Rooms are as displayed in the pictures, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. And the location is out of this world! It’s connected to a mall, which you can’t hear any of the sounds from, so that’s amazing. But if you need groceries, or clothes for a meeting, or to buy something quick for a family member from Amman, it’s all in the same building. Of course, whatever you don’t find in Amman, you are in one of the best areas to find anything you need outside of the mall and hotel.

We had a staycation there with the family, kids and elderly too. Really nice place, very comfy interiors, rooms are outstanding, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are sound insulated, even though the hotel is located in one of the most central areas in Amman, you still can’t hear any noises at night.

Best experience ever in Amman Suwafieh. Everything you need is there with galleria mall facilty , 2 mins away from alwakalat street. Middle of Amman 25 mins away from airport , great staff and very kind . Thank you for the great experience !!!

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms, the staff were so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend. It’s in an excellent location, central… there’s a beautiful well stocked supermarket in the mall just next door. For kids there’s also a few play areas at the mall.

Amazing experience helped us at all timese and cleaned up rooms fast and come asap when needed. Nice people Mr yazin and Mr Araf were amazing workers who helped me so much and made everything so much easier I recommend to everyone to stay here. Always smiling and happy to help love I would Come back to Amman just for this hotel also right next to the mall very easy access for things I need asap very convenient.

It is one of the most beautiful places I have lived in in Amman. It is characterized by its calmness and its employees served me courteously, and Mr. Ahmed Dhaher, who supervises the rooms, was very helpful and welcoming all the time.
