A very centrally & conveniently located hotel apartment for day to day shopping, commuting by bus and offers a beautiful view. Very close to Lulu Fujairah Mall as well as the Fujairah International Airport. The apartments are very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped and close so the smell wont go out when you cook. Washing machine is great supplement too when you stay longer. Fridge is very huge too. Living room with view of the mountain is very nice. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had everything you could imagine and chef's to prepare eggs according to your preference. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying long or short term visit in Fujairah The hotel staff is very positive, polite & forthcoming. My review would be incomplete without appreciating Mr. Karim, Mr. Awad, the Front Office & F&B Team for the amazing hospitality. The entire team made us feel at home. If we come back to Fujairah sure we will be in TIME Moonstone Hotel Apartments again!

In my personal experience, this hotel provided the most dreadful service I have ever encountered. The lack of customer service and management capable of addressing guest issues was highly disappointing. The problems began immediately upon my arrival. Despite calling one hour in advance to inquire about the readiness of my room, it was still not prepared as promised during my online booking. Furthermore, the room emitted an extremely unpleasant odor due to the cleaning products being used. This made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Another major issue was the cumbersome process of reserving facilities. We were forced to wait until 2 am to access them, which is unreasonable considering that other guests also wanted to use the facilities. It is highly inconvenient to restrict reservations from 9 pm until 1 am, thereby limiting guests' enjoyment. To exacerbate matters, the air conditioning in the room was non-functional. We had to endure the discomfort until 4 am when a technician finally arrived to fix it. It is simply unacceptable to make a guest wait until such an unreasonably late hour for an AC repair, especially when we reported the issue upon entering the room and were assured it would be resolved promptly. We made several attempts to contact the supervisor (his name is Baha) regarding our concern, but were informed that they were located at a different branch. Despite our request for a late check-out and the need to speak with the supervisor to address our complaint, our issue remained unresolved without any compensation offered. When we asked to speak directly with the supervisor again, they did not reach out to us and instead sent a message through one of the receptionists stating that they were unable to assist and that we would need to pay for an additional night if we wanted to extend our stay. Furthermore, I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel based on my experience. The lack of customer service, inadequate room preparation, unpleasant odor, restricted access to facilities, and delayed response to maintenance issues demonstrate a clear disregard for guest satisfaction. The fact that the supervisor, Baha, was unavailable and unresponsive only further highlights the hotel's poor management and their failure to address guest concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. It is evident that the hotel does not prioritize guest satisfaction or value their patrons. Considering the numerous issues and the hotel's unprofessional handling of the situation, I highly recommend exploring other accommodations that prioritize customer service and provide a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Everything was good. Polite and helpful staff(worth mentioning Sadaf's name). Big and Clean Rooms. All amenities close-by. I did not expect things to be so good at this low price.

Moonstone Hotel Apartments, Fujairah Located bang in the heart of the city with a shopping mall close by. The room was just as displayed in the pictures and the positive reviews by guests. Superb, spotlessly clean, well laid out with all the amenities that would make one feel at home. The kitchen had all the facilities for cooking and serving if required while the bathrooms and bedrooms had fresh and clean linen. All bedrooms had a TV, huge mirrored wardrobes, hair dryer, phone etc. The service was excellent to say the least. They were quick to respond and served with a smile.

The room was quiet and peaceful, and the one I got had a fridge and washing machine which is a plus. Although generally clean, the toilets and kitchen could use a little more tidying up. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, near to a mall. The facility is clean, staff is courteous and there were no hidden charges of any sort. Room was massive with all kitchen appliances. The only downside is hotel parking which was quite tight, however there are ample free parking spaces outside the hotel. We will definitely comeback.

And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience. The appartments were fully furnished and well equipped, which are suitable for both business and leisure use, regardless of the length of stay was spotless. They were sized and nicely decorated. The location was perfect and very safe , it is few step away from Lulu mall. Which was very confortable to have everything you might need very close. And finally, Very good hotel breakfast buffet. Spent a week in January 2023 with my family at this hotel in the center of Fujairah and tldr: absolutely worth it. Let's start with the bangers: the apartment was impeccable: fully furnished kitchen that looked completely unused (where we cooked breakfasts), spacious common room and comfy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 extra restroom. Sometimes we ran AC, but more often cracking the windows brought in salty seaside air - refreshing. The only spoonful of tar in a barrel of honey - there was no HDMI cable available neither in the room, nor at the front desk, and we really were set on watching movies, so ended up buying it. No biggie. More perplexing were persistent calls from the front desk to check on us - as early as 8.30am and as late as 11.00pm. I personally find it inappropriate. Back to good stuff - there's a gym and a restaurant on the premises, can't comment on the latter as there's so many cuisines to sample around. The supermarket is within a stone's throw, and right across the road there's a park to jog/stroll. Overall, I'd be pleased to come back!

We went with parents and kids, so with three generations. The apartment had good enough space and equipments to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen served well for preparing basic breakfast or coffee tea etc. We used the jacuzzi and the massage chair. They were also very nice. The hospitality was perfect and helpful.

We had Excellent stay for 2 nights in 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms are tidy clean with all amenities provided sufficient. Beds are comfortable. Though bathrooms are small but clean. Kitchenette amenities provided & sufficient for 3-5 person depends on your apartment size. Location is Excellent with just next to Lulu Mall. You will get other restaurants & cafe available nearby on walking distance. Ample parking. Staff is friendly & supportive. Breakfast should required to be improved. Overall good stay for family .

I was very happy to stay in the hotel. The apartments were home away from home. I highly recommend it for families. The only thing I didn’t like was when I requested late check out, they refused claiming there were customers coming while the hotel was empty they gave me until 1 pm. I’m a frequent traveler & a vip customer in most booking websites, this makes me hesitant to book again. There should be more flexibility especially if there is plenty of rooms. Most hotels extend until 2 or even more. My advice to attract more customers since there is occupancy!

Okay so let me start with the staff at reception.. super helpful, security is everywhere around and inside the building and the parking and they are amazing. I’ve uploaded photos so u can evaluate the room but for me it is more than what I expected specially that the price is super cheap. A whole apartment for 215 this is amazing. Cleanliness is a big yess!! Lifts buttons doors floor everywhere is super clean & smells so. The bed is super comfy the apartment has whatever u need for ur stay. Full kitchen equipments( see the photos) tools and in the living room bog sofa and tv nice decorations. The hotel is quite so u can enjoy some quality time n rest properly. There’s a plenty of parking space inside and outside. Three hypermarkets are 2 minutes walk from hotel. Access to taxi and main road. Close to everything in the city. Special thanks to Terry at reception she made my day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Mr. Bahaa, the front receptionist made us feel extremely welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and at an very reasonable price. Alhamdulillah. I would definitely recommend it to others and already have. Jazakum Allahu khairan.

From check in to checkout this hotel was absolutely amazing, Staff gladly assisted me with the booking error I made and accommodated my needs accordingly. I would like to say a big thankyou to Mr Baha the receptionist I met, he is truly amazing. Housekeeping is also always ready to assist with whichever problem you might be facing, room was also extremely tidy and clean. Breakfast was a great variety of food selection and had no problems. Thankyou to all the staff, you made my stay incredible. Time moonstone is the only place I will stay and recommend in Fujairah. The location is in the city, no need to drive far to look for food, supermarket a 1 min walk away, amazing restaurant not more than 10 minutes away from the hotel and the views of the mountain will make you want to move in immediately

I stayed there with my family for a vacation and I would say it is a budget friendly hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and the room was really big with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. We spent one night there and the price was really cheap and affordable for a family stay. The location is also not far away from the center so we can get food deliveries etc with ease.

We’ve stayed in numerous hotels over the last decade, however, TIME Moonstone was the most excellent; from its spaciousness, cleanliness, services to its affordability… Unfortunately, at the night of our checkout and after we arrived at our next location, we directly discovered that we’d forgotten a men’s nightwear of two sets (navy blouse and pants) that was really dear for us. In that same night we immediately contacted the hotel, they took our info and suggested we call the next day. And so we did, however, they again took our info (such as the lost item description and phone & room number) and assured us that they’ll reach out. the same process went on for three consecutive days but all our endeavors were in vain. This really saddens us, since we hold sincere respect to the hotel, its services and employees.

Wonderful staff, right from reception, Security till Room service. Very accomodating! Their room service is amazing and namely the gentleman Mr. Ibrahim & Mr. Mohammed. Food quality from their restaurant is top notch and one of the best for the price offered. Overall an excellent stay with family. This is not the first time I stay at moonstone. First time I checked in I was impressed with the security system, Customer service and cleanness of the hotel. Second time I booked this hotel, was suddenly and late at night however the service and experience was still amazing. The rooms are spacious very spacious, group of 3 friends we stayed in 2-Bedroom apartment and it felt like we didn't need that much of space. Second time we booked 1 bedroom and hall... still spacious!! The kitchen is amazing , that itself can hold another bed.

We had a very comfortable stay. Like a home away from home. The room, including bathroom, is spacious and the bed gave us a good night's sleep. We love the quality, variety and freshness of the breakfast. It's a family hotel and as expected, crowded, but there is still a sense of space. The check-in process was fast and easy.
