This restaurant has a magic that's indiscriminately across the whole experience. First off, the location. At the top of Jumeirah Palm island, a magnificent and artistically engineered island in the seas. Must go to see if you ever come to Dubai. Secondly, in the hotel Atlantis. The feel of entering the the Pharos Castle. Atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The architecture and design is far from the stale modern look. The food, one word. INTOXICATING! Not a single dish had any flaws. This is one off the best steakhouses I've ever eaten in. Three chefs knows what many others don't. It's not just good food. They are artisans. The service is immaculate. The waitress are very attentive and have a very keen eye to detail. Raise your finger and someone notices. Not a single time did we have to wait for anything. I would say out of all my reviews I would give this place 10 stars if I can.

Fine steakhouse in the region. Vibrant dining atmosphere, duo band on playing. Open kitchen, with good selection of wine cellar, Aged meats on display. We start on sharing starters, rib eye and tomahawk as mains and platter for dessert. Well crafted menu, and good food presentation. Chefs came to table for checking and small talks. The best part for me is the steak knives presentation. I felt excited like toy knives.

Ok let's start with the fantastic service. Warmly greeted. The staff was cheerful despite having to work through Covid measures - plenty of space between tables. They were there to make sure we had a great experience. Multiple yummy pallette cleansers were provided along with freshly baked brioche bread - all complimentary. Baguette available on request. The staff were happy to provide additional helpings too. Now we were a party of 6 and we ordered 2 Tomahawks with sides. It was plenty of food along the delicious Buratta appetizer. The steak was outstanding with the right amount of marble. We finished with a wonderful birthday surprise dessert. Please treat the staff well when you visit. They are fantastic. We were greatly welcomed and escorted to our seats. Our waiter Suraj was very accommodating. He is highly commendable! All menu were explained. Everyone was very attentive even to the smallest detail. The food was delectable. Two thumbs up to the chef who made my steak - it was so succulent. We were also entertained by their magician which I enjoyed very much. The ambiance is amazing. There was music with just enough volume so you can still hear and enjoy talking to your companion. Definitely a 5-star experience. Kudos to the whole team!

Loved this place! Upscale dining in Jumeirah Beach in the Palm. Menu is typical steakhouse fare with tenderloin being the ideal. Sizes are in grams with two sizes generally available. The experience started with selecting our own steak knife from a collection of ones from different countries. Side dishes were plenty and delicious including the mushrooms and fresh cut fries. Don’t forget dessert and mocktails. Alcohol is also available. All food items are halal. Live music is offered most nights. Dress code is formal.

Excellent service by our server Ali, and the other staff we met. Very friendly and forthcoming. The food was top notch both in quality and taste. We also received great advice from our server when choosing between the dishes. Good vibes with live music as well! Can absolutely recommend this restaurant. We ate the crab cake and calamari for starters and had the wagyu flat iron steak for main course. The calamari were super tender and tasty and the steak was the best we've had.

The whole experience is wonderful, the staff are so friendly, helpful and they make sure your experience was good, with a high level of good service. The food is TASTY 🤤😍

Really nice place for a special celebration. Otherwise too pricey. Elegant ambience, super smooth service with very nice extras thrown in before and after the main course. Everything was great, even my date was impressed- and she works in high.end hospitality. The thing is though: she had some excellent lamb and I got a steak that was juicy and tender but tasted of old grill grease. On the other hand- what do I know about fine steaks? Maybe that's what posh steak tastes like?

What an evening! The three of us were looked after amazingly ... and the food! We've been Dubai 15 years, and like most people we've done the rounds of what are supposedly the best...'Seafire' is tops! The culinary skills and imaginative dishes created by Chef Ray Wong...a 'Master' in a kitchen this, coupled with F&B Director Francois' attention to the unequalled running of this restaurant, makes a place you want to return again and again...Five Stars....there be a Six option :) Enjoy!

Amazing service! The food was excellent, nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. There was a good choice on the children's menu, and both opted for the steak which they both devoured. If you want a lovely evening and a nice steak, then this is the place to go. We will be back!

Hands down the BEST steak and service we’ve ever had!! The steak - and choice of world knife - was a deliciously fun experience. We had the reachers valley black onyx tenderloin and every bite was fantastic! We also enjoyed the dessert tray which was a delicious sampler of all their goodies! We dined with children and their kids steak was equally as tender and delicious. The kids (who often leave food on their plates) ate every bite and asked if we could come back the next night again. The staff is also superb! They knew when to come to offer service and when to allow you time to enjoy your family and friends. They were responsive when the steak of a companion was cooked incorrectly and even the chef came out to apologize and check on the new steak. We also celebrated a birthday and they helped make it extra special with the dessert show! If you’re a steak lover - this place must be on your list to visit!

This was one of my most enjoyable dine-in experience. The tomahawk was an amazing choice to share for two and the mango-passion pavlova dessert was light but delicious. This night wouldn’t have been special without the excellent staff and the Chef himself. Chef Raymond greeted us and warmly welcomed us and made sure that our food was great. Delicious food and amazing service. I have never tasted food like this before. The salad tasted so fresh, salmon cooked well and was moist, the side of french fries was drizzled with truffle oil which enhanced the flavor. The fun part eating there is they offer you a board of different knives so you can cut your steak with 😄 love the twist. Let me tell the best part: DESSERT! I fell in love with their dessert so so yummy. Also they had a live singer in the restaurant over the weekend. I highly recommend this place for special occasions and couples.

Exceptional restaurant, we upgraded from our half-board to go to this restaurant at a cost of 250aed per person. The food is exceptional, the staff are attentive and the atmosphere is great, there was a live singer performing who was incredible!

From the beginning till the end there was absolutely stunning service... Special thanks to Lady Eleonora for making our night special. Highly recommended for a fine dining restaurant with proper service.. I think i should highlight the music that was live performances by the lady. Dining at seafire is quite an experience. The restaurant environment is dark and atmospheric, with a nice buzz to it. T-bones, entrecôtes and sirloins are a cut above many places that amplify their steakhouse proclivities much louder. Great complexity of flavour, which you wash down with first-class Spanish reds Service was efficient and polished. Additionally, if you are a vegetarian, you can still have a fantastic culinary experience at this steakhouse.

I was so looking forward to eating here, as I consider myself somewhat of a steak-fanatic! I ordered the ribeye, medium, and it was ...dry. the meat was also a bit tough. My mom ordered the chicken and said it was the best she had. But this is not a chickenhouse! 🤣 The service was great! Andy was great!

To start, I have tried great steakhouses around the world. Probably one of the best steakhouses I have been to. The ambience is perfect for a indoor dining. All the food was heavenly and portions were very generous. phenomenal chef and waiters.

Beautifully marbled steaks, supreme starters, delicious sides and vibrant atmosphere. Service was perfect, the sommelier recommended wines according to our preferences and served perfectly and the waiters nailed too. I recommend to try the steak tartare, beef carpaccio, dry aged new york steak, rib eye and all sides. Thank you Seafire team for unforgettable experience.

It was amazing experience overall, really tasty dishes 👏, we ordered Tomahawk steak it was really tasty and tender ( it is take time to finish it almost 50 minutes when we order it) Unfortunately we had not good waiter to serve us, not smile at all not interacting with us. Ours first time here and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was Valentine’s Day so I had their set menu for the night which came with a variety of dishes including tenderloin with crab cake and prawn for a main. My husband had the wedge salad, crab cakes and Australian strip loin. Standouts were foie gras, crab cake, and the steaks. The only dish I wasn’t partial to were the oysters as they had more of a fishy taste.. not sure if this was from the caviar or simply the type of oyster as I do believe it was fresh. Nevertheless a wonderful dining experience with attentive servers, live musicians, nice selection of wines and they gave us a rose and cute box of chocolates since it was Valentine’s Day. We really enjoyed the experience here and would highly recommend this place.

Overall: Only thing worth coming for is the steak, which was delicious. Salad and sides were average. Cocktails average, wine way over priced. My waiter and the manager were nice but service very slow. You can get a much better meal and service for these price levels in Dubai

We had an amazing experience. We celebrated our friend's birthday with a simple dinner. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and assisted to our table with our friend's waiting. right after, we were assisted by the waiter, as shown in the video, he was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the food. Indulging in the culinary excellence of Seafire steakhouse was an unparalleled experience. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded sophistication. The attentive staff elevated the dining experience, and the steak (+ starters), perfectly seared to my preference! Each bite was a testament to the chef's mastery, making it an unforgettable gastronomic journey worth every indulgence. I had the filet mignon as a main & we shared the starters which included; Burrata, Calamari, carpaccio, Mac & cheese….etc although I now have moved to Denmark 🇩🇰 , this place will be my to-go-place for steaks whenever I’m in Dubai.

Incredible experience with outstanding food, friendly staff, and gluten-free options! The gluten-free bread was delicious. The beef cheek was so tender you only needed a fork to eat it.

The food (what little they have now) was pretty good. Was very disappointed as I heard the Tomahawk was the steak to order there and was told “management has not ordered yet”. If your a steakhouse you should have all the cuts. Skimp on everything else... but not the steaks. Get that Tomahawk in for 5 star...

Loved our visit to this steakhouse. Gorgeous bar for a pre dinner drink, awesome cocktails and VERY friendly staff. I had an excellent filet and a superb crab starter with some oysters first, from Ireland no less. The best thing is the staff, warm and knowledgeable and provided a quick tour of the very well stocked wine cellar. It’s not cheap but for a special occasion this is a perfect location, will go back soon I hope.

BEAUTIFUL, ROMANTIC RESTAURANT, DELICIOUS FOOD AND SOPHISTICATED DÉCOR! Seafire Steakhouse is located in the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm. Taking a trip to the Atlantis is a treat in itself, but visiting the Seafire Steakhouse was an added bonus! We had to make a reservation in advance and when we got there we were seated immediately. We had a great table, right at the front of the restaurant and was in the centre of everything. You can even see the chefs making the food fresh in the kitchen if you are sitting close enough which we thought was fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us choose the correct items from the menu. We ordered starters and a main course each and both were absolutely delicious. As Seafire is a steakhouse, we had to choose steak for the main – and we were not disappointed. We opted for the fillet steak, one cooked medium and one rare and both were cooked to perfection! They cook steaks a little on the rarer side if you like it medium, I would go for medium-well. Before we started our mains, we had the luxury of choosing the knife we would like to use. There were a variety of options from all corners of the world and we we're very impressed, it was an experience in itself as the waitress gives you an insight into the history of each knife (if you would like it) before you choose. The restaurant has a great aura and has a romantic feel. It is perfect for a special occasion or a date. There were also families there in the booths enjoying a nice evening together so it really is suitable for everyone (and the perfect choice if you are staying in the hotel). The menu can seem a little pricey, however, if you download the Atlantis app it gives you 30% off of your total bill. They are also on the Entertainer App which allows you 2 for 1 on main courses. I am a resident in Dubai and so we are spoilt for choice of great restaurants and delicious food. We booked Seafire for our anniversary as we were staying nearby in the Palm. We had been to Seafire before for breakfast which was plentiful and the service great, however dinner really surprised us.... It was not just dinner but an experience! We ordered steaks but before our dishes arrived we received two additional courses complimentary of the chef. The food was amazing, and when our main courses arrived the side dishes of truffle potatoes and cream spinach were perfect. We spent three hours eating and drinking, the atmosphere was great, the music mellow and timeless, and the service was 5 stars. At the end of the meal we also received a complimentary board of deserts which were all to die for. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking to have a delicious meal but who also wants a bit more in terms of experience and service. Top marks!

I had beef from the reef, was absolutely amazing food. Loved the fact you chose the steak knife you wanted (I chose the Aussie knife). The service was really good and looked after me and I felt welcomed (dining on my own ☺). You get what you pay for and if in Dubai at the Atlantis this is a very good choice. One thing to note with any restaurants at Atlantis, you need to book first, the cabs can't drop you off unless you have a booking. The first time I visited Atlantis, the cab had to drop me off down the road

Great food, great service, staff (Mr Bekzhan in particular) was very attentive. The greetings from the kitchen, a soup, was fantastic and the in between sorbet to neutralise the pallet was exquisite. Wow and fantastic. Great end to a wonderful day at the Atlantis Waterpark. Wait staff was fantastic and we had numerous greetings from the manager who was personable and entertaining. I would recommend ordering sides and eating them family style as they are quite a generous portion. The surf and turf was enjoyed by both my wife and me. All 5 steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly and with a great presentation. Well done and will be back!

We had a dinner at Seafire Steakhouse. Service was good and friendly. Steaks outstanding. But my only concern was the live music. It was a bit too loud, we could barely hear ourselves when talking to others. Otherwise I really recommend this restaurant
