after
years
of
being
a
regular
customer:
My
family
and
I
were
unsatisfied
with
the
service
and
food.
The
employees
were
unwelcoming
and
the
whole
atmosphere
was
gloomy.
The
margarita
pizza
had
a
very
little
amount
of
cheese.
The
caesar
salad
had
tiny
pieces
of
a
chicken
breast,
minced
chicken.
After
10
minutes
of
waiting
for
some
ketchup,
the
waiter
informed
us
that
it’s
finished.
(We
had
to
call
on
him
twice
to
finally
get
this
answer)
We
spoke
to
the
waiter
about
the
dishes,
but
he
kept
on
arguing
with
us
rather
than
to
politely
compensate
or
replace.
We
order
those
dishes
as
a
starter
every
visit
and
we
can
certainly
tell
when
they’re
not
served
well.
The
waiter
actually
recognized
us
as
his
regular
trusty
customers;
however,
our
feedback
meant
nothing
to
him.
The
waiter
went
to
talk
to
his
colleagues
about
it
and
everyone
was
looking
at
us,
whispering
and
made
us
feel
uncomfortable.
It
was
completely
disappointing
and
we
had
to
cancel
the
last
meal
before
leaving.
I
don’t
think
we
will
go
back
there
again.
