Never
in
my
15
years
of
living
in
Kuwait
have
I
ever
been
so
appalled
and
offended
by
the
treatment
in
a
private
hospital.
It
took
hours
to
see
the
doctor,
when
I
had
an
appointment.
The
receptionist
told
me
the
doctor
came
in
late
and
therefore
all
the
appointments
were
pushed
back.
Not
because
of
an
emergency,
but
because
he
did
not
get
to
work
on
time.
I
then
found
out
from
the
admissions
and
insurance
office
in
the
hospital
that
my
report
and
insurance
request
was
never
even
put
through.
I
have
been
waiting
for
weeks
to
hear
if
it
was
approved
or
not.
When
I
finally
saw
the
doctor
he
told
me
he
put
it
through
3
times
and
it
was
rejected
three
times.
Which
was
a
lie,
because
the
insurance
office
inside
the
hospital
had
no
file
or
case
with
my
name
or
civil
ID.
So
when
I
asked
the
doctor
about
this
he
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
he
would
put
it
through
again
and
asked
me
a
series
of
questions.
To
which
I
asked
him
why
he
was
asking
me
all
of
these
questions
if
he
put
the
report
through
3
times?
Wouldn't
he
already
know
the
answers.
He
then
tells
me
that
it's
probably
not
going
to
be
approved
and
that
I
probably
couldn't
afford
it,
if
I
needed
to
pay
cash.
I
was
also
told
that
I
was
not
a
priority.
I
will
be
going
to
another
private
hospital
and
do
not
reccomend
Kuwait
hospital
to
any
expats.
This
place
not
well
organized
and
does
not
treat
their
non
Kuwaiti
patients
very
well.
