Stayed here for around 2 months and overall it was a pleasant stay. It is located on the same road that connects to the highway which makes it very convenient if you are travelling between the emirates regularly and if you get a room on higher floors the view is also good. They have a 4 floor parking building just next to it so you wont have to worry about not finding a parking space. Laundry and room service was always on time and the job was well done every time. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel in Fujairah.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the coffee shop located in the lobby of the Arjaan Hotel, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and attentive staff. The ambiance of the coffee shop was simply delightful, with cozy seating arrangements and soft lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and modern, with an artistic flair that made me feel like I was in a trendy coffee shop in the heart of the city. But of course, the real star of the show was the coffee. The baristas at this coffee shop clearly take great pride in their craft, as evidenced by the expertly crafted latte art that adorned my perfectly frothed cappuccino. The coffee itself was rich and flavorful, with a smooth finish that left me craving another cup. Overall, I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough. The service, ambiance, and quality of the coffee and food were all exceptional, making for an unforgettable experience. If you find yourself in the Arjaan Hotel, do yourself a favor and stop by this coffee shop - you won't be disappointed.

I started staying in rotana in January and till now I'm here. It’s very good and peaceful and enjoyable. I love it.

I'm trying the gym which is really nice and doing the job Swimming pool also nice but need more care as sometimes the water smell are not the standard. The gym and reception staff are very kind and lovely. Parking is hard to get as around it mostly reserved parking slots and the hotel parking for the day use are very limited.

Al Murjan Restaurant staff behaviour was very poor quality. In Ramadan at ifter visit with family we sat on table after they informed it's booked but later I saw that was empty. Their totally lair. Specially one Indian guy... Like this type of stuff should be cancel. Otherwise it will be harmful for hotel goodwill..

Rooms are very nice, decent, proper cleanliness and good views. just got disappointed with the customer service as they didn`t set customer as a top priority. i had a discount card but they said it is not applicable as per the T&Cs, which is not right. i have used this card in many other hotels and shopping outlet and this was the first time this was not accepted with no proper justifications. Quite disappointed.

The service was excellent in Lobby Lang, and the order arrived quickly and the treatment was good. I asked one of the waitresses, I think her name was Wesam, to direct me to a place to buy clothes from, and she really showed me a beautiful place. I hope everyone will try this beautiful cafe and excellent coffee.

I stayed at the facility for a 3 days vacation with my family of 4, and a family friend of 4 as well. The whole experience was over the moon. The rooms were very spacious and tidy. We were given an early check-in without additional pay, as early as 9am. Thank you to the customer service team at the reception. Housekeeping was top-notch and everyday. The team was always ready to help with every of our requests. The rooms were extraordinarily spacious and clean, coupled with a state of the heart kitchenette. We couldn't ask for more. We love the pool and gym as well. The whole environment and atmosphere in the hotel was so friendly and homely. Thank you to Sandeep, who is always ready and willing to help. The only downside is the cable TV which should be changed to a smart TV. We will surely come back in the very near future.

The customer service was of poor quality, notably the receptionist named (Raven) , who displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism. I felt unwelcome and unappreciated from the moment I reached her, and it was clear that her interpersonal skills were severely lacking. The situation was not salvaged by the manager, whose conduct did not meet my expectations of professionalism. Furthermore, the hotel's policy of charging for breakfast per person, rather than per room, is unreasonable and represents poor value for guests. This practice is outdated and reflects negatively on the establishment. If you have a discount card such as FAZAA or others, it will only be applied to one room, which is quite unusual. For families, it's important to note that the discount will only apply to one room. I recommend considering a different hotel. Thank you. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and the standard of the staff at Arian Ratana Hotel. I would advise potential guests to carefully consider their options before booking a stay at this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Especially ask for mosque facing room for a stunning view of the mosque. The front desk is super helpful. Suggestions by the staff about the site seeing - Khorfakan and others were very helpful considering the time of the day we wanted to go out and explore. Dining menu is good but have some limitations for vegetarians. Nevertheless, they try and get some dishes prepared for you. If you need something in veg please inform the dining staff in advance and they would prepare is what we were told later. But this may be helpful for future guests. Rooms are spacious and the one with kitchenette has electric stove, microwave and fridge. There are no utensils and need to carry them (which we were not aware). Booking online with Rotana membership doesn’t have any advantage as on-site the rates are the same as for non members.

If you are into a spacious apartment in the heart of the city, then look no more. This is the place you want to be. Family friendly, great location and super friendly staff. Look for Mr Govind to get the best rates and treatment.

For its price you get spacious rooms and have kitchens. The location is in the city centre. They provided a baby crib free of charge. The hallway smelled really bad.

Tremendous hotel, and a great value for the cost. The breakfast was very good. It is a convenient location and very easy to access. The staff was super friendly. The views from our room, and the pool level were extraordinary!

Stopped at lobby lounge; Wesam recommended I try some tea and she brought me the Herbal infusion pure chamomile flowers tea, and it was amazing. She always has an amazing smile and is extremely friendly and helpful! So do yourself a favor and stop by and see what are they have to offer.

We had a team building party there. The staffs were cordial enough. I love the taste of food. It's really healthy and delicious. The ambiance is super. We can sit and relax in the vibe. The F&B team are really professional. Mr. Shaleem Hayat handles with great panache. I suggest people to try the restaurant there. It's our second time there.

Super affordable and well looked after hotel. Rooms really spacious, clean and modern. Staff all extremely friendly and even had the pleasure to talk to the hotel manager Abdul who was fantastic. We had a big group and took around eight rooms and no complaints from anyone.

The drinks is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted. Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to relax and have tasteful drink.

Called reservations and asked to book Rotana Fujairah, the correct hotel. They mistakenly booked us in the different Rotana which is called a different name. We made the decision to drive 2.5 hrs as quoted price of 427 was acceptable. When we arrived there was no evidence of booking. Carol who took the booking at reservations and promised to send confirmation email never did. We had assumed after asking her that she would. We preceeded to call reservations on arrival after a 2.5 hour journey, arriving at 19.00. The calling and trying to resolve this took 2 hours before we gave up as the reservations person on the phone kept saying he will email our earlier confirmation tomorrow. We stated we need it now and there was no reason he couldn't email our conformation now to us as he had just told us he emailed to the correct hotel but was lying as he hadn't. He then hung up on us to make us go away. No confirmation was ever sent if you can believe it. We settled on paying 850 aed as other hotels were full and one of us was unwell at this point and didn't want to face searching another hotel at 21.30. Our birthday meal as well as evening was ruined by this as that was now missed. Ahmed the manager we spoke with the next day was good to talk to and gave the impression he will try to at least get us our money back. We would have not gone to the hotel if we knew it would be 850aed, so the 427aed was the deal maker than made us go for it instead of remain in Al Ain for the birthday celebration. We have not yet heard back from Ahmed and are not convinced they will do anything to rectify their mistake but we will see if Ahmed does fulfill this, this week. The hotel is pleasant but so far the customer service efficiency leaves much to be desired. If this doesn't get fixed for the mistake by Rotana that it is, be sure we will never stay here again. There are plenty of other lovely hotels next door that offer much more professional, organised and caring customer services to enjoy.

We stayed here to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary and had to say the hospitality they provide is awesome, they perfectly make sure that your stay is pleasant at the hotel, anything I asked on phone with the guest services were swiftly provided by the staff. There is no issue for parking at all as they have a parking building just behind the hotel. We had a one-bedroom Suite and the place was very spacious with a kitchen that had almost everything that we needed. There is recreation are on the 20th floor, with Gym, Pool, Massage, Spa, Sauna and showers, the staff there are very friendly too, we were lucky that we found the pool completely for ourself where the kids had their fun. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and we had a great time dinning by experiencing their wide range of international lavish cuisine. There were huge hypermarkets just across the road, some wonderful restaurants nearby, Mosques near by where elegant and you could not miss any prayers. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will surely come back to this hotel when we are back in Fujairah.

Wonderful amazing luxurious hotel apartments. Staff is amazing. Long term booking manager Ziad is a GEM and star. High quality interior of apartment. Clean and clear apartment. Excellent quality furniture. Prompt service. Superb service staff. Aesthetic sense is great and truly reflective in rooms. I booked initially for a month but will extend my stay for 6 months now. Definite recommendation.

I had an excellent stay here while on business in fujairah. i was super impressed by housekeeping as the room was SPOTLESS (and i have a hotel background so i look out of habit ) , also it was very generous on size. Front desk team super polite and friendly too. Overall super, f&b could be better, but was tolerable. please pass my appreciation to cleaning crew on 17th floor. mabrook!
