Beautiful rooms, premises, common areas, cool bar, gym and pool. Dining was an exotic experience with specially curated cuisines from across continents. Loved the variety of desserts. Those were not just sumptuous but well presented too. Chefs and live cooks were understanding and took care of our tastes and requests we made for our kids.

Unfortunately my experience was not as expected duo to the below following reasons: 1- The room door was not opening since the battery of access control system already drained. I had to go to reception two times and Mom was waiting for more than 15 minutes on feet in front of the room since there’s no waiting areas in typical floors. 2- Ventilation system in the room is very bad and the smell is distasteful. 3- TV is not smart and you cannot connect it to your phone as a screen mirroring and no HDMI cable in the room to connect to laptop to watch a movie . I called the reception but they said we don’t have a cable 4- Electric vehicles charger is slow, speed is 24Km/h. Normal speed should be 44-48Km/h

H O R R I B L E I cannot explain in words how HORRIBLE this hotel is. I've been in more than 1000 hotels my entire life and this is the worst, lowest and dirtiest hotel on planet earth. The housekeeping team and housekeeping supervisors and house keeping managers are very rude and never want to clean my room that I payed a lot for. The day I checked in the room was very dirty and I requested a deep cleaning and when it was time to make the deep cleaning they didn't want to clean well and they kept throwing the mops and everything instead of cleaning well. The next day I took a shower and there was foam in the entire floor (I never saw this in any hotel) and I called for the housekeeping to wipe the bathroom floor and they took 8 HOURS AND MADE ME WAIT. AND AT THE END THEY MADE ME CLEAN MYSELF BY GIVING ME A TOWEL AND CHEMICAL MYSELF. WHAT TYPE OF HOTEL ARE YOU TREATING GUESTS LIKE THEY OWE YOU SOMETHING? if you say in this hotel for more than a day I'm sorry for your loss.

The hotel is superb! I enjoyed the pool with a great view and the delicious food at the buffet restaurant. Hands down to all the staffs who are so kind and friendly especially miss Ruth from the reception who welcomes you with a beautiful bright smile 🤗

My stay was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and attentiveness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, addressing every request promptly. Truly an experience marked by warmth and hospitality. Highly recommend!

It’s near grocery store where you could buy what you need easily. Taxi is everywhere so no problem with the transportation if you would like to explore somewhere. If you have car, parking is not a problem either. Staff are really helpful and welcoming, from the reception, to the staff in the breakfast area, pool area and gym. Room is spacious, comfortable. They have bath tub which is separate from the wash room.

Loved our stay here and check in was swift , quick and pleasant. The room was also amazing and clean . Breakfast spread had variety aswell. Check out was swift and quick aswell . Definitely recommend this hotel We travels as a family with two kids and it is kids friendly.Location is in the city center .

Our stay was just FANTASTIC !!!! We have been very very pleased from the start till the end of our stay! Mina had been very very kind and helpful in accepting our special request :-) Chelsea from front desk was very patieint and calm in supporting us what we required. Feedback - 1. Dinner buffet should have more choices 2. Christma santa house walls should be changed as my daughter had bruise due to the pointies on the walls, we showed this to the manger, and was assured this will be changed to avoid any other kids to get hurt

I have visited novotel Fujairah at least once weekly for more than 2 years. Beside being a very clean, and cosy, it has one of the best 4 star services I have visited. The staff is very kind and helpful and always giving and offering more than required. Special thanks to Omar.

I will give this hotel one star only due to my experience last week with them. I was staying at Novotel Fujairah last week with my family. My kids called the reception asking them for water bottle that used to be at the room. Anyway, guess what response they got from the guy who works at the reception “he said sorry you are not allowed to have extra water bottle because your booking is only for one night, we don’t provide room service for one night stay!!!! Is it seriously what I’ve heard from this employee who works at Novotel Fujairah. This happened on Thursday January 19th, 2023 “Morning duty”. My kids were asking only for water which should be provided at anytime, I’ve stayed in different hotels in UAE and overseas, this is my first time to face this kind of bad service in high quality hotel companies like Novotel.

Of course, The best stay in Fujairah, The rooms have big spaces, I love the room design, As the shower is showing back to back with the bed, The cleaning service is very good, The rooms doesn't contain irony but you can request it from the reception, There is a lot of supermarkets around you, and laundries also, The breakfast there is very good, But the dinner was not as good as the breakfast during my 3 days stay

The location is good as it is near 3 malls and the room service is great also i like to thank Mr.Omar on the reception for his gesture and welcoming smile

Good value for money. There is a strange smell of old humidity in the room. Probably they need to consider to clean the air-conditioner. Nice service and receptionists. We liked the books-share Pub :). Great idea.

Rooms are clean and well maintained but little small.Swimming pool access is with additional charges. European style breakfast not much options.

We were very pleased with the room and service. We even had underground parking, which was very convenient. Loved our stay here, and we are definitely coming back. One thing that made this place great was the fact that it was clean !! Would recommend going here to anyone !! The pool area was cleaned and it was a deep pool, which was great !

The hotel is not so bed but as compared to locality we can find good prices for same facilities, or a bit good facilities. Some pros & cons as per my last visit: Unhygienic blanket and bed sheets, carpet in corridors & rooms is creating smell and not so clean, I find room service active, staff are also friendly as required, toilet was with manufacturing defect, with narrow access, however over all bathroom is good and hand-wash toilet, tub and bathing areas , are separated. AC freezed us and no system to decrees cooling when i called midnight reception they send the guy, and he said its set by default like this, which was a bit weird to me. Parking is available and self controlled. my wife was a bit concern with poor lighting in room.

Very bad experience if I can put less than a star I would do it, they woke us up twice at 4 am saying they called by mistake also we were in the swimming pool suddenly alarm was on and they asked us to run out of the hotel we stayed out in the sun for about one hour they couldn’t even serve water also room key wasn’t working so it took us time to change it after that when we asked the reception to add one hour that we spent outside with our swimwear she was so rude to us, room smells so bad not cleaned properly, the washroom smell sooooooooo bad like old pee .. if u ask for something they ask you to go down and get it for your self. Room dirty and smelly specially the washroom

I spent a week in there in a solitudinous, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel in good, but too far from the beach. The roof pool totally compensates for the later fact. There's gym also. The food in healthy, simple and tasty. No sodas or alchohol served. Staff is moderately polite. Room and bathroom are probably the same size. All is clean. A lot of supermarkets around and a gorgeous mosque. Woudn't come back here but glad I went cuz I had a wonderful time. Ladies, please do not roam alone, it can be dangerous, I mean, really. There are some very creepy dudes hanging out waiting for someone to get stupid enough to think they are friendly and well-meant. Be conscious

Not clean - Drawers are not properly cleaned & Floor is not clean. Late response - Requested additional pillows during the booking it was not arranged. Requested several times over the phone but they keep on telling me they're sending it. After couple of hours I received it. Horrible service on arrival - waited at the entrance for someone to help me with the luggage no one showed up. Then I went to the reception and asked for help if I'm alone it's fine but I'm with 2month baby and 2 kids. No support at the entrance

I stayed for a few hours and i had foul rest!! The room was excellent!! Special thanks to the stuff for their service! I really enjoyed the breakfast (so many choices) Thank you for your hospitality🙂

Warm and friendly staff, great food in the restaurant, good facilities (pool, cafe, gym), large comfy rooms. Very happy that we’ve chosen this hotel for our 2-week stay!

Amazing hotel. The service is excellent. The food in the room service is quick and generous. Their salad is fresh and tasty. The location is perfect next to the mall, corniche. It is opposite to Fujeirah airport so really strategic place. Hotel room is neat and clean

Have given 2 Star in service. Rest all is good.coz the laundry Manager said I have not given my clothes for Washing. Where as I was sure that I had given. But he never accepted it. and after few days my laundry was delivered to another room . Which that guest denied and returned it to them. Somehow I got to know about it but it was too late ....! I had checked out of the hotel and had come back to india. IT was good I knew a bell Desk guy. HE helped me a lot. Have asked him to keep it with himself and return later. This shows their carelessness towards heir work. And I even asked them not to put the Plastic joiner on the clothes for marking the room Number. But they kept doing it till the end.

Awful and uncomfortable room design. Bad lighting. Limited TV. Ageing carpet. It's a shame as the staff are friendly and the location is great. But the suite was truly awful. Bad lighting, no sound system, no coffee machine etc. Nowhere to sit and read. Totally bizarre and bad design.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This hotel is the epitome of great service. Chelsea and Ruth from the front desk are very accomodating. The girls were always full of energy and always a delight to speak with. It’s conveniently located near a lot of the hotspots and has some great views from the rooms. I highly recommend staying here while in Fujairah.

Had a pleasant stay in Novotel with mountain facing view room. Room was clean and tidy. Had a nice time by the pool, Henry at the pool was helpful. Staff at the front desk were welcoming specially Milfred and Rantu. Breakfast was delicious. Overall it was an excellent stay, looking forward to staying at Novotel again.😀🤗

Its a good hotel. They skipped jacuzi, sauna and steam. Also the worst hotel for waiting because the lobby is next to a cafe that is smoking hence by waiting in the lobby you are passive smoking for free! We had kids who were also waiting until our whole family arrives and they too had to inhale some free smoke! Kindly request the hotel for being a 4 star property, install glass barriers and let people who prefer smoking to stay INSIDE. PS: this picture with kids is not staged you can check the recording for 3/9/2022. 7 pm onwards.

There is no respect for the Guest , they are bothering like anything for no reason , specially while we are sleeping, I extend for more one night and I asked the person at the reception by call and I asked him if I can pay later but unfortunately he knows that Iam sleeping and I came from long distance but still they keeping call all the time for the payment purposes . I really thank Milfred and chelsey for the excellent hospitality and smile they are giving to all Guest 🌹

Good ambience. Attentive staff. Easy check in process. Rooms are clean . Although the bathroom accessories provided are insufficient. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good & with healthy food options. Overall a perfect place to stay in Fujairah with family & friends.

Agree with other . Really bad staff. No respect in city cafe. Don't bother to watch any international match there. Switching TV AC off to let you leave. Chairs not comfortable. My personal view never wast your time to go to this place. Look for alternative with more respect.

Alway happy to stay here but service this time was above and beyond. I left some things at the hotel and spoke with Joel from housekeeping, he was amazing, as I live in Dubai and work keeps me moving between Dubai and Abu Dhabi he very kindly found what I lost and then arranged Fedex to drop it to me, he kept me informed throughout the process and was amazing from start to finish. What a great representative for the hotel. Great Job !

Very beautiful experience,TOP PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENT STAFF. Hats off to April and her amazing team she is one of a kind very very helpful supportive and professional we had a 5 day programme retreat and she did amaaaazing work. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms issues that there is no fresh air and carpet is very thick it can be smelly in areas. Food was very nice and tasty.

We stayed for 2 days it was a good hotel, with very accommodating staff, We enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool, The staff was nice. Ms Nour from reception was really kind and helpful as well as Zamir who assist for showing another room, thanks to Omar who always active and happy when answering the phone and attending our request. Thank to them our stay was wonderful. We will surely comeback again.

Do go to Flavours restaurant in Novotel fujairah regularly. Best Buffet Breakfast and Dinner. Excellent service. Brilliant staff. Very cooperative. Surprised us with celebrations of my wife birthday. We went for a dinner and the staff made our day by surprising us by bringing a cake and a candle. Served by staff which were very polite and cooperative. Food is delicious and amazing. Not a lot of dishes but everything is delicious and tasty. Must try their buffet breakfast. Cost AED100 per person. Dinner AED120 per person.
