The outside view of this buildings are very nice. Dubai Metro station is nearby. Several fast food and restaurants are available at the ground floor of the building.

It is not really what it's name states...this place is the main office of the shops in the mall. I did ha e he opportunity to visit this place as we were placing and order for a ring with a very different design...so unless you have a different idea too...There is absolutely nothing here.

This is an OK indoor jewlery shopping complex. It offers what the name promises. Shops for jewelry and gold one next to another. Prices need to be negotiated hard here. Best bet is a min of a 50% discount as mandatory or you better walk away. At least that is my take with a western face, maybe more local looking people get better prices.

This is the strangest place for DMCC and Concordia to send customers to. It looks like a labour camp. When I visited in October 2017 to pay a large sum in community services charges to DMCC, I saw dead cockroaches in the corridor of the ground floor of Building 2. The security guards took lots of visitor information, that seemed totally unnecessary, a better security check would be to issue visitor cards. I was made to go back and forth between building 2 and 1 trying to locate the right place to pay the charges. I felt like the work place conditions for the large number of staff found in these buildings was dismal. For an award winning Freezone that is one of the most expensive in the country, I hope to see a better customer service centre.

Concordia Office is located here. It’s not with in the reach from public transport. Visually It’s located at the opposite side of JLT cluster N. However if you are driving then its better to approach from IBN metro side.

This is place where you can find apartment, office and shop's together, peaceful and safe.

Looks like a low end large factory in India; quite a contrast to what the building stands for. The Produce and the prices are decent as far as my experience goes.

If you have any vehicle then it's easy to find this building but there is no route to walk from metro station
