Nightmare!!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed! The room was not ready when I entered at 8pm, I was told the hotel was fully booked! Requested a nonsmoking room, but the room was full of smoking smell, the reception told me their housekeeping would remove the smoking smell which they didn’t and couldn’t do anything! The club noise is until 5am! The rooms are not noisy insulation, I can’t sleep at all. I am writing this at 3 Am!!!!

One star is higher than what it deserves... - Poor customer service since the beginning of my trip - Windows are highly dirty in all rooms and the rooms are viewless (When we asked customer service about it they said because of winds we are unable to clean) - Smoke smell is all over the hotel and especially in rooms - Swimming Pool timings are poorly determined, especially during summer, it is useless, (08:00 to 18:00 only) - Minimal quantity of water bottles and other complimentary room service items and when we ask the customer service they refused to give extra. - Towels and furniture are old and not clean even after laundry - Tooth brush, soap, tissues, and slippers were all missing in the time of check in and we followed up item by item to get them - Room service staff are unfriendly and unapproachable and currently during COVID they were not wearing face masks. Finally.... - Bars and pups all over the hotel, never walk in if you want to enjoy your day!!!

Bedsheets were dirty when we checked in, some rooms doesent have a window, at night its too loud, we were on foruth floor, impossible to sleep till 3 am. Windows was washed long time ago you cant see much through. Reception was nice and sweet.

Had a pleasant stay at the Fortis hotel, was greatly surprised by its newly renovated rooms and friendly staff. I was given an upgrade to a bigger room with an amazing sea and city view. Greatly impressed and definitely recommend!

So, we are family of 4 booked in this hotel. Mr. Roy/Rohit, may be, booked for us and he was very kind to give us the type of room we requested. We have mini kitchen, which I liked because I can prepare food for my toddler. Room was fine, worth the amount we paid. But the service, I did not like. We came late in the hotel Sept. 1, 2023, everyone was good and attentive. But next day team, I am not sure what is their problem. I called for room service, to be honest they are quick to respond. The room service came, cleaned the trash bins, where trash bins can be seen but the one inside one of the kitchen cabinets was not collected. He did not clean the table also, where there was only a tray and a bottle of wine. He did not wipe it. We asked for two extra towels for our kids and he told us to inform the reception. I called the reception and informed for extra towels, the guy on asked if the room attendant gave towels, I said yes, but I am asking for two extra towels. I heard that he took breath, (he was like, irritated) and said, okay I will inform. The room attendant left 1 extra towel, instead of two. I also asked, if someone will clean the dishes, because we used it. But they said, we can bring dish cleaner from outside. It is not my first time to book a room with small kitchen, but often times, room service clean the kitchen area too. But worse is not that, the blanket. I am 100% that they did not changed it from the last booking before us. I smelled the blanket before we come on bed, it has same scent as their shampoo, conditioner and body soap (3in1). I smelled the towel, which for sure newly changed and it is different scent. Pillow has same scent but when we asked for extra bed, the blanket is different, you can feel it is clean. 🙃, I will not go back to this hotel. Affordable but that is not a reason to experience poor quality room service.

very nice hotel. Rooms was very clean, hygiene and spacious. Swimming pool is big and clean. we enjoyed it, especially kids enjoyed a lot. We spent one day with my family. Nice ocean view from the room. I shared it's picture here.

You I give them 1 star because of them servise only! And staffs i can give them 5start but for hotel 1 also if extra.

Rooms smells smoky and smoking smell easily gets through the vents from other smoker rooms. Rooms are really noisy because of the multiple night clubs in the same building across three floors and you can clearly hear the music beats through the walls. Totally unsatisfied experience, and do not recommend it for anyone.

Hotel was over all ok. *Staff were polite and friendly. *Cleanliness was not as per normal standard. *AC in the room wasn’t controllable. *Parking was a big issue, wish knew it before booking..

I have stayed here many times whenever I was in fujairah, Room are clean and beautiful. You can enjoy the sea view from your room. Captains Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner which is a nice buffet and tasty. Staffs are kind enough to help you.

I came to this hotel, because this Hotel was booked by my company for me to stay outside port to joining the ship. The location of this port is quite good with excellent Room Service and Cliniliness and Hygiene. The food was Good and tasty. The room which was offered to me, I found cleaned and we'll maintain. This Hotel is much Better than the Hotel Re, in Singapore.

Very bad hotel First thing, you can’t sleep until 3 AM because of night club. Second thing, AC not working. Third thing there are door between your room and the nest one !!!! Finally, once you order food you have to go down to take it not allow for delivery person to take it up

Perfect hotel room, very clean room and very clean washrooms too. Everything is new in this hotel. Service is also very good. Probaly the best hotel room within budget in Fujairah. Things that i didnt like here were, the front desk team. Specially the indian female receptionist who was not professional at her job. She never welcomed us and did not give the friendly smile the guests would like to have. Rest everything was good about this hotel.

We spent 2nights here on vacation and must say everything is excellent.the location of the hotel is close to beach as well as other centers in city.the reception staffs specially rohit who helped us through out our stay and bell boy even house keeping staffs also very kind and helpful.buffet breakfast is ok.i would recommend this hotel to others for comfortable stay.

The building is nice and credit should go to people who own it. Fortis Hotel has zero customer service. They tend to make false promises to guests, which is very odd in hotel business. And avoid going to any of their clubs as they are also owned by the hotel and they go to extreme lengths to earn from clubs even if customer happiness is at stake.

A new hotel near the sea. We had a fantastic view of the sea and the area from our room on the 11th floor, Big room,good bed and mattresses,big bathroom and all the amenities in place. Great staff, the lady and gentleman at reception were very friendly and professional, very reasonable rates too.. The bar on the 1st floor was very good. We had a superb fresh fruit salad and Corona lager, the lady from Ethiopia who served us very friendly. We did not enjoy the visit of the Southern India restaurant on the ground floor.The food was ok but overpriced. We also had a superb oil massage by Thai girls in the spa area. Stay in this hotel if you are in Fuzeirah.

Well.placed Excellent rooms Friendly staffs South Indian restaurant is very expensive but delicious food. But plenty available near by which are dead cheap and tastes good.

We had a very good stay in the hotel. The receptionist was very nice to us and she upgraded the room for us too . She was very kind and helpful . The only thing I didn't like about the room was the ac . Sometimes it's way too cold and sometimes it's very hot cause the ac is centralised and you don't have access to control the ac of your room. The rooms are really good and beautiful but the window needs to be cleaned . We got the city view for the room but we hardly saw the city through the window cz it was not clear cz of the dirt outside, rather than that everything was very good especially the service is amazing

Staff is helpful It’s nice to be greeted by big smiles in morning. Dining area also good , it’s not too big but very nice and clean hotel,,, value of money.

Great location, corniche facing, rooms are very clean and nice. Though the reception staff are less courteous and welcoming but over all a decent budget stay available in Fujairah

Average hotel comparing other star hotels in UAE. Many dance clubs, gym, a small pool etc. are available to use

What a joke!!! 2 different rooms connected to one ac system so if you close ac it closes in both rooms and super noisy, you can hear loud disco music from 7th floor, goodluck sleeping!

The stay was very nice and pleasant, the service was polite and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable for a great price, we got a free room upgrade too

Good rooms, compared to the price, the bathroom had a very annoying sound, but it was acceptable for one night stay only, spacious room, good service in general.

First we booked this hotel for staying when we held our wedding in fujairah.. It was very good staff is very kind.. But when our second time it was very horrible experience and will not comeback for sure!! Even manager cannot handle small issue he cannot do anything!!! We were very disappointed !!!!

-star to be exact !!!!!!! The worst ever hotel that i ever met!!! Uncomfortable bed. I cant feel the cold of the AC The housekeeping not friendly. They ignore my colleague when she ask for a extra towel.!!! Theres stinky smell in the bathroom , I doubt if they clean it very well.

Once we were eventually allowed to check in I was taken to a room which was 16 degrees, had no temperature control and stank of cigarettes. The maintenance team come very quickly to help me and to explain that 16 degrees is normal. The housekeeping team also came very quickly with an air freshener spray to try to mask the smell. After insisting on a new room (I do not smoke and hate the smell) I got a room with a nice temperature which was not smelly.
