I am reviewing the customer service of this place. IT IS TERRIBLE!! While shopping for an external hard drive, the people working in that department had no clue about anything and barely spoke English or Arabic, so they did not provide any help. I picked up a hard drive and asked, “if I try and do not like it, can I return it?” after consulting with several people, they got me someone who spoke English and told me no problem within a week and receipt. Before the week passed, I returned to the store to return it. Rude customer service with whom I spent more than 30 minutes. At least 6 or 7 people came and asked me the same question about why I was returning it. They refused to return, although the writing policy they showed me states otherwise. They kept speaking a language I did not understand, and I asked them repeatedly to talk about either Arabic or English, but they did not. I will NEVER shop in this annoying unprofessional place.

This is a good supermarket in Al Ain. It's got pretty much everything. They do not have as great selection of fresh produce as in the major cities but whatever you may need is available here. I was not very impressed with their butchery. particularly the quality of their meet, especially the beef

Soooo sad to say this, it’s my first time seeing such a thing inside the box of pistachio that I bought a few days ago, all worms 🐛 in it😤😠

Good place to shop. Quiet residential. Not too big but good.

Only Grocery items are there. First floor not opened yet..

I’ll give them 4 stars, hyper market is okay to grab groceries and lunch/brunch Etc. But they don’t have large variety of stock for clothes and other accessories comparatively. You can stop by to use ATM there as well. A good place over all.

Serves all purpose! Wish it could have fresh flower shop too with Jasmine, Chrysanthemum, Marigold etc..flowers

A good place in shab al ashghar.... Lot of items and variety.... Parking also available outside.. And big park near it for families....

It's a small store but equipped with almost all basic necessaties

New shop looks good clean and well maintained. Have offers like other lulu.

Very nice place for shopping and there are only couple of supermarkets in this area from which lulu is one of them.. please note:check ongoing promotions before you buy.

Lulu is always a little high with prices
