Have stayed at this place many times including at their 2 other properties- Ibis & Novotel . Pretty decent and clean. The apartment comes with all basic amenities. Only negative..the sofas, chairs etc seems to be pretty old. Needs to be replaced. Otherwise this is just a perfect place to stay in Fujairah. There is also a Gymnasium, swimming pool and a small indoor activity area for kids.

Clean apartments with well equipped kitchen. I feel at home during my stay there. Housekeeping staffs were polite, attentive and ever willing to help. Many thanks to Fatima and her team for keeping my room tidy at all times.

Studio... Staying in Fujaira for a couple of days, a studio was just the best option. Massive, fully furnished, beautiful view, several hotels share the reception, pool, breakfast bar, but they are separate entities. Had to call a couple of times to get fresh towels after the house keeping did not do so after cleaning. Breakfast was a bit of a mess. We had to wait ages for a space. Variety was not the biggest, chaos, parking is self n the parking lot could do with some cleaning, more lighting and ventilation.

A great place to stay whenever you are planning to visit fujairah. Apartments are spacious and are kitchen equipped. Staff are polite and professional. Our last visit, we had our 2nd upgrade experience. The apartments need a little bit of maintenance and attention though but will be back if given the chance to visit fujairah again. me and my family stayed for one night and very disappointed because of there is no service at all . first no body in the reception no bell man we have to carry our own luggage in the room . which is verry unprofessional from the 4 star hotel ..

I stayed here for work for 3 weeks. The service staff is incredibly friendly and will bend over backwards to get you whatever you need with just a phone call. Also, their Chef is amazing! The room service menu, which I had to use for the three weeks, never disappointed. Thanks guys! I will provide feedback to my employer to renew the contract.

My started as soon as I entered the hotel. The staff was very professional and welcoming. I had colleague staying at the hotel. She was contacted without delay. The reception staff was excellent. The room was very accommodating. The amenities were of very high standard.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly accommodated by Mr. Omar and Mr. Mohammad Eras. Thank you for again another enjoyable and peaceful stay in the hotel.

This hotel has a great view. It has wide rooms.Everything is clean and in order. in short it is a well organized hotel.
