Glowi
spa?
Or
derma
glow
spa?
Confusing
names
on
their
instagram
account.
First
impression
was
not
so
good.
I
received
a
confirmation
on
WhatsApp
confirming
a
wrong
time
(5
pm
instead
of
5:30).
I
reached
the
building
and
the
floor
and
there
was
no
sign
when
you
get
out
of
the
elevator
to
indicate
that
I
reached
the
correct
place
and
to
indicate
the
direction
to
the
reception.
This
place
should
be
a
spa
since
it’s
called
“glowi
or
derma
glow
SPA”-
it
did
not
feel
like
it.
An
employee’s
voice
was
so
loud
as
she
was
arguing
on
the
phone
in
her
office
while
the
door
was
completely
open
directly
to
the
main
lobby/
lounge.
They
had
a
pot
of
Arabic
coffee
which
tasted
like
reheated
coffee.
Assistant
technician
did
not
take
me
from
the
lobby
to
guide
me
to
the
service
room
instead
saw
me,
walked
away,
and
expected
me
to
follow
her.
She
did
not
welcome
me
or
smile
so
I
felt
like
I
should
initiate
a
random
conversation
to
ease
the
tension
in
the
air.
The
assistant
wore
gloves
before
starting
the
service
procedure
and
guess
what?
She
typed
on
her
phone,
held
a
pen,
and
touched
her
hair
with
the
gloves
which
led
me
think
if
there
were
any
infection
control
and
hygiene
protocols
there??
Conclusion:
*The
Service
was
nice.
*Will
I
return?
No
*Was
the
price
worth
the
service?
Maybe.
*Experience?
Not
special
just
okay.
Maybe
I
had
high
expectations
since
the
place
is
called
“spa”.
First
impression
usually
has
a
huge
influence
on
the
customer
experience.
