This place is just EXCELLENT and will go above and beyond to ensure your comfortable stay. The facility, crew and the vibes are just what every business and/ or leisure trips we may ask for. We spent 3 weeks in this hotel and literally no complain from my family and self, but feeling warm and amused by their beyond expectation services. My birthday happened to be during my stay their, they brought a quality cake and decorated the apartment with greeting card, too. The crew over their are very polite, knowledgeable, communicative and responsive. Everyone working their seems to be carefully and professionally picked to be part and represent the name “Marriott”. I would like to thank the entire team of Marriott for making our stay delightful. The entire staff is extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant had many good veg options and they were very delicious. Team at restaurant was very courteous and helpful, specially Mr. Vinesh took special care of our families and provided all the requested dishes. Also, the apartments are very spacious and overall hotel is very nice. I will look forward to visit Marriott again in my next visit. Thanks Marriott team for making our vacation special.

I will mention the pros and cons based on our stay in this hotel August 2023. Pros: 1- Yummmy breakfast and really good services from the people at the resturant, Walter was really kind to us and served us diligently. Even though we were 8 people at the table, he never failed to attend to everyone. Honestly his services was the best in the hotel. The omlette the chefs made are also yummy and so are the pancakes, the ladies who work there are also sweet and helpful. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. 2- The rooms are huge and have utlensiles, good tv and most equipment you need as well as a washing machine. 3- The view from the bridge between the two tours is really nice. 4- We had a partial creek view from our balcony, the view was amazing, and we can see the outline of Burj Khalifa from afar. Cons: 1- Wifi is not strong in the rooms. 2- The cleaning of the rooms is not great, it is not poor either, it is good enough but can be improved. 3- We asked them to extend our hotel stay the last day till 4 PM but they said they would charge us 200 AED. Other hotels in Dubai agree to extend us to 3 or 4 PM. So that was disappointing, especially since they took so much money from us for the rooms. 4- Although, the view from the bridge is nice, some of us found it tiring to have to go through the walk from tower 2 to tower 1 every day when we would go for breakfast. 5- The resturant is small, I mean they have two towers with guests, they need to have a waayy bigger resturant than this and more tables. 6- The hallways on some floors have bad AC, it is hot when we are walking in the hotel corridors outside of our room, (we faced this issue on tower 2 8th floor but not on 2nd floor). 7- AC in the rooms is fine but really hard to amend the temprature and takes time to adjust sometimes, but it wasn't hot in the rooms. 8- The worst part of the stay for me was the pillows, gave me neck pains every day, they really need to get better pillows. Overall, the hotel was good and I don't regret staying there.

Very big apartments with lots of space The beds are so comfortable and big. The whole hotel is a little outdated and needs some renovation. Well-located by the creek. Service is fine but could be better if the hotel had a bigger staff

The apartment is huge. It is good for a family. It has a washing machine but very few utensils. The roof is nice. It has a beautiful view and a pool. The location is very busy though, but there is good security.

Yesterday (8-5-22) we had a amazing dinner date at sky walker,marriot dubai creek.The design and placement will definitely catch your attention. The menu has an abundance of lip-smacking indulgence which showcases the superlative Indian food flavour. The staff were courteous, patient and helpful. The service timing was well spaced out and the table was never empty. Specially mentioned Omer was very helpful explaining us about the ingredients and suggesting the options. We stayed here for six nights. Had a 2 bedrom with kitchen. The area around has a lot to offer. Supermarkets, places for a fast meal, and also a really nice Mall. Really convenient with a kitchen. Making it possible to have some meals in the room, and not eat out all the time.

we stayed for 3 weeks in this apartments the view is amazing on the old town the reception staff really helpful and inforamtive the taxes were doupled because we rented a 2 bedroom this is the first time i encountered this amount of taxes you have everything nearby super markets ,restrants ...etc PRO - location - kitchen fully equipet (but no oven) - the bridge CONS - the cleaning staff some of them are so noisy and invistegate about anything \ - the towels smell SO BAD worst than you imagine and some of them really old and torn - the AC not the coldest

I visit this Location few time as Elite Bonvoy member, I was never properly greet as member and never received nights in Bonvoy app which include bonus points as platinum member etc…. They charge me all in advance even I mentioned I will pay with different card. Not the place I will go again.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 bedroom apartment in tower B .Well mannered staffs .restaurent staffs are so welcoming and pleasant and variety of foods were served .Thank you for serving hot masaladosa ,omlette and coffee in our table .Highly appreciated .see u soon

Good things I have to say: The room is clean and spacious. It has a kitchen which is very handy. It's home away from home. ♥️

Our stay was amazing and we could not fault it. We stayed for 15 nights at the beginning of August. It definitely felt like home away from home. The staff were very helpful. The gentlemen who cleaned our room every day were very polite, (Johnnie, Munna, Joshim). They always asked if we required anything and we’re very attentive. The security team at the door and at the car park we’re always greeting us with a smile and also engaged in conversations (Shajib, Suman- there were more, but I have forgotten their names). Hrithik at the reception was also very accommodating. He gave us advice on places we might want to visit and always greeted us with a smile, a respectable person and a true professional at his job, from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Johnson, again, another true gentleman, whom helped us with the transportation of our luggage’s on arrival and departure. The hotel has amazing staff and are a huge asset to the company, they were also the reason in making our holiday positively unforgettable. The view from the windows were spot on. We were in Tower B and faced directly towards the Dubai Creek, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai frame. Our TV was hardly on as we had such amazing views through the windows. The apartment was huge and the rooms were too. We loved the walk through the bridge which connected the two towers, you could see the old Dubai on one side and new Dubai on the other. Thank you very much for making our holiday one to always remember.

it was really bad experienced at the marriot executive aprtment i paid for 3 person including 13 years kid and after that they 55 aed for extra person charges as breakfast as enquire upon they said its there hotel policy but they have upgraded me to 2 bedroom which allows upto 4 person free breakfast and they even charges 40 aed for per night as tourism fee there they said it govt.policy without any receipt upgraded room does come with facility with particular room facility but they didnt provide watch out if you book for 3 people even you pay for 3 people breakfats charges u need to pay for 3rd person location is bit far and seclude from city center room was ok but disappointed with front desk and there scam

Best part of the hotel is their staff!! They were very friendly and helpful. They also upgraded us to a large room which was very kind of them. Coming to the rooms part we stayed there for 6 days and everyday the room looked like we just checked-in (It’s was that neat). Overall experience was definitely a 5/5. Oh wait, I got to mention!!! The view from the connecting bridge of the hotel was marvelous!!

The front office team needs training in dealing with families with little kids and how to be considerate of people of determination. Our family booked a one bedroom larger apartment and upon checking in we told the reception that we are a family of 6- 2 adults and 4 little kids. 8 years old (POD), 6, 3, and 1 year old. We said we are willing to pay for the supplement for the kids - so that we can stay in one suite. But they plainly said NO and that only 3 persons can stay in a room. They proposed to change the booking to a 2 bedroom apartment. The issue here is not the money but the consideration to families with kids and kids with disability. Rather than having one bedroom for all of us - given our kids are small- they insisted on changing the booking to a 2 bedroom apartment. If the kids are small - do they expect them to sleep on their own? Even when we stressed that we have a child with disability and that she prefers us to all be together - they didnt even consider that. Trainings please for the staff to be more considerate given that they are not robots and should have considered our needs. We were willing to pay the supplement for the kids - mind you on other hotels - kids stay free! But we are clueless as to the booking of the 2bedroom apartment. We cannot comment on the other elements anymore because we expected more from a marriott! It was our first booking here and wont be staying anymore given this bad experience.

Front desk was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Spoke to Romario Dsouza, and he gave us the worst experience with absolutely 0 customer service, spoke about us in their language, thinking we would not understand (we did). Would not come back, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The apartments are located close to the creek on the Bur Dubai side so more for locals than tourists. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The building is however quite old and in need of some modernisation. Lighting controls in the rooms were hit and miss. Decor and tiling somewhat tired. Kitchen only had the bear essentials. Missing all cutlery for cooking. But overall, still not too bad and the above are minor issues. The staff are very friendly and polite. The service they offer is excellent and well above the norm. Breakfast is very good and the omelette chef is excellent. The building is somewhat off the beaten track so cabs are not easy to get. However, download the Careem app to resolve this issue. There are restaurants close by for decent food. The Moscow hotel has a bar inside. Be aware, 50 aed per person minimum charge. Also, more of a pickup place for ladies of a certain persuasion if you know what I mean. Not my scene for sure. There are also multiple supermarkets nearby. One across the main road from the Moscow hotel (cross via bridge down the road) with red painted windows that sells alcohol. Go round to the back to enter.

I had rented a two bed room apartment in the Tower B. The apartment is spacious but it is very old. For example, the floors are made of old small ceramic tiles. The bathroom was okay but you can see the aging.

The front desk staff did a great job when needed. Security on the grounds did a great job by maintaining high visibility, in translation they actually did their jobs. The hotel is in a great location, and your not to far from the attractions downtown which made life easy for me and the kids. Breakfast started at 0730 which means you can start your day early. Our room was well maintained by staff on the daily basis. No complaints on the 3 bedroom and 4 bathrooms which made life easy for a traveling family…

This is far away the best place to stay as a family. The apartments are VERY comfortable, and the staff is AMAZING. Anything you need, they are very willing to help you get it. The pool is very cosy; they have even a jacuzzi with very warm water... I definitely will come back to this place every time I would travel to Dubai.

I waited an hour and a half to check-in, as I was placed on a smoking floor and when I objected they told me I need to wait for other apartment to be cleaned. The apartments are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, the hotel area is nice an quiet and is within driving distance to most attractions in Dubai. The buffet breakfast is nice with decent selection and barista style coffee station.

Great Hotel, Great Stuff- always polite and helpful. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was pretty good with delicious coffees and various other food choices. We stayed with my 2 kids. They also loved the place very much. Will come back for sure and will recommend to my friends who is traveling to Dubai.

It is a great experience staying in the property from Marriott they make sure you have comfort of home and you get what you expected from Marriott, this is the finest hotel in the area it is located in, I am happy with the services overall. The stay and the hospitality was awesome. It's very near to the airport. Food wasn't that good, but u will have kitchen inside room so u can cook. There are many super market near by too. It's was lik home stay " fully furnished room". My room was on the 14th floor, I enjoyed the view 😉. The price was reasonable. Happy stay ✌

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The customer service, from the housekeeping manager and staff, to the front desk personnel, to the security personnel in the lobby, was among the best customer service I have received at any Marriott property. Personnel went out of their way to assist me, and made me feel like a truly valued customer and Marriott Bonvoy member. My room was very large, extremely clean and very well-appointed. My only regret is that I was not able to stay here longer. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Dubai. Thank you very much!

If you are "Marriott Bonvoy" member, don't think about staying here, as you'll get nothing special whatever your membership level are. Even your points received would be divided to three. So it would be worthy to find another place with that money instead of staying here.

This hotel has great view and is a nice place to stay, This is our second time staying in this hotel while visiting Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the front desk manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here when next we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

It's good and their service high end but sometimes, their staff dealing with you as they are dealing with kids, you have to take care of them to get what you want.( extends stay , room cards always break down, tight parking lot). The hotel overall is OK but there are places of improvement. No good views on this hotel based on receptionist!!!.

They are not properly cleaning the apartment. Bathroom tiles are dirty. Most of the kitchen / electrical appliances are very old and broken. There a washer but no place to dry clothes. Bedrooms has only double beads, no separate beds. Staff is friendly.

I didn’t like their service, they never clean good, I’m always having the smell of cigarette in the apartment when i call them they never do anything, and im in not smoking area. i changed the washing machine 4 times very bad quality the smell of clothes after cleaning them is horrible 👎👎👎 there are a lot of bugs in the kitchen cupboards, Go to another hotel

The service, location, and rooms were top notch. The manager Ricario was very helpful, Mustafa at reception, Suresh at Security Management, Vinesh at breakfast, and Moinuddin at housekeeping - all made our stay extra special. Security at the lobby always helped us get taxis and gave good recommendations when needed. The rooms had the perfect balance of light, open space, and furnishings to fit all our things and needs. It was very convenient to order deliveries to our room in a secure way. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

I am giving 4 stars because we need to check-in at one side then there is some walk to enter the hotel Apartments, Secondly i was unable to understand the Bose music system also i think it was old. Overall the hotel is very beautiful and very silent. Highly Recommended to Travellers from across the world.
