My
stay
started
off
very
well.
Everything
was
going
well
until
my
flight
got
canceled
twice.
I
rebooked
my
room
again
for
the
first
night
My
flight
got
canceled
which
I
used.
Early
the
following
morning
I
found
out
that
my
flight
was
to
be
canceled
l
again
and
booked
my
room
for
the
following
day
,
I
didn't
end
up
staying
in
that
room
that
night
because
my
airline
had
booked
me
a
flight
home.
I
have
contacted
the
hotel
numerous
times
to
get
my
money
back
for
this
room
that
I
did
not
use
and
they
keep
blanking
my
email
and
ignoring
my
communication
methods.
I'm
not
a
very
happy
customer
and
will
never
stay
at
that
hotel
ever
again.
I
thought
this
was
going
to
be
my
local
hotel
while
I'm
in
Kuwait
as
my
cousin
is
teaching
over
there
but
I
will
find
another
place
to
stay.
This
hotel
is
refusing
to
reimburse
me
£97
which
I
did
not
use.
