*Edit: you see from the hotels reply that they do not care. They say that this is the character of Safir Hotels. How can it be part of the character to force guests to have music in their rooms all day? Total madness.* I have been a long staying guest at the Safir for 2 months now. First thing I would like to say is the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are a number of things which have made my stay at the Safir unpleasant. There is no peace anywhere in the hotel as they play music everywhere. I can hear music in my room all day from the corridor which means I cannot relax in my room. This is completely ruining my time here. I have asked the hotel to turn the music in the corridors down but they will not. To make matters worse the same music is repeated every day. At the swimming pool the music is very loud "party" music. If it was quiet there it would be a very nice space to relax but the music makes it horrible. In the lobby meeting area the music is loud and makes it difficult to have a conversation with friends. I was very happy here when there was no music following the passing of the emir. It was very relaxing place to be. Secondly the gym facility has very heavy perfume which is not good in an exercise area. I have never been to another gym that has perfume like this. It is so strong that I cannot use the gym. Every person I have spoken to says they do not like perfume whilst exercising but the hotel is not interested to hear. On the positive side the food is great and the rooms are very good quality. The garden area and tents are very nice. Would not stay again.

The service was OK. We had a company event today. The ambience and breakfast buffet was good. But lunch was not good. Selection of food for lunch was not great. Service was not Proactive. Everything had to be repeatedly asked - like for drinking water, for drinks,etc. Teabags were running out, and we had to remind the staff to refill the tea and coffee station. Time consuming! They should train the staff to be proactive in their service. They should have hot food for lunch rather than just live stations alone.

My stay was amazing and perfect! I loved everything in this authentic place. If you want to escape and wind down in Korea itself, your only -and best- option is to stay here!! The food is amazing, and the flavors are outstanding. Thank you so much Samitha for the wonderful dinner service tonight!

I experienced an exceptional service from The Flavor Restaurant on a Wednesday which there is a Korean food buffet. Great atmosphere, tasty and authentic Korean taste and most importantly their attentive staffs. Samitha hosted us very nicely. It was such a wonderful experience having a dinner here. Will definitely come back again

It is a beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. The staff are super helpful and customer-oriented. They are good at accepting constructive feedback. No one interrupts you. They let you finish your thoughts and complaints and then try to come up with solutions. The food is nice. The suite was nicely cleaned and I felt at home. Disadvantages... : I checked in on January 28-th in the afternoon. However, when I entered the suite, I got immediately frustrated. The windows were dirty. The seaview....It's not the seaview I expected to get. There's a construction site that spoils the view. The bath tub started leaking the very night I took it, and all the water was on the floor. The rooftop has a nice view simply because you don't see the construction site below. The price for suite with the "seaview" isn't worth the money they charge per night or two or whatever. Wi-Fi is frustratingly poor. What I also didn't like is that many people who stayed at the hotel didn't wear masks. That's disappointing that rules should be the same for everyone. They are not. Some locals...those weren't expats didn't want to or refused to wear masks. By doing so they expose others to Covid. Strict measures should be taken against the ones who refuse to abide by the rules. I would like to thank Nishad Thaikkattu for being a "Solve Every Problem Guy" who wasn't supposed to do so but he did. For that I would like to say Thx again. Thanks for the cake you provided me with on January 29th which was my birthday. The Birthday mood was lost but Nishad did his best to support me. He was there any time he promised to be to listen and try to provide the solution. The staff of the hotel are to be appreciated for the patience and support they are ready to provide any time. Now that I know of the issues that I might be faced with next time, I will prefer some other place to stay at. This is my personal opinion and I don't impose it on anyone else. I mentioned everything that I experienced and made my own conclusions. Photos and videos don't always display the reality. I will be more attentive from now on. Reviews don't always mean what they had been set to mean.

Great hotel with large rooms. Located right on the beach so the views are great. It has a small park for kids to play and a pool up on the roof if you don't care to swim in the ocean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating which made checking in and out a pleasant experience. The hotel restaurant served really great tasting food that was well prepared and presented. I look forward to returning this hotel in the future for my stay with them was a very pleasant experience.

No one helped us carry the luggage and they told me to carry them inside by myself and i paid for decorations package flowers baloons and cake and I was really shocked they only prepared a cake no flowers no baloons. What a bad experience in this hotel first and last time.

I had an excellent experience at Safir Hotel the gym and swimming pool are so perfect with nice music all the time and gym always smell nice, The facilities were well-maintained providing a comfortable and clean environment. The staff there sateesh and kishan are perfect and reception especially Loai were incredibly helpful and made my visit enjoyable. We had the best Korean night! Sany and Neto are very attentive, helpful and take good care of us while having our romantic dinner. Food quality and service is really excellent, definitely coming back and will recommend it.

The breakfasts were amazing. Housekeeping staff are very good especially Mr.Ratul & Mr.David.We have nice beach and City view from the rooms.Nice Gym & Pool at the top. It is overall a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet meal at the Al Seif Ballroom was wonderful. There was a wide variety of foods offered which were all of a very high quality. Our servers Immaculate, Amina and Olivia and others were attentive and made sure that all our needs were met.

I went to flavours restaurant and for that night they served Korean dish, I recommend trying the kimchi fried rice and the spicy Korean chicken. The service was excellent by chege, he was kind and polite. This place will definitely satisfy Korean food lovers.

The hospitality of the staff is something you just can’t find elsewhere. We were greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist, the check in was swift and was very easy. They really made sure that we get to our room in no time. The breakfast buffet is 10/10, the staff of the restaurants here are really nice and helpful and they make sure that you have everything that you need. The pool was great although it is really deep 😂, pool attendant was even kind to give us towels. Shout out to rasheed who helped us with our luggages and food delivery. He is one of a kind and made sure that we experience a hassle free stay by taking our deliveries/food from the lobby to our room. He is definitely a gem and i hope that you keep staff like him. Melinda from the reception was also very pleasant, made suggestions to directly book from the reception the next time we come by so they can offer us something better. She even asked us why we left early at 1130am, we told her that its because the bhutanese told us that standard check out is 12noon. I guess the next time that we book, we will look for Miss Melinda, we enjoyed our stay and we are excited to go back here.

Stayed in Safir Fintas for a week. One of the best places to stay in Kuwait and experience the culture. Staffs were extremely friendly, good food and an amazing experience overall. Highly recommended.

For two days, we trained at the SkyLounge, which is a hotel's rooftop. The classroom was incredible, and the view of the sea was even more amazing. Special thanks to Wilson and Shiva for their smiling and gracious hospitality; the staff was also very kind and helpful. Undoubtedly, I will remember and carry those memories with me.

It's my first time to tried the (flavors) knights Korean buffet . The food are great, fresh and delicious it feels like Korea 🇰🇷, the staff are very nice and polite. Especially yaugchen she very attentive and nice. Overall it was a great experience.🥰🥰

The food variety in the garden night is very limited and the quality is poor. The sheep was not cooked properly. However the service is great and the staff are very friendly. Also the ambiance is nice. Overall not bad but a lot of room for improvement.

Room was spacious and comfy! Food was delicious. Pool was nice for relaxing, with lots of lounge chairs available. Enforced masks and temp-taking upon entry. Beach was closed though.

My stay was pleasant. The hospitality of this hotel is very nice. Staff are very polite and professional. The staff at the reception are very kind specially Mr. Mahenra & his colleagues. The lady at the breakfast Ms Mamita makes a good arrangement in the morning. All lovely staffs here are providing a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean and location is convenient but the hotel is making construction for the outer space and very loud noises were on until midnight. We informed the reception many times with promises to stop but no serious action has been taken. We are not in a building it is a hotel and we are paying many for the stay. Unpleasant stay.

Had Booked a Tent for special occasion at their beach garden with sea view, the decoration and presentation was decent, only if they could include a Bouquet of Flowers, that would add to the over all experience, food was delicious but they could improve a bit on the quantity side of it, Cake was delicious. The setting is festive and elegant. There is a playground for the kids to work off their never ending energy. The Iftar tent was set up exquisitely and the food superb. The selection of appetizers, main courses, and deserts is abundant and top quality. The staff is attentive and invisible at the same time. I highly recommend the Safir.

The food at Iftar time was excellent, a wide variety and very well presented. The customer service was on point and very accommodating. I meet Mr. Assem; duty who ensured to ask of all of us attending was be facilitated to the highest order. 5 stars to him and his staff.

Just attended the iftar buffet for Ramadan, it was a lovely experience, Ramadan tent right by the sea, kids playground, tennis table outdoor as well for entertainment, the food was good also, clean place with highly polite staff, a variety of savory and sweet dishes with live interactive shawerma and pasta stations. Overall it was a nice place.

We organised a farewell party for our company's Advisor who retired after 15+ years of service. It was all perfect - the ambience, food, support staff etc. Ms. Aminah made sure that everything was well taken care of. We really appreciate her support throughout..

Awesome, fabulous experience starting the front door ending with the nice tent decorations by the sea side. Management summed up in one professional man Mr.Assem was a great person to meet.

The garden is spacious and has a play area for kids, we had our son's birthday there. There is also an indoor room that can be utilized in case the weather is not good. The arrangement, food, staff and service were all great!

Lovely hotel! Imad, Yuden, Jolyn, Lincoln and all the staff really nice and friendly: they take care of you and all of your needs making your stay comfortable and pleasant. Rooms are big, very clean and with comfy beds. Restaurants serve very good and various food. Also you can enjoy a really nice sea view. A perfect staying. I highly recommend it!

My stay here was pleasant..its a gud location....rain played spoil sport though. Enjoyed a wonderful weekend. They have very good restaurant and for dinner recommend the Kashtas by the seaside. They have igloos ,tents near the sea side . The food is gud and worth it. Book in advance during weekends. They dont have access directly to the beach . However there are nearby beaches you can go to 10 -15 mins walk. The staff is quite friendly and highly cooperative. Ms. Rosmi, Ms. Melinda and Mr.Licoln have been so welcoming and helpful and needs a special mention.

Lovely hotel located in Fintas. I am staying here for 2 months for a work trip and everything is top notch. Mohendra and his colleagues take care of your every need. The room are big, the beds are comfy and the service is excellent. Also the rooftop pool is clean and has nice view over the Persian gulf. Its popular among locals to go here for a swim as well. I met some lovely people there during my stay.

We had a team building previously for a night and all I can say was PERFECT! comfy rooms, tasty breakfast, fast service and pool was amazing! Though it only allows 10max but all was Perfect! Credits to Melinda and Jessie! Loved them! Very professional and accommodating and Melinda even hurry to catch us up coz one of my mate forgot her charger cord! Thanks Melinda' appreciated!
