Booked for two nights. Rooms were large with a full kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and they were so helpful. The only issue they have that they don't clean your room unless you requested. The other major issue that they don't have a dedicated parking slots so you have to park your car on your own and they area is so difficult to find a parking

I enjoyed my first Platinum Coast English breakfast this morning. Thank you for a delicious spread chef. Wonderful value for price and such attention to details. This meal will last you all day! Keep up the good work.

New hotel, clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly. I suggest to add glass door for the shower place.

Slowest internet ever! Takes forever to open google or Amazon. Not at all recommended for longer stays if you need to work remotely! The gym and pool are not clean. Rooms are okay though.

Very good hotel , rooms are wide , clean & comfortable, WiFi signal is strong , staff are friendly and helpful, Location of the hotel is good for guests with thier vehicles, however I guess its not convenient for those who uses taxis or public transport.

Very nice ambiance. Rooms are clean..staff are very helpful. Room service will clean rooms on request. Kitchen is equipped with all utilities. I

requesting for staff support is too difficult. Before they come to you it will take hours. I needed to follow up for them to be reminded. The water heater for the shower is also not working. The room smelled bad when i entered the first day. Towels smell bad too. No provision for hanging washed clothes.

Good room , well maintained. I stayed in Studio apartment and the room is very spacious. There is a fully equiped kitchen with gas connection, if you like cooking. There is a gym and swimming pool.

Excellent place for vacation. We book an apparent with excellent equipped kitchen. Good organized Umbrella beach about half of hour walking from hotel. Professional , helpful and friendly staff. Good equipped gym and pool.

We asked for an extra bed, and after waiting for almost 2 hours, we came to know that we must pay first for it!!!! Which was strange, as they received a cash deposit upone check-in. Breakfast was below our expectations.There were a few options, food was low quality and quantity, and we had to wait for a food refill. They have the worst coffee ever. The swimming pool is very small and the water was not clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life I will never visit this hotel again also I will not recommend to anyone else Also the bed is uncomfortable at all because it's just tow singles bed closed together which is very bad and it getting empty space in between while you sleeping The shower space is very small also the water running every where while you showering and it's not going to the right way which is makes me feel bad also you can't use the toilet until you clean the water after shower. The room have no power socket at all only I find one available under the window that's all so how I can use my personal things if no power socket at all .

It's a new hotel apartments with big wide fully furnished rooms and have fully equipped kitchen. The prices are good comparing to the services and amenities they provide. Great place, worth a visit.

I had the Platinum Coast English Breakfast this morning and I am absolutely blown away by the service and the spread. Including the selection of bread, fruit and the generous hot breakfast. The chef, Tharith, is meticulous and he delivers more than what you ordered. I will definitely be back to experience his amazing service.

I am a resident at PC Hotel. Staff are helpful and polite. The one bedroom apartment is a comfortable size, bright and clean. Reviewing the breakfast, both Arabic and English, which are super value, well presented with a great variety and generous portion size. Thank you, Chef!

Brand new hotel. The were gradually opening up the upper floors and I was honoured to be the first to sleep in appt 1003. Clearly the soft opening has teething issues but they were quick to resolve. Nice friendly people. Scenic mountain views. I loved the 180 degree views from the pool on the top floor. They had a small cafe which looked nice but were planning a restaurant in a couple of months. The gym had a great instructor with good advice for people. Pity I discovered him on my last night, otherwise I would work with him on a program. Unexpectedly I loved it.

New and tastefully designed apartments. Kitchens are fully equipped. Some apartments have a sea view. Surrounding area has plenty of supermarkets, coffee houses and a variety of restaurants. Only feedback is to be more accommodating of guests requests eg extra pillows and blankets for kids.

I love this apartment's atmosphere. Cleanliness from within outside through inside doors. I hope they keep it up the same way like this. This hotel definitely beats up the rest of other hotels in fujairah currently. Definitely suggested whenever ur planning to stay in fujairah.

New hotel so every amenities are new and fresh. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with great view. Prices are very reasonable.
