So,
we
are
family
of
4
booked
in
this
hotel.
Mr.
Roy/Rohit,
may
be,
booked
for
us
and
he
was
very
kind
to
give
us
the
type
of
room
we
requested.
We
have
mini
kitchen,
which
I
liked
because
I
can
prepare
food
for
my
toddler.
Room
was
fine,
worth
the
amount
we
paid.
But
the
service,
I
did
not
like.
We
came
late
in
the
hotel
Sept.
1,
2023,
everyone
was
good
and
attentive.
But
next
day
team,
I
am
not
sure
what
is
their
problem.
I
called
for
room
service,
to
be
honest
they
are
quick
to
respond.
The
room
service
came,
cleaned
the
trash
bins,
where
trash
bins
can
be
seen
but
the
one
inside
one
of
the
kitchen
cabinets
was
not
collected.
He
did
not
clean
the
table
also,
where
there
was
only
a
tray
and
a
bottle
of
wine.
He
did
not
wipe
it.
We
asked
for
two
extra
towels
for
our
kids
and
he
told
us
to
inform
the
reception.
I
called
the
reception
and
informed
for
extra
towels,
the
guy
on
asked
if
the
room
attendant
gave
towels,
I
said
yes,
but
I
am
asking
for
two
extra
towels.
I
heard
that
he
took
breath,
(he
was
like,
irritated)
and
said,
okay
I
will
inform.
The
room
attendant
left
1
extra
towel,
instead
of
two.
I
also
asked,
if
someone
will
clean
the
dishes,
because
we
used
it.
But
they
said,
we
can
bring
dish
cleaner
from
outside.
It
is
not
my
first
time
to
book
a
room
with
small
kitchen,
but
often
times,
room
service
clean
the
kitchen
area
too.
But
worse
is
not
that,
the
blanket.
I
am
100%
that
they
did
not
changed
it
from
the
last
booking
before
us.
I
smelled
the
blanket
before
we
come
on
bed,
it
has
same
scent
as
their
shampoo,
conditioner
and
body
soap
(3in1).
I
smelled
the
towel,
which
for
sure
newly
changed
and
it
is
different
scent.
Pillow
has
same
scent
but
when
we
asked
for
extra
bed,
the
blanket
is
different,
you
can
feel
it
is
clean.
π,
I
will
not
go
back
to
this
hotel.
Affordable
but
that
is
not
a
reason
to
experience
poor
quality
room
service.
