I have never been so disappointed in my life as i was in this terrible dirty resort!! It wasn't cleaned in ages ! Bedrooms had hair all over the pillows and sheets and the flloor wasn't cleaned in ages with tons of dust! No air conditioner only small fans that are barely working. The kitchen fridge was out of service and when we contacted them no one wanted to take any responsibility, almost around 6 hours later they showed tried to fix the fridge and brought another broken fridge! The pool was extremely dirty with blurry water no filters were working in addition to being very small in size . I don't recommend this extremely pricey place that doesn't even have a wifi or speakers you have to rent them for 15 jds each. Terrible experience!!!

The view and the place itself was amazing.. there are horses to ride, chicken, and turkey to feed, buggies to ride.. The prices were affordable and the breakfast was more than spectacular especially that the products were all local.. My comment was on the shisha and the professionality of the staff who on the other hand were very welcoming.

It's the worst place i have ever visited, fridge wasnt working they came to check on it after 4 hours then they replaced it with another dirty fridge that wasn't working also, small pool with dirty blurry water, AC wasnt working properly and bedrooms were super dirty without ACs, water is leaking on floors from the bathroom, pool bathroom was super dirty and out of service. Zero customer care and zero quality for money. This place was a waste of money. i dont recommend it.
