Frankly speaking a lot of people including myself were surprised when I stepped in to Rawabi Al Sham restaurant. It fits to be downtown, because the atmosphere and the service matches what one would expect from a fancy dining place in downtown Dubai. Its that good! The restaurant is neat and clean and is located upstairs. The food was delicious and were good portions. You could see that they take Presentation of food seriously. Service was great. I have visited here several times with my friends and every time my friends were impressed. I could easily say this is one of the best Syrian restaurants on the north side of Dubai. Oh, and they have a huge selection of different cuts and preparations of fresh meat to buy downstairs too.

I went there with my family of about 15 people and it was by far the BEST food and experience we have had since a very long time in Dubai. The staff are exceptional in their service and etiquette. The food is simply excellent and clean. We tried almost every item on the menu and loved everything there. Special mention to their Lahm Baajin: AMAZING. I wish I remembered to take a picture of all the food we had because the presentation was as good as the taste. If there is one place I can give 6 stars, it would be this.

We ordered the daily dish (maklobah) and it was very bad full with spices and the rice is yellow even the eggplant should be cooked inside it but it was not. They added also potato in the rice and no one cooked it like this before. We asked to add extra cucumber for yogurt but it served exactly the opposite. Not what expected at all For mixed shawarma we ordered with special potato but also few pieces with extra charges for it When we asked for that, we got a very rude response from the staff like we are not paying for the service It was the best and now the worst and not recommended

We ordered pick-up pies. They were average. The fresh meat counter was well organized.

We had an event. We ordered 25 special meat grill meals. Delivery on time exactly. Each meal was well-arranged and fresh. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice and quite place to go with family and food. Warm and friendly staff. Very neat and clean meat shop with take away at bottom and restaurant at the top. Highly recommend for authentic Arabic cuisine.
