Counters for Indian items are shrinking. Vegetables available are fresh though. Usually you will find all items of necessary house holders here. All Carrefour are smartly placed inside malls / city centre with plenty of parking lots for the customers.

I always buy Turkish Coffee, special various dates, and cake bundles in Carrefour. Last night I bought sale price of luggage American Tourister. I'm feeling free to buy anything inside big square shopping area of Carrefour.. Enjoy my shopping time until midnight. So excited!!!

We ordered Pizza large size. To tell the truth, we did not expected Quality for pizza of Carrefour. However, it was amazing. After we ordered Pizza, chef started to make bread. Many many chese, ham and vegitables. we did not wait so long and pizza was ready quickly. we became happy after eating pizza. Appreciate.

Caring for Shop is to hygiene and easy to get everything

Staff need training and updated information about the products. Also superior make sure relevant staff should be at place or not. As my last visit called for assistance but concern personal was missing and after appearing have no updated information about the product simple answer no have that product. Hope management will work on this 😊.

The Hypermarket is excellent, however the sales staff were not that great as they did not seem interested in providing any service. I bought an American Tourism travel bag and the staff did not even help to deliver it to the cashier. I had to pull it myself. Having said that, the cashier staff was very welcoming and pleasant.

There is nothing much to write. But double check when you are in billing counter because some of the prices of the items are shown as discounted in the racks but they are not while billing.

There r no staffs in the market asked security and he is arguing no proper manner to talk to customer worst service

I visit 27/6/2023 in carrefour city centre. around 6:30pm with my colleages, i just want to buy fish, and i ask politely to the fish attendant to give me 3pcs of seabream, but we are shocked, on what he told to me and he talk to me not politely, he remembered before that im complaining about him long time ago, he said. "why you told to anyone that im not good" i told him dont talk to me that way i just came to buy fish and im his guest. he treat me badly and showing his attitude even his filipino manager he didnt respect and listen,so many times he always approched me not a guest because im working in the mall but it doest matter i just ignore and forgive and understand him but 1 day i complain because its not good at all i think he dont want to work. i will not accept this matter anymore. i want you to take action for him.. im not asking for free for my needs i work and i pay for that. he doest have any rights to treat me that way. unbelievebable why you keep this kind of worker in your branch. i think he doesnt want to work anymore.. i hope he will learn from his mistake.

I bought a food processor.. asked the sales person to bring a new box rather than giving me the open box kept in bottom of the rack. He spoke arrogantly convincing me to take what he is giving.

Fujairah malls are in general less crowded than Dubai malls. Overall city center shops are very good to shop even in weekends. Carrefour is definitely well stocked and everything one need under one roof.

Prices are reasonable and you find a wide variety in every section, which makes this place a worth visit for regular purchase. Usually there are offers in various sections, further i have also encountered occasions when i got some prices cheaper at other stores then in such cases they match the price and provide at same rate. All products sold are genuine and lowest prices are offered, if not then prices are matched with other sellers. Cash, card payment options are available, self check out counters are available. Bought in carrefour fuj city center , the cashier there don’t know how to do customer service, not even talking to me, she don’t want to put my items in the bag and turn her back to me to talk to other colleagues. Base on the receipt her name is Munira Khamis. Happened on Nov 14,2022 at 4pm .

It's a pretty good Carrefour, it has lots of usual items that can be found in other grocery shops like produce, meat and drinks but it also has a bakery with items like pizza, sandwiches and cakes. It includes a organic area, toys area, book area, electronic area and even a clothing are. Overall its a pretty good Carrefour.

Just another hypermarket - service is mediocre at best. Didn't find staff particularly helpful - had quite a lacklustre attitude. If you don't want my custom...well, you can't get my money 🤑
