Quiet, best place to stay while kids are having online classes. Staffs are accommodating. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool is indoor - heated, even winter you can swim. Staffs are accommodating. Kids felt comfortable staying, feels like home as they said. Breakfast is good. Definitely we will come back again as we have been there before. Thank you Best Western, Mahboula!

My stay started off very well. Everything was going well until my flight got canceled twice. I rebooked my room again for the first night My flight got canceled which I used. Early the following morning I found out that my flight was to be canceled l again and booked my room for the following day , I didn't end up staying in that room that night because my airline had booked me a flight home. I have contacted the hotel numerous times to get my money back for this room that I did not use and they keep blanking my email and ignoring my communication methods. I'm not a very happy customer and will never stay at that hotel ever again. I thought this was going to be my local hotel while I'm in Kuwait as my cousin is teaching over there but I will find another place to stay. This hotel is refusing to reimburse me £97 which I did not use.

Hotel is suitable for a business trip for 3 or 4 days. Mostly found guests on job or business purposes only since it is not located in Kuwait City area. Breakfast option was included in booking and found it to be above average. In room dining options are very less. There is a restaurant at the entrance with American food but they don't deliver to room. Airport pickup and drop was included but had to wait for another person arriving in the same flight for 15 minutes at the airport which was first time and not convenient.

Service was good , we had the party there. For a hotel it's best to sort out the parking area leading into the entrance.. maybe pave or tar it.. too much sand .

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms, large and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. I have stayed several nights in this hotel and haven’t found one thing wrong with it. I haven’t been out and I don’t know Kuwait so not sure for location but it seems good.

Good hotel with very good bed. I could relax very good after long day work. The housekeeping guy especially JAIDUL ISLAM very helpful with everything. Jaidul thank you very much , it was pleasure to be your guest.

Good spacious rooms, clean and tidy rooms, staff very nice and polite. Indian food taste to be improved using proper recipe. Overall very nice place to stay.

Perfect place for business stay for long term. Location is closer to the markets and food is good, especially if you are asian. Good variety of buffet and ala carta prices are ok too. Loved the sunny side up and other dishes from the chefs in morning live counter. Buffalos restaurant is also available during weekdays. View from Hotel is nice overlooking the port and the Kuwait Magic mall. Ample parking space for visitors. One point to note, The stay is charged beforehand on day 1 of check-in.

Everything was good until they made me wait 5 minutes at the check out desk. The reason was if I have stolen something or not from their room. I paid 120 per night and yeah I would think about stealing something. Strange…

The hotel stay was amazing. The staff was really cooperating a lot. They provide plenty options for the breakfast with few Indian items. The room size and cleanliness of the room was very good. I've enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus and would prefer to stay again in future.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the breakfast was bad. We checked in on 21/July and checked out 26/July They didn’t give my insurance money back, they informed me that they will transfer it after checking out within 10 days, i called to follow up with that and they told me it will take 14 days not 10. I waited 14 days as they told me and nothing had been transferred to my bank account. Meanwhile i was following up with them every day and the answer was that they will talk to the account department. I contacted them each day and the same answer told to me. They told me that they transferred the money and the delay was from the bank, after calling the bank and denying any transaction happened to my bank account. I confronted them and the apologized it was their mistake.Today I completed 20 days waiting for the insurance money to be transferred to my account.

Checked in the other day. For a Best Western it is actually rather nice. The staff is very friendly helpful. Really decent spread for a breakfast buffet, I must say I was impressed with it. Haven't ventured to the pool yet but did pass the gym. There's enough equipment for a good workout to stay fit.

I stay here a couple times each year. It is a great hotel! Clean, quiet, comfortable and it is a good value. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection of good food and made to order omelettes. It's a little ways from downtown, but there are numerous restaurants here and what you save on money you can easily use for a taxi if you need to go to other areas. I definitely recommend this place. Also it is much nicer with a better breakfast buffet than the Hilton Resort which is near this hotel. I would not want to stay there, especially for the ridiculous prices they charge.

Nice hotel for staying in Kuwait. It's a budget hotel for families and friends. It has nice indoor swimming pool with water temperature controlled. The staff are very good and helpful.

Checked in the One-Bedroom suite, nice layout , spacious with sea view near lots of restaurants as well, new furniture compared to Hilton Resort.

Nice day with best Western plus al mahboulla hotel ..nice view..nice service..care about clean 👌 I just hope to make an open buffet at breakfast and lunch. Although that i will back to them soon ✌

I am impressed with the room service being provided to my Mr.Jaidul Islam. His behaviour was kind, humble and polite. I suggest for this kind of service attached should be trained for the betterment of this Hotel.
