Searching
for
a
dental
clinic
in
Amman
has
given
me
the
impression
that
dental
care
in
general
in
Amman
is
of
very
high
quality,
and
MSK
without
any
doubt
belongs
in
this
premium
level,
for
a
variety
of
reasons:
-
top
hygiene
in
all
rooms
of
the
clinic,
incl.
waiting
area,
treatmeant
rooms,
toilet
(my
very
first
impression
when
entering
the
clinic
and
the
rooms)
-
I
observed
exemplary
hygienic
behavior
of
Dr.
Muhammad
and
his
team
(disinfection/sterilization
of
material/equipment,
personal
protective
equipment
of
doctor
and
for
patient)
-
in-depth
analysis
and
extensive,
very
detailed
and
easy
to
understand
explanations
from
Dr.
Muhamad
-
fair
advice
is
provided
on
what
really
needs
to
be
done
for
the
teeth
and
what
different
options
there
are
-
and
not
what
all
could/should
be
done
(to
generate
more
income)
-
patient
satisfaction
and
comprehension
is
clearly
Dr.
Muhamad´s
priority
objective
during
advice
provision/pre-intervention
stage,
treatment
stage
and
post-treatment.
Doctor
is
very
empathic.
-
very
transparent
and
clear
information
on
different
materials
and
treatment
needs
and
their
prices,
to
which
the
doctor
and
team
stick,
i.e.
no
any
negative
surprise
came
up
when
invoicing,
to
the
contrary
-
Dr.
Muhamad
uses
up-to-date
technology
and
procedures
(which
I
have
not
even
seen
with
my
dentist
in
Germany,
and
that
is
already
a
quite
good
one...)
and
is
very
proficient
in
it
-
materials
that
are
used
are
from
renownend
international
brands
-
Dr.
explains
well
different
steps
during
treatment,
patient
is
able
to
follow
and
understand
easily
what
is
being
done
-
there
is
a
very
pleasant
working
atmosphere
in
this
clinic:
Dr.
Muhamad
treats
his
staff
in
a
very
respectful
way
(very
calm
and
hyper-courteous
verbal
interaction),
and
the
staff
is
at
complete
ease,
staying
even
up
to
9pm
for
a
treatement
I
underwent
-
voluntarily
despite
doctor
wanted
them
to
leave
way
before.
-
Dr.
Muhamad´s
passion
for
his
job
radiates
around
him,
he
is
always
on
good
mood,
gently
communicating
with
his
patient
too,
definitely
somebody
who
has
internalized
the
need
for
positive
psychological
handling
of
worrisome
patients
(I
noticed
many
children
coming
to
this
clinic
too),
a
doctor
with
an
eleveated
emotional
intelligence
and
soft
skills
in
his
interpersonal
interaction,
but
which
is
not
played
or
artificial
at
all
but
comes
out
of
his
actual
noble
and
friendly
personality.
Thus
probably
the
first
dentist
I
even
enjoy
to
go
to
for
all
these
reasons...
(!)
-
last
but
not
least:
Dr.
Muhamad
is
undoubtedly
a
top-professional,
not
only
for
his
more
than
10
years
of
experience,
but
also
for
his
use
of
top-notch
dentist
technology
and
procedures,
for
his
passion
and
love
for
his
work
that
he
demonstrates,
for
his
desire
to
achieve
top
quality
results
(in
which
he
is
successful!).
Initially,
my
intent
was
to
do
2
crowns
only.
Given
the
top
standard
in
this
clinic,
I
did
6
crowns
and
one
implant.
Having
shared
my
very
good
experience
with
this
clinic/Dr.
Muhamad,
friends
of
mine
and
my
parents
from
Germany
will
go
for
treatment
at
MSK
clinic
too.
And
for
me
the
"journey"
is
not
yet
over
as
I
will
continue
my
dental
treatment,
and
for
sure
with
MSK.
Overall,
I
can
only
recommend
MSK
clinic
for
any
patient
or
treatment
intended.
I
am
also
very
happy
to
give
more

and
share
my

and
impressions
with

clinic
and
Dr.
Muhammad
with
anybody
intending
to
go
