Compared to last year, there is a significant decline in the quality if the swimming pool. I was at the swimming pool today, the pool is cold and dirty, and the water was not clear. Most of the current team members around the pool seem to be low quality employees, either not responsible or probably not paid enough to be motivated, so they would not care less. Very important to feel confident that hygienic standards and strictly followed in order to feel safe to swim. The pool team last year were much more active, responsible and reliable.

Beautiful building and easy access for people heading to the restaurants upstairs. My friends and I were a large group and the Black Iris Rooftop was the perfect place for us to go to. Great service, good portion size, nice ambience. Host Sari was a lot of help.

Not much to compliment to be honest. I was somewhat shocked to say the least as the crowne plaza is known for its excellent quality and service. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case in Jordan. The food was horrible, especially the breakfast. The male staff were well mannered and hospitable, me and my wife couldn’t say the same for the female staff. Furthermore, house keeping was a disaster! Last but not least, the bathroom is from the 90’s, broken toilet seats, burnt out light bulbs. This was a real shame as our experience with the Crowne Plaza in the EU and UAE was excellent, however, Jordan’s version in a real insult to the brand. I will definitely be coming back to Amman, however, to an alternative hotel operator.

My stay at this hotel was brief, spanning just one evening, and we departed the following morning. While the breakfast offered could be improved, the staff made a thoughtful gesture by presenting us with a delightful dessert adorned with the message "See you soon." Their cordiality was greatly appreciated. It's worth noting that the room rates seemed higher than usual, possibly due to the royal wedding. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks in no small part to the amiable staff.

I've had a great experience staying at this hotel and definitely recommend it. I arrived at night at the hotel and Special thanks to Izzai, She was very understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time, as well as ensuring that I had a comfortable stay after my long journey. Thank you so much! The rooms were airy, spacious and modern. The rest of the hotel was also very well appointed, with modern furnishings and great facilities. This hotel is great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience! We arrived late in the evening after a long flight and were super tired. We just needed to be pampered and the reception and hotel staff were excellent. The moment we arrived our luggage was taken care for and the check in experience was one of the finest. We had a comfortable stay and the cherry on the top was a complimentary breakfast. Top hospitality can only recommend!

The location of this hotel is within the city and have some shopping areas in 10 mins walking distance. Even the standard rooms are spacious enough. I would suggest for a 4 star hotel they need to change the old taps on basin that looks dirty. The service was good. The food options are mostly continental and Arabic. I would like to appreciate the courtesy the staff shows towards guest. I had requested them for breakfast in room and strictly mentioned not to give any bacon or sausage. But the guy mistakenly bought bacon in my breakfast. I just kept it aside and did not call them back to highlight it. But instead they realize themselves and call me back for apologies and said if they good replace it. I said yes they can take it back and replace it with cup cakes😋 the guy came and took away the bacon and gave me cupcake. Later in few minutes the manager comes with beautiful cut fruit plate to show that they care for their customers. Even these small acts of kindness made me very happy. Overall I left as a happy visitor.

Since I have experienced it before, I decided to go twice in this holiday. I was so pleased the first time, that I did not hesitate to make an appointment for the second time. On top of the Thai massage profesional he is a mild but strong therapist and the foot massage was great. I would like to thank Ms. Anna for the wonderfulness of the 1-hour massage service. Crowne Plaza is among the places to go.

Room are more or less the same of 20 years ago. Pools are nice even if Jacuzzi was not working in the indoor one. Nice gym, SPA wet area is a kind of labyrinth.... Food quality in buffet restaurant was really low... Expecting something more for 20JD... Breakfast is ok, but EXACTLY the same all days... Summarizing... I was expecting something more from a Crown Plaza

Decor a bit dated but it's clean. Only stayed one night after landing at midnight in Amman to go to Petra. Coming back from Petra stayed in the W hotel which is very cool. Modern and in a good area where there are lots of modern restaurants nearby.

Had a good time at this property. Came as a recommendation from a friend and I have to say that it didn't disappoint. The property is in the middle of Amman city and had great connectivity to places. The rooms were nice and spacious. The service was impeccable. The person at each and every touchpoint were very friendly and nice. Also, the other thing that really stood out for me is the morning buffet. Usually, I don't enjoy the spread much but crowne Plaza had good sumptuous food and again the service here was wonderful. Definitely, a great property with wonderful service.

It's a nice hotel, and at a price that is lower than some of their competitors. Stayed here several days. Clean, good service, good restaurant nice bar with great views over the city.

Location is excellent. Rooms are good but the hotel is a bit old. This appears clearly in the gym. The machines are old however there is a great variety. Restaurants are reasonable in their prices.

My stay here was just an evening. We left the next morning. The breakfast spread can be better. But they gave us a very nice dessert with the writing 'See you soon'. Thank you. The staff were very cordial. I think because of the royal wedding, the room rates were pricier than normal.

We loved every minute and will definitely go back. The unit had everything you could possibly need. It was clean comfortable and quiet. The gardens were immaculate and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Being in a hotel is the best getaway you can ever get

Simple and easy to get there . The staff are really friendly. Clean rooms. The breakfast has a variety of different dishes. The lobby is quite nice and cozy. I spent two nights and enjoyed the zigzag vogue to the fitness center and spa .

The hotel is at a great location. There is a great restaurant at the top. It is very secure. The room cleanliness could improve. The rooms were quite good.

I would to say that the service at the Crown Plaza Amman and especially the Black Iris restaurant is very, very good. Mikaella and Sari did a great job taking care of us during our dinner. I would highly recommend visit the Black Iris.

In addition to staying in the hotel myself for a couple of nights, we also had around 25 members of family and friends, who were flying to amman from various countries for our wedding, stay at the Crowne Plaza for 1-2 weeks. The hotel was perfectly located for them, in close proximity to the wedding events, transport routes, and many other areas in Amman to explore and see. The hotel is very well-maintained, clean and has a great breakfast buffet, with a pool & lounge area where many family & friends would spend their mornings & evenings together before heading out. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, attending to all of our guests' needs. We are forever grateful to Mr Mohammed Obeidat in particular, and all of his team/colleagues who helped, as he liaised with us the group bookings from the very start with extreme clarity & organisation, making sure our guests got the best offer & services possible and answering all of their queries & questions throughout their stay. I highly recommend this hotel, its staff and services as it combines great quality, value, service and location - all in one booking & stay.

There’s no toys at The kids club, the dinner meal wasn’t as good as the 5 stars hotel should be. It’s clean after all. The beach area was very good, the kids pool is good too. The have a couples only pool and it’s very good.

I had a great stay in crown. Notable mention to the Phillipino community working hard and beautifully within the staff. Josie always with a smile and care for your needs. Looking forward to the pool party tomorrow. Very good price and only thing is they need falafels for breakfast ;) otherwise we’ll worth the money. Ohh and wifi is good. Beers are reasonably priced. Nuts are yum.

Good service and very friendly staff. Wish there was no smoking in the rooms. There should be more variety of restaurants for the tour groups, not buffet every night.

The staff in the restaurants (Brasserie) Josie and the rest and in Cafe Vienna as well gave us excellent service. They were very accommodating and attended to all our needs.

My stay at Crown Plaza for one night was amazing. The room was cleaned with a spectacular view overlooking the beautiful city of Amman. Food was scrumptious with a variety of dishes and desserts. I will recommend anyone who wishes to stop by for a night or week at Crown Plaza Hotel.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the Crowne Plaza. We are down the street at a neighbor hotel that we booked last minute, (which is just as fantastic) until we found this hotel and their cafe meanwhile simply exploring the area. Our server Mikaella was super sweet and professional one morning, that we made plans for dessert and coffee again in the evening. The desserts are all good, but if you want to know the GREAT ones, just ask your server just like “Mika” helped us. Great location, friendly staff, great service :)

Our wizzair flight was delayed by 23 hours so we were kept here. It was absolutely awesome. Thank you to the wonderful staff here during 27th Nov to 28th who really went out of their way to make it easy for us. The hotel is awesome with great facilities

Hotel location is excellent old hotel but fully renovated. Spa restaurant and bar is the best in town. You feel like home friendly staff and great food and services I’ll come next week and stay again at this hotel 🏨

Fantastic Service We stayed at the Crown Plaza Amman for one night at the of as part of a group. The service at the hotel was a step up from other places we stayed on our tour. The group enjoyed Happy Hour on the top floor longe with beautiful sunset views. All drinks were half off so it was the best deal we saw on our trip. We had a very nice dinner in the tent with delicious food. Room was comfortable and very clean.

I’ve been there for a party and it was terrible at the first and usual in Jordan just couples and girls in this moment u wish that you’re not single they make it harder on you 🤣but the crew was great the valet a little bit expensive 4 JD we payed like 30 JD per person and of course we enjoyed the view, I think maybe they can provide some services that brings me back if I’m back to them it’s just for the view nothing special abt them ……. Some people from the bar stuff ask about my name and it’s not professional for a hotel and there customers privacy but at all it’s not bad

Excellent hotel, 3 separate bars (1 of them doubles as a hookah lounge), live band 6 nights a week, and 2 separate restaurants. The gym is more complete than a typical hotel gym which was great. Very clean, i would definitely stay here again

Crowne plaza was booked due to the location, we were pleased with the services. Since we walked in we were greeted by security tean who was very friendly, the bellman stored our luggage and we were checked in in minutes. The room was lovely and the breakfast is exceptional. Highly recommend

Always liked this organized and cosy place, whether for wedding celebrations, Holding meetings, or simply for a coffee. I wish they only improve on their car parking to be more efficient again.

It's my first time to visit Jordan and I would say that staying Crowne Plaza was the best decision. The location is accessible and the amenities are superb. All staff are accommodating and hospitable. They will surely find a way to make everything hassle-free. But what I love the most in the hotel is the Black Iris Rootop 👌👌👌 It's a resto bar located at the roof deck of the hotel. The staff are approachable. Foods are always delicious at reasonable prices. They also have happy hours from 4pm to 7pm where you can enjoy a 50% discount on the menu. The Mediterranean interior is also romantic and cozy, providing you the best view of Amman's city lights at night. This place is highly recommended for dates, meetings, and hangouts. 💯 I will surely book again here in my next visit.

Overall, the hotel is good, but there are some things that can be improved. The team of the pool, very rude and not helpful at all. Dirty table stayed like this for hours in front of us, no one came to clean. When we ask for umbrella, the person incharge said that he will come immediatly to us. After 2 hours noone came and when I said to him that he promised to attend us, he said he is not in charge in a very rude way. The temperature in the lobby and in the restaurant a little bit too cold. The staff was nice and willing to serve us very good.

Good Hotel. The rooms were rather small. We were there in late November and the hotel had already switched the system over to heating however it was quite warm and we had to keep the window open to try to cool the room down. Breakfast spread was not that great. The hotel is in the need of updating.

Rooms bathroom could have some updates such as loose tiles. Service was really good. Everybody had such a big smile whenever I asked for help. My hose keeping lady could be from Filipina. She worked so hard with nice demeanor with a big smile! In dining room sever, Josi was beautiful!! Made already very delicious meals unforgettable.
