I wouldn't try them. I booked thru Expedia and had a confirmation number. They said a person would be waiting at arrivals for us. There was no one there, so I called them. After waiting on the line for about ten minutes they said they had no car for us. Very disappointing.

Stay away from this company. I had booked a car to pick up at the airport, and when my flight was 50 minutes delayed they gave up my car to someone else who paid more. I was left stranded and had to rent a car on the spot for double the price. They had my flight details and could easily tell that i was delayed.. it's very common with airport rentals for delays to happen and i never had a company just give the car up because the flight was late. this is beyond ridiculous and only shows that this good for nothing company does not respect their bookings and care more about making a quick extra buck rather than do business the way any respectable car rental would. When i contacted them about it they were extremely rude and defensive. terrible experience.. STAY AWAY.

Horrible company, bunch of crooks. I reserved through Expedia but they tripled the price and asked for a 500 dollar deposit when clearly it said 200 is dollars. Stay away and don’t rent from this corrupt business.

הזמנתי מכם מכונית כמה חודשים לפני שהגעתי ללאס וגאס, רציתי את פורד אקספלורר וקיבלתי אישור שאקבל אותה או דומה לה, אבל בפועל לא קיבלתי אותה למרות שהרכב הזה חנה בחניה מול העניים שלי !! שאלתי את איש המכירות שזה הרכב שאני רוצה שזה הרכב שנכתב לי בהזמנה והוא חונה בחניה מול עניי והמוכר אמר שזה לא מה שהזמנתי למרות שהייתה התמונה ושם הרכב הזה בהזמנה !! המוכר אמר שזה רכב יקר יותר ולא מגיע לי! אז אני שואל: 'למה לרשום שאני מקבל את הרכב הזה אם הוא זמין ולא ניתן לי? הוא היה בחניון מול העניים !! הזמנתי מכם כי זה מה שאמרת לי שאתה תיתן לי אם זה יהיה זמין! אם הרכב הזה לא היה זמין ולא הייתי רואה את הרכב חונה בחוץ ומוכן להשכרה אז הייתי מבין שאין רכב כזה והייתי מסתפק ברכב דומה, אבל הוא חנה בחניה מול עניי אז למה לא לתת לי אותו ?!?! מקום איסוף המכוניות גם הוא רחוק משדה התעופה, כל חברות ההשכרה קרובות יותר וקל יותר לקבל או להחזיר את הרכב,. פוקס ממש רחוק ואתה צריך שתי הסעות כדי לחזור לשדה התעופה. מצטער מאוד אבל לא אזמין רכבים מכם יותר בעתיד וכמובן שלא אמליץ לחברים שלי לשכור מכם. אפילו איש המכירות ג'ו אם אני זוכר נכון בהתחלה כשהגעתי היה ידידותי ונחמד אבל אחרי כמה דקות של שאלות ששאלתי ולא הסכמתי לשלם מראש עבור הדלק הפך לאגרסיבי, חסר סבלנות ולא ידידותי כלל! זו לא הפעם הראשונה שאני שוכר רכב בלאס וגאס ועם פוקס היה לי הכי לא נעים ולא הייתי ממליץ על החברה הזו לאף אחד. שורה תחתונה לא ממליץ עליהם , תשכרו מאויס, אלמו…. או כל חברה אחרת .

Made a booking over a month in advance for a small car. When picking up the car they say there are no small cars available so they have to upgrade us at a cost. Not left with a choice as this rental company is not located at the airport and you would be stranded otherwise. Companies shouldn't offer vehicles on particular dates if they are already sold out - completely unprofessional.

Let’s get this place shut down. Not a friendly place

I reserved a car through Orbitz to the airport and once I got to Jordan they told me they ran out of cars the worst company you could deal with don’t even think of dealing with them don’t believe they are cheap prices there are a bunch of liars try budget dollar Avis

They are the worst...I wouldn't recommend them to any one

Got the car in slc. Returned it in lax. Got it quickly. Had a minor accident a day before the return-date. The representative were very helpful.
