Kuwait Hospital is a private multi-specialty hospital built in 2005.providing premium healthcare services. Its well-acclaimed health enterprise and one of the leading healthcare systems in Kuwait. The staff is very well behaved . It also gives good confidence A belief that has not even the slightest fear comes into us unknowingly. The courage of the mind is what they give us in this hospital

I didn’t like their service the Don’t confirm with the patient for the surgery date. They rescheduled my mom surgery 2 times and we are the ones who have been calling and following them about it. Even when they took mom to the surgery room the left her their for an hour!!!! They still have a patient in the surgery room she waited for an hour after they took her for the surgery. They really need to improve their service and they need to follow up with the patient before and after the surgery!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR EMERGENCIES!!! On 3 different occasions, the emergency room failed to admit us. The first time there was no doctors in the emergency, second time they told me (while my finger was punctured and bleeding) to just head upstairs for the clinics (i had to wait during bleeding) Third time they said all of our emergency rooms are busy and had to wait (45 minutes) I had good experience in their clinics, but the emergency is just the worst.

These people are not ethical, disrespectful, rude, incompetence and uncaring especially the Drs working in the OB-GYN department and to be specific Dr.Tarq and his assistant Hind she is the worst health care provider I ever met in my entire life, she was rude, arrogant, unprofessional and had a negative attitude. They have to try to take advantage from every opportunity, to increase the reward. They didn’t keep us well informed, poorly responded to our requests and complaints. My wife was about to die because she was treated by inexperienced doctors and they didn’t know what they had to do and every time they came up with something new regarding her medical condition. The cocky and disrespectful one “ Hind “ refused to coordinate the traveling of my wife to Jaber Al-Ahmed hospital unless if we use their ambulance!! It was obvious they were trying to take advantage of us and even refused to communicate with doctors in Jaber hospital to inform them regarding my wife health issues and failed to provide us a medical report. She knows nothing about ethics and she needs to be lectured on how to treat their patients professionally . People go there because they are sick and don't need to be treated like garbage when they're already down, trying to get help. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

After showing up for my appointment the hospital staff made me wait an entire hour. They had me pay in advance but then minutes before I was suppose to see the doctor they told me that my inssurance would not cover it so I needed to pay almost 7 times the inital amount. I had asked several times during the hour long wait if I should reschedule as I had another appointment, but they kept telling me just 10 minutes, you're next. However I was not next as they had 2 patients with early appointments ahead of me. They knew they were anywhere between 45 minutes and an hour behind schedule but lied to me and did not communicate the fee for the consultation.

The hospital developed with all the facilities but some licensing issue now it is running as a clinic. The hospital will run full fledged within one year. Nice location and can access in both ways. Lot of parking space available Infront of the hospital. Can enter directly through road 30 also can reach there taking right from sixth ring road.

Good hospital with good doctors and respectful staff, I have been there many times and so happy with their service. They accept walk-ins, took my son to the pediatric emergency few times, the waiting time was short and the nurses were so kind to him.

To Whom It May Concern, I had a blood test on Saturday 12th August 2023. The results were ready but Kuwait Hospital WhatsApp refused to send me the results, even though I gave them my consent to send it. This is very strange. I've had so many blood test results at Kuwait Hospital and always receive the results. The Kuwait Hospital WhatsApp contact is unprofessional from their response (or lack thereof). I called the hospital 3 times about the same issue and it still isn't resolved. I'm very disappointed because I usually have a good experience with Kuwait Hospital and I hope that someone does quality control for their customer care before another patient has the same experience as me.

(Translated by Google) The hospital belongs to the private sector and part of it is allocated to the Ministry of Health - Emergency of Children. One of the children was transferred from the Hadiya clinic in the Ahmadi Health District, and the service is excellent. At first, I was not able to know the location of the hospital and did not understand the existence of a government medical center within a private hospital, but when I remembered the description of the workers in Hadiya Health Center for the site and the wit of the reception staff, with the presence of banners in the Ministry of Health, things became organized and more realistic. The hospital is modern and excellently equipped.

Did a pcr test but didn’t receive the results for one day. When I contacted them they said that they can’t share my results since I was in quarantine ( 4 hours left for the quarantine to finish). Also, they refused to refund the money. If you want to pay for zero service, this is the best place.

Never in my 15 years of living in Kuwait have I ever been so appalled and offended by the treatment in a private hospital. It took hours to see the doctor, when I had an appointment. The receptionist told me the doctor came in late and therefore all the appointments were pushed back. Not because of an emergency, but because he did not get to work on time. I then found out from the admissions and insurance office in the hospital that my report and insurance request was never even put through. I have been waiting for weeks to hear if it was approved or not. When I finally saw the doctor he told me he put it through 3 times and it was rejected three times. Which was a lie, because the insurance office inside the hospital had no file or case with my name or civil ID. So when I asked the doctor about this he proceeded to tell me that he would put it through again and asked me a series of questions. To which I asked him why he was asking me all of these questions if he put the report through 3 times? Wouldn't he already know the answers. He then tells me that it's probably not going to be approved and that I probably couldn't afford it, if I needed to pay cash. I was also told that I was not a priority. I will be going to another private hospital and do not reccomend Kuwait hospital to any expats. This place not well organized and does not treat their non Kuwaiti patients very well.

Not a good experience at all. The Dr. Didn't have the time to check on me, just the assistants and they only prescribed panadol!! After a week i went to another hospital, there i was really taken care of, and even got some tests. In Kuwait Hospital i was expecting them to have some warmth and assistance but the doctor didn't seem to care, I don't know the name of the doctor but she seems young.
