my
personal
experience,
this
hotel
provided
the
most
dreadful
service
I
have
ever
encountered.
The
lack
of
customer
service
and
management
capable
of
addressing
guest
issues
was
highly
disappointing.
The
problems
began
immediately
upon
my
arrival.
Despite
calling
one
hour
in
advance
to
inquire
about
the
readiness
of
my
room,
it
was
still
not
prepared
as
promised
during
my
online
booking.
Furthermore,
the
room
emitted
an
extremely
unpleasant
odor
due
to
the
cleaning
products
being
used.
This
made
for
an
uncomfortable
and
unpleasant
stay.
Another
major
issue
was
the
cumbersome
process
of
reserving
facilities.
We
were
forced
to
wait
until
2
am
to
access
them,
which
is
unreasonable
considering
that
other
guests
also
wanted
to
use
the
facilities.
It
is
highly
inconvenient
to
restrict
reservations
from
9
pm
until
1
am,
thereby
limiting
guests'
enjoyment.
To
exacerbate
matters,
the
air
conditioning
in
the
room
was
non-functional.
We
had
to
endure
the
discomfort
until
4
am
when
a
technician
finally
arrived
to
fix
it.
It
is
simply
unacceptable
to
make
a
guest
wait
until
such
an
unreasonably
late
hour
for
an
AC
repair,
especially
when
we
reported
the
issue
upon
entering
the
room
and
were
assured
it
would
be
resolved
promptly.
We
made
several
attempts
to
contact
the
supervisor
(his
name
is
Baha)
regarding
our
concern,
but
were
informed
that
they
were
located
at
a
different
branch.
Despite
our
request
for
a
late
check-out
and
the
need
to
speak
with
the
supervisor
to
address
our
complaint,
our
issue
remained
unresolved
without
any
compensation
offered.
When
we
asked
to
speak
directly
with
the
supervisor
again,
they
did
not
reach
out
to
us
and
instead
sent
a
message
through
one
of
the
receptionists
stating
that
they
were
unable
to
assist
and
that
we
would
need
to
pay
for
an
additional
night
if
we
wanted
to
extend
our
stay.
Furthermore,
I
would
strongly
advise
against
booking
a
stay
at
this
hotel
based
on
my
experience.
The
lack
of
customer
service,
inadequate
room
preparation,
unpleasant
odor,
restricted
access
to
facilities,
and
delayed
response
to
maintenance
issues
demonstrate
a
clear
disregard
for
guest
satisfaction.
The
fact
that
the
supervisor,
Baha,
was
unavailable
and
unresponsive
only
further
highlights
the
hotel's
poor
management
and
their
failure
to
address
guest
concerns
in
a
timely
and
satisfactory
manner.
It
is
evident
that
the
hotel
does
not
prioritize
guest
satisfaction
or
value
their
patrons.
Considering
the
numerous
issues
and
the
hotel's
unprofessional
handling
of
the
situation,
I
highly
recommend
exploring
other
accommodations
that
prioritize
customer
service
and
provide
a
pleasant
and
comfortable
stay.
