One star for the decor and another for the smiling faces, that is it, the rest is below average , even we visit the restaurant during the week days not in weekend and there were only few tables occupied, but still the delay of order was enormous , and we had to remind them many times, for food or drinks, there is no proper management, or lack of servicing skills. You will find too many waiters moving around you, which makes you uncomfortable. Regarding the taste is almost OK, but not the level that makes you comes again to this place. The dish portion is ok, not big or small, also we tried the sweets, which is not too bad.

I am a big fan of this restaurant since they opened long ago in Dubai International City, this branch is big and the decoration is classy and the place is cozy. Staff are well trained and behaved. Food tastes just like middle eastern homemade food. I recommend you try their BBQ and fried kebbeh, and don't forget to order their freshly made bread. They also make birthday surprises and provide you with a number of options for birthday cakes. I made two birthday surprises for my family members and all the staff were clapping and happy for us. Great management and i wish them the best.

Good food, decent portions and prices, good service, and clean restaurant. Convenient paid parking available just outside too. Highly recommended.

Starting from door no one seated us ,just stood until someone waved to sit. First waiter was either in a hurry or not interested in serving us. After ordering I saw three tables recieve their food before our table. Now the reason given was because it was cooked in oven the food we ordered. The mushroom and sliced beef was absolutely amazing 👏 😋. I was saving room for hot chocolate and dessert, yet I was told hot chocolate was not served even if was on menu so had tea ,watermelon and delicious sweet. Another thing I want to point out the second waiter who took our table was very good 👍 👌 unlike first. I suggest some retraining on customer service for all staff. Yet food was delicious 😋.

The place is nice. Staff were friendly especially the ladies. We ordered many things Mix grill was really bad smell bad. Lahm ajeen was ok but no flavour no spices. Hummus & salad were ok. Fries was the only good thing. And cheese pie was really good.

Always happy to come back. Very tasty fresh food. For new-comers I recommend the mix appetizer platter and mix grill. The chairs are the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat on, ambience is beautiful and cozy. Staff is very attentive and polite. Freshly made Arabic bread. We recently tried the grilled lamb fat skewer and it was heavenly. Very tasty grilled shrimps. Complementary dine-in desserts and tea.

Tasty food, nice people, nice chairs, entrance to the restaurant alittle tricky, cost is low high, like $$.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had the pleasure of trying their Lamb Chops with Herbs, Grilled Meats, and Lasagna dishes. All of them were exceptional, with great taste and perfectly done. The flavors were on point, and the quality of the food was evident. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I believe there's room for improvement in the service speed. Nonetheless, the delicious food makes it a worthwhile visit!
