I had experienced the swimming pool and unfortunately my experience was so bad!.. there's a swimming coach that doesn't belong to training actually, she teaches while she's out of water which is actually the first time for me to see swimming trainer doesn't even touch the water ! Also she is so rude if you complain about her way of teaching.. Also when we first registered with them ,we had told them that we will be two days a week and in specific hours and they agreed , but when it comes to real they didn't commit with the deal and they started to grumble, so absolutely I don't recommend it to any one !!
