Bad service takes long time to deliver bad quality of food too expensive

Located in falcon towers Rashidiya Ajman. Thr hotel is neat and clean and the staff is friendly. Varieties of food items including Shawarma, Biryani Soups Juices etc. Items are fairly priced. Tried broasted chicken. Cooked well and taste good. Ample seating space but no separate family room.

Delivery service very bad. Food quality average.

Your menu is full in the reception of my building but when I called they are very rude telling me we don’t deliver to rashidiya 3 Ajman who take the order very rude rubbish service I will send costumer right to this restaurant

My son and I found this cafteria by chance and we loved the food. Always order the sharwama, zinger and charcoal chicken with rice. And, it taste good as well. The staff are nice and listen attentively. I always asks to pay by card and they bring the card machine. Thank you. We have been ordering quite frequently from here.

Worst delivery service and customer service. Do not order frm here. I order snack meal and they deliver me lunch meal at 1.15am. When i called and ask them its a wrong deliver they wer just laughing and passing phone to each other. I order my food food 12.30am and requested personally to please not ring the door bell as others are sleeping bt when driver came he press 3/4 times bell also. And when i open door he just smile and even did nt say sorry for wht i requested. I even kept a tip for driver to gve me miss call bt after all i dnt gve. And finally when i open my food to eat it was wrong order delivered. WORST SERVICE EVER FACED.
