The rooms are very cold and if you switched off the AC, it will be so hot. The ground is cold all the time. The rooms and the towels are dirty. Service is poor and they have speakers in the rooms and announcements almost midnight. The staff don't understand the guests requirements. The breakfast is poor and the food quality is average. The food area is small and has 6 tables only. In general, it was a bad experience and I won't recommend the hotel.

The Worst experience EVER ... Very low quality hotel not worth a 5 aed cost ,, The hotel service is very poor starting from the bad looking reception to the dirty rooms and floors , many cockroaches in the bathroom i attached the photos ,, I booked a sea view room however I got other side view with an apposite building!! No pool and no access to the beach as well

This hotel is a that affordable ones that offers mid range services. But for our stay we did enjoyed it! Checking in was smooth. We we’re upgraded from Standard room to a One Bedroom apartment! The staffs are really friendly and accommodating! The breakfast buffet was also nice. Its just that we didnt know that the hotel’s facilities (Pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi) are all in a different sister hotel—Royal M. But the good thing is that Royal M is a 5-star hotel and the facilities are good! Checking out also in this hotel is quick and no hassle at all! We were even granted late check-out!

The staffs are polite and very accomodating. And room is clean. They have kitchen utensils as well.

Brilliant hotel/apartment. Warm welcome, polite staff, great customer service, recently renovated rooms, modern decoration, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Hotel has it's own laundrette downstairs. The cost is cheap and really helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely come again!

Great hotels in terms of money vs. quality. It's quite affordable in price, however this hotel was recently renovated and thus rooms are clean and fresh. I like the location which is near the sea and the main road. There are no clubs or bars inside, meaning that it's very quiet and your sleep will not be interrupted.

the worst hotel ever ! Rooms are dirty and smelly. Whole hotel is dirty and smelly. Towels are dirty. Road by the hotel is very noisy and also construction side is very noisy. There is mold in the room. This hotel is disgusting and expensive for what you get. Breakfast is absolute joke I would not dare to eat. Only positive thing is staff which was very friendly and wifi which worked. Otherwise its a dump.

Service is slow, there was no towels in the bathroom and even on asking to provide one , it took a long time.

For this stay we wanted somewhere mid range to use as a base. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was much better than we thought it would be, with a good selection of foods for all tastes. There was always plenty of parking spaces outside. And one of the best hotel gyms we’ve used, with a good variety of machines and equipment. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, but as out of town, we did need to drive. One evening we ordered a delivery. The downside was the room, * there always seemed to be a smell, that we thought could be the drains. Anyway air freshener masked that. * the air conditioning was noisy. * the rooms seemed damp. * decor very dated. But what we paid for a last minute booking over Eid holiday, I suppose we cannot grumble.

For a small family with just one kid the room was smaller and didn't had any space to walk, although it was very clean and with basic facilities for tea n fridge. I had only breakfast and as it's an apartment there were not much choice,only English breakfast nothing else.

I have stayed in this property for over a year..I found entire staff to be friendly and very courteous. Housekeeping is of good quality and prompt.I love convert my special thanks to Mr. Arvind and security Mr. Monoj who keeps us secure while we are asleep. Would surely recommend everyone to book a stay here while in Fujairah Kapil

Rooms are clean and smell good. Room service was very nice and lovely. We stayed there with our toddler, and we made her sleeping place by moving 2 armchairs together and covering with a towel. The next day after the room service we found this selfmade bed properly covered with a fresh bedsheet, and all her toys were carefully placed on her bed. That was very cute and lovely service 🥰 also they washed our dishes which was a nice surprise. Some things were not okay though: TV remote wasn't working in one of the rooms. The electrical kettle wasn't working in both rooms we booked, but they brought new ones very fast after our complaint. Kitchen cutleries were old, dirty and completely worn off. Though the frying pan was very nice and almost new. If you plan to cook your food in this hotel, then you should bring your own knifes, cutleries, plates and cups.

Rooms are not clean and stinky. Heaters not operational. Fire Alarm keeps you awake at night. Late checkouts are not acceptable, which is strange. Too costly for the services provided.

this is an ordinary hotel. the reception staff was very nice. I would ask the owners to consider making this more cozy and ambient, also replace some interior things in the rooms, like ceiling, torshers etc.

Just an average hotel and average food .. Quality was not good for the price they are taking .. Dubai hotels are much better

The room is very clean and has a pleasant smell when you get inside..the pillows and the blankets smell so good and has so soft texture ...the staffs were very accommodating and respectful in a way they welcome you with a beautiful smile on their faces..the food really tastes good and mouth watering..thank you mehak and chefs for the food you cooked it was awesome
