Not happy. Their communication on messenger, phone, Instagram, and email is the WORST (as in they don't). I had a pedicure, and the gems fell off in one day. Trying to get them repaired is a joke. They say they will fix them (IG) but then never follow up. The girl who did them was very sweet but it took forever and she was nervous about doing gems because she didn't have experience. She tried to get another girl to do them but she was occupied. Don't offer a service if you can't provide quality results. I stopped by the Dubai mall location to see if they could repair them before I left town. I'm waiting and will update you later. I think all the 5 star reviews are a sham.

Cleofhed is honestly the best of the best!! She always perfects every design I have in mind, she’s very cooperative, and always ready and well-prepared. Absolutely love coming to get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks with her and couldn’t recommend anyone better than her! She makes me fall in love with my nails even more every time 😍💅🏻✨

Everytime I leave the salon, I’m absolutely in love with my nails! I always go for Cleofhed for both my gel manicure and pedicure 💗💕 She does an absolutely fantastic job. Such a talented and careful technician with a lot of experience in perfect application! Beautiful work, and a lovely salon experience. Recommend without a doubt! ✨

I’ve been coming to Sisters for almost 2 consecutive years and I always leave extremely satisfied. I’ve now switched to Malu for almost a year and I can’t talk about her enough. She is sweet, kind and very good at what she does. She is really great for the Brazilian wax and nails. Highly recommend and Rena as well who has also done a beautiful job in the nails. Amazing ! I was welcomed by Michele ! She was very nice and proactive. She showed me the treatments and give me recommendations for my massage ! The massagiste was Robeline ! She was amazing.. I will return for next one for sure ! I also got my nails done with Judy and I am extremely satisfied! Julie Ann & Rowelyn took the best care of me. I highly suggest seeing the both of them for a manicure and pedicure. Dildora trimmed my hair and took her time making sure my stitches were never harmed I came to Dubai for cosmetic surgery and they gave me a refresh to go back to NYC like no other place has before. Run don’t walk to this location 😎 I’m so happy I found this treasure. I dont recommend this place the lady was super angry and rude. She didnt realize that my gelish was quite thick until later and i was too busy therefore one day after my nail broke while they were super healthy before ! Never going back again😡
