training staff to improve.

Good location. Friendly check in. Room is very basic but no complaints for the price. I would say the hotel is 3 stars not 3. But the price is 3 star price, so can't be too harsh. Parking is free but you are going to be parking on the sand next to the hotel thankfully Fujairah has close to zero crime so that's not an issue. They have a night club that runs until the early hours... so ask for a high floor if you want a good night's sleep in case on floor 16 and could hear it faintly.... so those on floors 10 and below would surely hear it!

It's a great place for a 4 star hotel it's amazing. And the staff was amazing not rude at all. Daniel the house keeping manager was really kind. The only problem was the kettle we wanted to drink some coffee but the kettle's plug was short so it was quite hard but other then that it's great! It's a must go location if your in fujairah city:)

Very poor service. Rooms are not good. I stayed there for 3 days.First day i asked them to clean the room and give me water bottle. I called them them for 4 times and then someone was asking over call what service you need. 4 time i mentioned. For food I called and asked them to deliver after 2 hours. Nobody delivered. It was very disappointed. Never expected this type of service.

I had to stay here because I have recently taken a local job in Fujairah. This hotel is actually built in a residential apartment building. So the rooms are small and also you won’t feel that you’re in a hotel. The floors near to the first floor experience loud noise from the nightclubs on 1st floor.

Not suitable for families at all ❌❌❌ 1-The swimming pool wasn't clean and the water was dirty . 2-receptions ARE NOT professional and rude . 3- lots of drunk people in the evening which they ARE NOT guests they're coming from outside entering the main entrance and using guests elevator!! Why don't you arrange for them separated entrance !!! They were saying bad words and we couldn't say anything as they were drunk in the elevator! 4- steam room is not working . 5- too much noise in the evening coming from clubs in 1,2 floor till 4 Am we barely slept.

Everything was very good at this hotel. Room was medium sized but very clean. Wash room was clean also. They provided everything required for the guests. Room Service food was good quality, big portion, tasty and price was cheap. Finding parking was easy here. All over very good experience. The matress was hard which is a plus point for me as i have lower back pain. There is a mini fridge also in the room. Location is in heart of Fujairah city. This hotel is far far better than many hotels in Dubai. Room rent is cheaper than other hotels of Fujairah. 100% satisfied.

Very very bad experience. No responsibility from the management or employees. Just promising and giving wrong information and after you Tarvel long distance they change their minds and not respond from management (mark) for your answer. Twice time bad service. A very good hotel to have a stay in. The good part is nice rooms. Bathrooms have leaking pipes making floors wet and slippery. Negative point of the hotel is that its ot a peaceful place to live in. The hotel has about 10 clubs so having a good night sleep generally creates problem. I prefer top floors for room booking as in lower floors we can hear music sound all night long. Location is also not very appealing. Its located at far end of Fujaireh from beach.

Quite a nice hotel, but very noisy, and I was not able to sleep throughout the stay because of the annoying songs until 4:30 am 👎🏼 and there are some insects too 🤢

Overall the hotel is Excellent. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful. You will able to get all the services like spa, saloon, bar, disco and restaurants in this place with an affordable price. They also allowed me a late check out without any arguments. I highly recommend this place to hang out with your family and friends.

Room desperately needs updates and repairs. Room was poorly stocked but the staff was responsive to requests. There's several clubs and restaurants in the building that are loud, terribly loud. We were on the 20th floor and the noise woke us in the early morning hours.

The worst place to stay, especially the Egyptian manager he needs to learn how to behave with others. Will never ever consider it at all. It does not even deserve a half star.

OF COUSE I WILL NOT COME BACK!! They try to bargain us in the philipino disco. For the bill of 100, they tried to charge us 150aed saying that they put on us some flowers (that we didnt take). At the end, security retain us when we reject to pay extra charges despite we try to talk with the manager of the disco an explain the situation. Due to unfortunate events, security end hiting one of the girls in the group in the face.... (punch her) Really? For 50AED? SUCH A FAIL FOR A HOTEL MANAGEMENT... DONT GO THIS PLACE!!

Everything was just bad. We booked in this hotel as we are in a hurry, so was not able to check the reviews - exactly as our experience. I am normally checking out the reviews before booking but my partner booked this so called 4 star hotel as we are so tired driving around Fujairah and we don’t have the energy to drive back to Dubai - which was the original plan. So when we arrived, the receptionist is not even paying attention to my partner, and even while she is assisting him, she’s not even looking at him. It was okay, we thought maybe she’s tired. After checking in, my partner noticed that aside from the weird attitude of the staff, there’s a lot of flies inside but since we already paid ahead, we just shrug it off. Before we went to our room, we are trying to figure out where we can park because every staff we asked was just saying “anywhere”. So that’s all fine. However when we were inside the room, that’s when I almost freak out. Eveything is just a mess! The room smells bad and there’s just quite a lot of dust everywhere! TV and telephone is not working, we’re wondering how they’d call us to remind us for check out or stuff like that. We tried to just hold it in since it’s just for night. There’s a room attendant we tried to ask help for just a spoon and fork because have food and to my surprise, he said it is not his job, we have to call the reception. It was okay to do so however we informed him that the phone is not working and as per him, he will call someone to fix - and obviously no one came. We were in 22nd floor and we don’t want to go down to just complain. So we let it all pass. I normally bring towels even when we are checking in a hotel since Covid started but since this is all unplanned, I thought i’ll have to use their towels but when I saw it, my gosh! it is nearly black in color. I don’t have the guts to even use it in my feet, so I used my other clothes instead. The next day, I wanted to use their kettle but it was sooo dirty. There’s a small pantry outside and when my partner tried to use the oven, it is not working either, not to mention that it looks dirty too. Btw, I even saw the customer feedback form which has a comment from way back April. Will never ever go back in this horrible place!
