Worst Gym Ever & A staff member took my phone and deleted my old review & changed the rating from 1 Star to 5 Stars . No need for 49dhs ads anymore. So... Let's tell everyone about your Gym now👇🏼 1. Registered for 1 month offer & dunno why for no reason they make me a 1 year registration !! They keep taking money every single month from my visa card till this day . 2. Can't cancel my registration for any reason only if i have get a huge injury or i get a disability or if i get pregnant BRUH ? 3. How the hell someone can workout in a gym with 24/7 construction and dust everywhere??? 4. The reception & "coaches" are not available , we keep looking and waiting for 15-20 minutes just to open the gate for us because the card keeps not working every single time 5. I keep asking for a manager they keep saying there is no one right now for more than 3 months. & I ask for the owner number or anything so i can contact him .. and they keep saying he is in UK and they try to change the subject. Don't try to contact me for deleting the review & FYI I'll share the review to every single person in UAE so they can know about your GYM and Staff ! Worst experience ever! Peace ✌🏼

First of all i want to praise the gym enviroment. The equipment's are good and maintanace is worst. If some instruments brocken too much time will take to fix the issue or if we said to floor instructors they will not listen. Since 2 year i am using the gym, there is no upgrades no new instruments.The cleanliness and the staff is friendly and approachable. Thank you

There are unclear information in Registration time.. last year there is some offers like 99 AED per month. Every month they will auto deduct from my bank account.. And if you don't want to continue . You need NOC from Hotel . But if u asking about why I need NOC if i don't want to continue. Then he showing policy of Gym nation. Why he didn't informed properly before joining. And one more thing U should inform one month in advance if u want don't want continue with gym nation!!!! Overall GYM is good no doubt but need proper information.

..CANCELING MEMBERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE... Having a very bad experience with Manar Mall Gym. I moved out of city as job location changed. Call the gym they said you need to complete 12 months . At 11 month called the gym to cancel my membership and they said come by the end of month in person at reception. Went in person they did not cancel membership saying our accountant is not here. They took my card not given any receipt that card has been taken from me. The staff the manager in Grey shirt all were rude. No one was wearing the name tag or any employee card .. it was difficult to know who is employee and who is not. I came all the way from Dubai. ... but cancelation process is so ridiculous.. I was a bit angry but staff was smiling at my condition and said nothing can be done. However if I want to take the membership they will immediately charge me without any accountant.

NIGHTCLUB FROM HELL The worst gym I have ever been to. We were interested in (and I will be describing) Ladies only part. There is only about 15 machines available for ladies only, even though the fees are same as men. Other sections, even though stating ladies only have cameras installed so not suitable if, as woman, you value your privacy.( We have witnessed man wondering around there.) Undoubtedly though the worst part is the music that they CHOSE to play, it’s horrendous. The staff at the front desk are in charge of the music, but considering that women’s area is very small, music is always blasting, you could not answer the phone or have a conversation with anyone inside, 99% of ladies have earphones perhaps listening to something interesting, but with the blasting music it’s impossible. For sure you will be leaving with a headache due to the extreme high volume, The choice of music is often questionable /disgusting, with the worst swear words you could imagine. Staff are aware, even the manager, but HE insist there is nothing wrong with the music in this establishment. The staff has full support and encouragement from the manager Jay. I hope the authorities get involved, because this is far from how a decent place should be run. The manager needs to be replaced for sure perhaps for someone with some moral values and someone who actually cares about customer satisfaction, which should be priority. There are improvements needed especially in Ladies only areas providing additional space and additional equipment that could be used by females only, because it gets often overcrowded. Also ventilation seems to be non existent in “Ladies only gym” part. Current manager obviously not interested in making the environment better for Ladies only, even though solution is quite easily achievable.

Worst experience ever! Highly unprofessional! They come up with ways to grab your money, I have experienced it and have seen my friends going through it. I have been subscribed for 1 year and when I am about to cancel my subscription, they come with reasons like notice period which they never mention when you join. Tbh, it doesn't make any sense to have a notice period when it clearly says 1 year subscription. Also they never communicate properly, they make you go to them so many times. Be ready to face some unprofessional and cheap ways of making money if you are planning join this gym. Gymnation in RAK or may be in UAE is horrible,made a mistake of joining such place!Will never join again or recommend anyone!

Gym is good,. Service is bad ,. They need only monthly payment .procedure for cancellation and blocking is higher than applying visa. Blocking card for 2 months they are asking for transfer paper. And for vacation they need ticket proof and for sick leave due to corona they need proof as well after all submitting this still they deduct from the account monthly. I requested for cancellation they said ok. After 1 month they asking for payment for cancellation. Atlast they increased the montly amount without any information and staff behavior was unprofessional and rude.. health is wealth but for gymnation wealth is wealth.. please do train ur staff and accountant as well for customer service .take it as small advice for ur future. Got membership for my son for a year and was agreed to pay fixed monthly payment which I made it auto deduction from my card. However recently, the GYM has increased the amount and have been deducted from my card without my knowledge or even a COURTESY to inform me about the change of price. This treatment is unbelievable. Calling the gymnation management, cancel my membership because I don't want any ridiculous surprises anymore!!

worst place to participate in RAK.If they provide you any offer like 1 aed offer for one month free service ,please don't get in trap.They have very strict policies regarding joing and quiting process . Once you try to get information they will start wash your brain. At the beginig they sweet but after you join they talk rude and dont behave well this is money making bussiness they make ppl fool who are less smart and ignorat. Dont sign any paper or pay online if you do so they will deduct your money without your approval. Be carefull thank you

New venue is going to be amazing. It's situated in Manar Mall RAK. It has an awesome outdoor area overlooking the waterfront with a huge selection of free-weights, machines and outdoor functional training zone. Will be worth the wait for the local community when doors open in early Jan.

I believe everyone joins a gym for having health benefits and not to be Ill treated by the staff and cause emotional and mental damage. she is having a racist behaviour You can check the cameras on the mentioned time and date to cross verify my claims. The management is not good. Once you join the gym you cannot stop the membership easily. After one year contract I stopped gym and auto payment option. After six months they are sending legal messages to pay for the remaining months. Gym have access card with fingerprint sensor mandatory for entrance, so no one can’t use gym single day without payment. But think if still they are asking money means it’s a scam. So I am not recommending this gym to any one.

One of the front staff ( he has a Moroccan accent) was not very customer friendly at all , he was not trying to give solution to my late payment for one day due to banking problem. They did not try to inform me in advance as well and chose to inform and just rejected me when I arrived in the branch. I am trying to cancel the membership for me and my wife and i am sure it's not going to be easy. For sure RAK provide better alternative gyms who will be more helpful and supportive.

Fraud. I don't recommend it all, its one of the worst gyms in RAK. Take care of authorising payments from your bank, as they will keep deducting even after the cancellation. They are not cooperative at all.

Great setup! lots of space and equipment to choose from and better yet the classes are included! Thank you to all the GymNation RAK staff for providing a great service and bringing GymNation to RAK. A one stop shop for fitness with 24/7 access!

And they keep deducting from the account even if you cancel the subscription. They don't have even a phone # for complaining. They use their workers mobile #s to gain points

I would like to thank Rommel for all the support & inspiration I have learned alot under his guidance and I would recommend his HIITNATION, BOXING, BODYPUMP & CYCLING and have fantastic results and I will continue to attend his classes

Best Gym in UAE, I am a plus member RAK and Bur dubai is my hometown. Worth to do all the hard workout of Les Mils challenging fun and it will hit you like hell 🤣🤣, Shout out to our coach, Coach Rommel who is making the classes worth the fun, to burn the fats and making more challenging tracks for hiit trainings 💪💪💪

Useless gym and the worst part is even if we don’t go to that gym or even after the 1 year contract they keep charging from the card, I have mailed them regarding cancellation for which they send a link and ask to follow instructions. They will say they will contact back in 72hours but still even after 2 weeks they wouldn’t call back, I had to block my card to cancel the membership finally. However I get messages continuously about payment rejection , funny part is I had used only 1 month this gym and paid for 13 months continuously without knowing:( I do not recommend this gym at all.

I've been coming to this for more than 3 years now and I have to say the trainers, staff, and management are completely horrible and disrespectful. Any complaint takes weeks to months to get addressed. The gym trainers especially are aggressive, racist, and threaten you with violence when confronted and the management does nothing in that regard. I haven't even gotten so much as an apology for the humiliation that I was subjected to. I would not recommend this gym to anybody.

The most worst gym ever i have been to, their management their financial department worst then one can think of. DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR BANK CARD!!!! They will cut the money without asking even if you cancel your membership, and when you ask them to remove my card from your system they will not take you seriously and ignores you. BE VERY CAREFUL FROM THEIR SCAM!!!

The gym is fully equipped and perfectly maintained by friendly and helpful employees, who are willing to go the extra miles to give all the support I need to make every session as comfortable and productive as it could be. The trainers in all the branches I went to are super professionals and knowledgeable, who knows what help I need and shows me how to do it properly. Quite motivating!!!

Now me as a client got a negative vibe or feedback about the attitudes , i felt it was not polite because such matters should be discussed privately between colleagues. Please consider these things in the future, it affects a lot!.

One of the best gyms in RAK, got the best Instructor Romell Gomba, have attended his HIIT class, and it has been brilliant, along with that he also does the Body Pump and Body Combat classes. I have enjoyed the HIIT sessions the most.

I joined RAK Gymnation 6 months ago - coming from the UK wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it has honestly been the best and most enjoyable 6 months of training. All staff are very helpful and friendly, especially a big shout out to Coach/Trainer/Mentor Rommel - always has a smile on his face, friendly and full of energy. I attend 5-6 of his classes a week including HIIT, Body Pump and RPM - always setting new challenges and there’s something different every time. Made lots of new friends, not sure what I would do without Gymnation.

The gym provides all your needs from the equipments to the classes. They make sure also that your safe amidst of pandemic by sanitizing the place. To my trainers ( Rommel, Lanie, Christine, Jojo) when it comes to working out your expectations is sky high. I have to admit sometimes you even make me cry 😂😂😂 but in the end I break out into a smile because the way my body looks it is worthwhile.

Couldn’t be happier to have found this gym. Special shout out to Ashraf who was so welcoming and friendly. It’s such a good gym with such good facilities and equipment. Perfect for us to get our sessions in whilst on our honeymoon here in RAK. Definitely recommend!

One of the worst gym in Ras alkhaimah, please be aware from them. They are focusing on long period membership. Even if you told them to stop or postpone the membership they will keep deducting money from your card. Their prices are higher than most gym in Ras alkhaimah.

Its was really bad to deal with them . And regarding their package and giving our bank details to them its not safe at all. Without any information they took money from my colleague account. I remember when we joining there they promised if there is any issues to continue bring letter from the company and you can cancel the memberships. But when he went there with the letter they wont accept , when he said he will block their acces from bank they steal all the amount for one year from his account. Really strange. Very bad attitude.

The reason why I enrolled in this gym is because of Zumba, and when new manager came, she changed the zumba classes into more core exercise. We need the zumba classes back… not all of the gym-goers are for this hard core exercises. Sometimes we need to balance.. They put the zumba in the morning and we are working during that time, who will come at 9am.

Good equipment but bad system i join for 12 month and after 3 month i stop they keep deduct from the credit card, and its fine and change my card last month and this month i decide tp rejoin they ask me to pay april and may since its program for 1 year but dears i stop coming from last Oct and you keep dedcuting and now if i rejoin u want to make pay for last two month which i didnt come and i ask to make exeption since i didnt use you equipment for last six month and cancel the old program let me rejoin with new one! You lose your customers this way and am going to join another gym

Most thing i like from the gym is the class. Excellent gym instructor, Rommel. He really care and go above and beyond to help you to achieve your goals. I am one of those who has satisfied my fitness journey. All his class are fun and very motivated I also like the way of Ms Lani teaching us for body balance it really helps after having those intensity training. My experience in gymnation through the help of our trainers will always be my inspiration to keep coming and continue my fitness goals.

GymNation RAK has a very nice ambience, clean and organized facilities! Coach Rommel Rocks! 💪💪💪 This guy is very professional when it comes to work out plans, he will motivate you until you do them right! His classes ( all of them!) are amazing! 👍👍👍

Really loved the classes specially HITNATION and RPM and a great way to start my day, energy of the instructor Rommel is really excellent. Rommel is such a good instructor, his classes are always so energetic and he always motivated everyone to do their best. His class is very challenging but also very upbeat and positive.

Best gym in RAK and it has a variety of classes coached by the best. My favorite classes are Bodycombat, RPM and HIIT, especially Romel's class is really good and advanced.

This gym is really nice and affordable, the people there are all friendly and ready to help. My favorited of being a member are the classes I could join, especially one done by coach Rommel. The classes are very effective and is done very professionally by him. My favourite class is body combat, hiitnation and cycling. Only issue I would have though is the fact that you cant freeze unless its for either medical reasons or moving.

A good place to workout equipped with high-class equipment. The place is spacious and not over-crowded. I usually attends the classes of Coach Rommel (RAK Gymnation). He is one of the best coaches in RAK when it comes to HIITnation, Body Combat, RPM, and Body Pump. He always motivates us to finish the workout and gives advices on different workout plans to better ourselves.

I have been in different gyms inside and outside UAE, but GYMNATION is the BEST so far. They have complete equipments and facilities and friendly staff. The monthly payment is cheaper compare to other local gym, but what i love the most are the classes, it comes with different types of workout and we are having fun, i'm always looking forward for the next class everyday. It helps me boost my self esteem and confidence specially in Zumba. Special thanks to Coach Rommel, Coach Lanie, Coach Jojo and Coach Cristine they are the best! Kudos Guys!

Gym as a facility I can't say it's well equipped as lot of machines are not available, too small tight area for dumbbells makes you really not to workout comfortably, even the classes studio is really small for such a huge numbers of members, Prayer room need a proper door(not a curtain) to prevent loud music interrupting people while praying. Can't forget to mention the most positive point in gymnation Rak., Mr.Rommel, @rakfitness23, our coach, he is absolutely magnificent, full of skills and energy ⚡ specially in his classes. Gymnatiom RAk i considered as my second home,relaxing ambiance, clean equipments,friendly staff and most of all I’ve really enjoyed class program composed by our very supportive coach (Rommel) , After our workouts sessions i feel much stronger both physically and mentally. staff are not so cleared while explaining to customers about the gym rules and regulations. gym nation staff providing unedequate and unclear information regarding registration which is extreamly sad and disappointing 😞. Gym nation policy should be cleared towards customers Monthly deduction which is automatically deducted from the bank is unsatisfied. I have informed the staff that I will discontinued from the gum but still they are deduction was inprogress until I have cancelled my bank account. Overall I can only give 1 star for not clear policy of their staff.

Be aware before taking any membership. They won't cancel your membership in between the contract even if you want to. Suppose you don't get time to go to the gym and you want to cancel they will not allow you to cancel. And the terms and conditions of canceling the contract are a kind of trap. There is an option to cancel the membership under "No Time To Exercise" If you opt for this option while in the contract period, they will simply deny it and won't cancel your membership.

Classes are always fun, amazing and full of energy. Instructors encourage and ensures everyone are able to do the proper moves and techniques while burning those calories. Equipments are also sanitized after every use. Always looking forward to more classes.

The best affordable gym in Rak! Big and clean gym. Hats off to the staff that constantly disinfecting the whole place especially every after classes and all the machines that are used. I feel safe in this gym despite with covid 😷 thank you I have been a member for 4 months now and I love it. I am so pleased with all the classes offered. The instructors are engaged-knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. A great workout that makes you sweat more than you think is possible and pushes you further than you think you can manage. All the coaches are great but Rommel stand out. I love the intense yet challenging workout. I’ve gone for a few weeks and I’m already seeing subtle changes with my body. I also enjoyed Lanie & Christine’s classes too, thanks.

I am really sad to post a bad review after giving 5 stars due to the service they have providing.Actually i was having a very good impression about Gymnation until i requested for a cancellation of membership due to an unpredictable transfer to dubai. And i have been paying for gym without even using it for more than 2 months. As they have been continuously saying like will process the cancellations next month. So guys if you will need to transfer or cancel even with valid proof they will not accept.

The equipment is okay. The staff there maybe one or two people are good/nice, the rest are actually not very helpful and very nosy. The hygiene of the place is actually pretty bad, most people there are smelly, nosy, love to stare, don’t use towels and leave their sweat everywhere, don’t return their weights, and even the mosque room is put in the worst place possible. Only benefit from it to me is that it’s close to me.

Love the classes with all trainers and shout-out to my favourite trainer Rommel! He's super dedicated and knowledgeable and keeps your training fun. Gym is well equipped, clean and has the best value for price. You don't get better than this.

The Manar Mall women section is small and crowded, there are 3 treadmills and you have to wait in queue to get your workout done. The coaches are veryyy good but only if you take PT sessions, otherwise they will ignore you like you are non-existing creature. The classes are great buttttt other women would book their spaces and you will be pushed to stand behind in a class. And the classes for women are very less, all other classes are virtual or mixed with me.. Ohhh and yeah they have awesome sales persons! You won't even know when you sign the contract that too without reading it because they will make the process sooo easy. I am very disappointed with the assistance received from your GYM nation team at your Gym in Ras Al Khaimah regarding canceling of our Gym Membership. Nobody could provide us with the proper information about how to cancel the gym membership. We have tried so many times to cancel the gym membership by visiting the link that you have shared with us using QR code. Let me tell you it is of no-use every time we register our request to cancel the membership, it says that your membership cancellation request is denied or not approved. It also says that somebody from our team will contact you in 72 hours but nobody called us. It's over one year now, it is outside the contract. What is this? that's not fair we are the customers we have the right to cancel the membership. You must guide us with the process. We are mentioning in it that we are moving to a different emirate still it is not approving our request. This is just not fair. We are very disappointed. Kindly, connect us with the concerned people through contact number or we have to stop the card payment . We don't want to continue. Please guide us properly.

Really bad bad customer service. I spoke to the accountant( gymnation - manarmall-rak) he was extremely rude doesnt know how to talk and behave. Extremely unprofessional. He doesnt know how to clear doubts instead he kept cross questioning. Very bad behaviour.

First of all nobody is there to guide you if you are fresher. Specially for women's this is not the right place if they are fresher. Second Don't go for annual pacakge because they won't give any excuse for emergency or unplanned cancellation. They will ask you to sumbit evidence against emergency cancellation at least 30 days before the auto payment date otherwise your another month payment will also be deducted without taking the service.

Gymnation has been awesome to me. The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I'm a member of RAK Gymnation. My overall experience is that it's well equipped with lots of modern gym equipments for both men and women. It's very convenient as it's open for 24 hours. I like everything about it including the friendly, inviting ambience and helpful staff. I'd 100% recommend Gymnation to anyone.

I will never recommend RAK Gymnation. They deducted money before the payment date and no response for cancellation request even after attaching medical certificate. Please do not give your card details to them at all as your payment will be deducted twice a month. I am still trying to contact them but they are disconnecting my call. A big no to this gym. I will definitely say them robbers.
