Our stay at this hotel was awful. We had to leave the hotel inthe night. Series of things were happening. The worst thing being that their priority is not to make their customers comfortable and safe, just because we were checking out the next day. They did not really care about us. First of all as we got into the room. It looked all nice, they turned everything on for us, by the middle of the night i noticed my daughter awake, when i checked i discovered their AC was not cooling but because her siblings were asleep we decided to call reception inthe morning. They sent in someone. To fix it. We left the room for breakfast and were gone all day returning inthe evening. We found the AC still not working and shortly after something tripped and part of the lights went off and we could smell something burning. We rushed everyone out of the room.. We stayed out. for a while before they sent someone. The technician did not even know what to do. All this while we are sitting inthe room waiting for a response on whether they are moving us to another room. I got everyone to pack but no one was communicating with us. I called the receptionist and she told me that they are changing our room and i should wait 5mins for someone to come and help us move our stuff. One hour or more later no one had shown up. By this time my children were tired and my daughter was struggling to breathe as she has asthma and the burning smell in the room was very strong. My children carried All our luggage to the car and we asked to checkout. Their was already so much chaos at the reception desk. No manager or supervisor on site. They asked us to wait We waited another 20 mins or more before the supervisor showed up and they were quick to returning our money and we just left. This was the worst experience ever i can't even explain all the details. I will never recommend this hotel at all apart from all this even though we were in a non smoking room, their was cigarette smell everywhere inthe room, coakroaches inthe bathrooms and inthe night you can hear all the noise coming from the night Club even though they claim that the rooms are soundproofed.

We stayed here for 2 days and 3 nights but not satisfied with the services. 1. Card is not working in entering to our room. We reported it many times but actions done didn't solve anything. 2. Poor internet connection. 3. No Complimentary slippers upom check in, you have to call the reception and request. 4. Amenities, it's not well maintained/clean. Gym is dusty, pool is not clean, Sauna was dirty it's not being use. 5. Room is not sound proof. You can hear voices/noice outside. 6. Room is Dim, lamps were the only source of lights. 7. Requested for extra towels for two rooms bec. We occupy two rooms but they only give one. So we have to call again. We requested bottled water but only give two. So we have to call again. - Food for breakfast is fine. - They clean your room everyday.

Worst experience ever ! :> :-( 1. Parking space was full & they asked to park in the beach side 2. Room was not ready even we reached after 2 hours from check-in time 3. Badly-smelling bathroom, uncleaned bathtub and drainage hole 4. TV in Arabic language 5. Dusty window glasses 6. No food menus, empty refrigerator 7. Restaurant team was slow in responding. We had to follow-up 2-3 times for the ordered food 8. No guidance regarding facilities available in the hotel like gym, club and pool which was very poor in condition. 9. Very small and common swimming pool at the roof top. And the time is from 8 a.m to 8 p.m only 10. No Cooling in AC. Tried to inform reception but no response 11. Their "International breakfast" menu items are: Bread and butter, noodles, cut-fruits and vegetables, masala omelet, tea, coffee and juices. It was very crowd, un-organized. 12. Check-out calls before 1 hour of offered time. They could spoil our complete vacation mood, time and money. We hated the complete trip because of this and decided never to go to Fujairah any more.

the worst stay of my life on 27-7-2022 we had to evacuate our home because of the floods we had to go to this hotel the staff were impolite especially the duty manager they were taking advantage of the floods and made one night 500aed a quick reminder that usually one night is 171 aed the room had a nasty smell they didn’t answer when i called multiple times to get water and order they made us pay 500 and told us to not call them or order extra water and beds when we complained the manager said “it’s a deluxe room” this is unacceptable they took advantage of a flash flood and made us suffer

+ amazing views of sea and mountains. Excellent omelette for breakfast, thanks chef! - poorly maintained, understaffed and despite being cheap, not worth the money.

All I would say is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 1 STAR HOTEL WITH RUDE AND DISRESPECTING STAFF BEHAVIOUR. RESERVATION STAFF Specially IBRAHIM is HORRIBLE. 1) I made a booking in Agoda and Hotel was not updated 2) I made a booking for a sea view whereas on arrival they asked me to pay an extra 40 Aed. 3) No Valet Parking. 4) No parking space for guests. I went to the city center during my stay and upon return, I had to take all my belongings and my 2 Kids myself at first and then I had to find the parking and had to find the other side of the road on the sand and then come back to Hotel. This took me around 30-35Mins. 5) No concierge service, As I said no one bother to assist you with picking up your luggage. I had to carry my two kids 8-6 yrs and my wife took care of the luggage. 6) RESERVATION STAFF Specially IBRAHIM is HORRIBLE and has no sense of ETIQUETTE. Upon complaining he was very rude in behavior. when I asked him to call the front desk manager. He said he is the one. when I asked to call the General manager he said I am the one. when I asked you don't report to anyone he said no I am the only one here you have to deal with me only. Again I asked are you the owner of this Hotel he said YES and this was witnessed by other guests and his colleague. There are a number of things to highlight. This is the first time in my life that I encounter HORRIBLE STAFF ATTITUDE AND SERVICE IN ANY HOTEL. NOT A 4 STAR at all. Should Be less than even 2 STARS.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite. Rooms were clean but cockroaches were roaming around in washrooms and the living area. Very few food options available in the restaurant. If you are visiting the restaurant then only checkout for buffet options. The only plus point was the location and view from our room.

Room fell short of expectations, lacking in both comfort and cleanliness. Additionally, the Wi Fi connection was unreliable, making it frustrating to stay connected. What truly set this experience apart was the breathtaking beach view from the poolside was not only refreshing but impeccably clean, maintaining a level of hygiene and cleanliness that exceeded my expectations. It creates a safe and enjoyable space for kids to splash around. Overall a peaceful, relaxing poolside 🏄🏊🏖️🍹

Location is really good. Rooms are lil bit old as you see the lack of maintenance. But the worst thing is the behaviour of reception. During my check out they hold me for more than 5 minutes to check the room with bad attitude. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is good for its 150 aed. You know, an elevator is slow, reception makes mistakes, and parking is busy. The room is spacious, but of course, seen better days. The hotel is suitable for just keeping your stuff and sleeping. Definitely not four stars, something between two and three stars. One visitor allowed himself to behave unacceptably to girls. Be careful, don't allow strangers to interact with your beloved ones, eventually, they might try to touch them.

No parking areas and you have to go around like 30 minutes until you got a place. Very bad experience. Staff is very friendly. Hotel location is very good but it has no beach seating.

Hygiene is missing as i found one small cockroach walkin on the floor of the dinner place,and one more walkin under small carpet of room..the food quality is very poor but the personnel is very gentle and kind but as a final result this hotel needs a little bit of more work on the hygiene-cleaning

Very poor service. Their A/C is kept off and in summer once you enter your room, it will take almost 2 to 3 hours to achieve the set point. Also, very rude and poor communication by the receptionist.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. But I recommend to check room before signing anything first cuz we booked seaview room and reception gave us room with view of the building on the right side. The location of the hotel is good. But there is no good parking with asphalt. And as mentioned in some reviews- there are 3 clubs in the hotel and one of it is on 19th floor. And my family stayed on 18th floor. One night the music was very loud. There is also a very strong and loud air conditioner. Very strong air flow. And the windows can be opened a few centimeters only. But in general, the hotel accommodation left a good impression.

Overalll nice stay at a reasonable price. I Opted for the sea view rooms. The view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The check-in process was very quick. Parking at outside may be an issue in the crowded seasons. Also a bit dusty in the parking area. A little bit Noise were hearing from outside. Except that stay was nice.

First impression entering the lobby it’s really dark and hot. Not that much seating area and elevators are very slow and noisy. Then the rooms. Almost everything in terms of equipment is either rusty, creaking, and has stains. But the service above all was irritating as the call had no passion to their service, took long for our needs to come. One example was at around midnight where i need water bottles, took 3 different call center to find someone that actually answered the phone with the prior calls taking 20 rings to no answers. Would never come back here again and definitely doesn’t give the christmas joy.

Had a nice stay here. It’s at a wonderful location. You have Umbrella beach very nearby. Supermarkets are also within reach. Hotel has restaurant at the Mezzanine floor. They have breakfast buffet from 7am and I think until 10am. Rates are cheaper compared to other restaurants which you can find in a hotel. Rooms were well cleaned and arranged. They provided me with hand towels once I requested. Did not make any delay. I stayed at sea view room. Even if it’s foggy morning the sunrise was a pretty good view from the room.

My recent stay at the V Hotel was better than my expectation in term of value for money. The room was large and clean. The friendliness of the staffs should be improved for better service quality. Location is not too far and within walking distance from Umbrella Beach.

Hotel suited near umbrella beach. Took junior suite room, room is cosy but had cockroaches, sauna is not good and pool is average size. Huge crowd for breakfast and need to wait for everything even for the lift. Not worth for the amount I paid.

Hotel is Ok, elevators is very slow and less is number. Room door lock mostly having issue we need to go to reception to update. Washrooms where not clean. Swimming is very small and was not clean. The good thing is the staff cooperative.

Best hotel in this price range by far! Definitely value for money. Such lovely service in the dining area, quality food and hospitality. Lotfi in the food and beverage department made our stay very special with his excellent hospitality and exceptional service. All staff were very friendly and greeted welcomingly. The only areas that we could recommend improvement are the parking lot (as it was on gravel and no shelter for our car). As well as the shower, needs some updating. Bargain deal to explore the coastline in the area, highly recommended.

Really unprofessional and bad service by the hotel staffs, we have reached the hotel at 10:30 am and got one room for the dress change and we left out for personal needs at 11 am and reached back 0630 pm to stay, but the sad part is till 0730-8pm, our rooms were not ready. The kids and small children were really needed a sleep immediately when we reach hotel back. At 8 pm we got 2 rooms and taken more time to get the 4th one. The staffs Mr.Nimeah was really rude while asking for order for water.

Feeling Very unfortunate & sorry to write this negative review. I've made a booking through Phone call a month ago, but when it was my Check-in day, the reservation section surprised me that there is no booking in my name. It is absolutely my fault that I didn't insist on a reservation number although I called 2 weeks ago to confirm the existence of my booking & they did confirmed it. They have sacrificed my booking for a higher value booking. Sad story of a ruined family vacation. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the V Hotel Fujairah and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is well-located and offers stunning views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were impressive, including the rooftop pool which offered panoramic views of the city and ocean. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend the V Hotel Fujairah to anyone visiting the area - it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a luxurious stay

Horrible experience....the pool isn't temperature controlled...the sauna smells and u have to tell them to start .....the bathroom needs update...the water pressure was super low.....also they humiliate you during checkout by asking u to wait until dey go and find their stuff...the glass was broken before us and we dint see nor realised as it was behind the curtain and they charged me for it....and they were finding their towels as if people want and steal their der low quality towels.....very humiliating...the receptionist who checked us out was very rude too. Wouldn't recommend at all

Hotel is situated near umbrella beach. Rooftop Swimming pool and gym got all the necessary equipments, Got 2 music clubs. Rooms are spacious and bright. Room service is okay. PARKING space is pathetic, full of puddles after little rain, had to park opposite side of the hotel.

Yesterday me and my friends visted fujera and we had our meals fromKadaloram restaurant hotel V and frankly its really supb also nice ambience and really tasty food. Mainly the stew is even cooler. One Mr.Johnson served us food and he did his job well.

Location is somewhat good comparing to the Fujeirah citiscape. However the rooms and the services are below than average.

Quality of the room was bad, the fittings for the shower didn’t work. There was no hot water. Wouldn’t revisit - even for the low price

Located very close to the beach so their views from the windows are exotic.Swimming pool size is average and in weekends its too crowded.We can access umbrella beach very easily and its walkable.Complimentary breakfast in the morning can include more Indian dishes .Rooms are clean and spacious hence overall a good experience

What a lovely hotel, nice inside, friendly staff and very secure, however absolutely rubbish sleep due to road noise, boy racers and sand bashing all night long. If you do stay here I would recommend a room at the rear of the hotel. Apart from this everything was ok lots of parking and great location for the beach.

Costomer service is some what strict...be considerate at all the times coz this will gave good impressions to costumers and also they will help to advertize your hotel if they experience quality and considerate seevices...

The facilities are good enough for the price and the breakfast service was great. But there is no beach access. Pool was unattended (no one to issue towels) and not tempreture controled.
