Kindly never go this doctor named Shashi joshi from city clinic, Mahaboula. Very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, racist doctor and doesn't have the patient compliance attitude. Thinks very highly of herself and is misusing her professional experience to insult patients. Doesn't answer your queries with decency and patience. Makes snide comments if you want to clarify your doubts. I haven't met a health professional with such a nasty attitude. Whats the use of going to private hospitals and pay high consultation fees to such doctors when they don't have the decency to respect you. I urge to boycott her and not to encourage her and health professionals like her who exploit in the name of such a noble profession.

A very good and well-equipped new clinic in Mahboula. They have well experienced staff especially doctor and staff nurse Clinic building well-furnished and wall paint is good too. The good thing is location of building we can see and enter from main road Charges for doctors and lab is good, from the starting of this clinic I am visiting there especially for my kids.

Extremely disappointed with the gynecologist Dr. Shashi Joshi , infant I wonder how someone like her is in such a pious profession, extremely rude, insensitive & strange behavior by her. I am extremely disappointed. When I addressed the matter with the "manager", he was of no help. I will never visit this clinic again!

X ray department made very frustrated. They were not present at the time of my appointment and if I had not waited in the long congested reception line full of people fighting for service I wouldn't had been help. Reception had to call the X ray technical to come perform his duty. There is no covid protocol. No social distancing in lines.

City clinic is an awesome concept in kuwait especially in mahboula area!we budgeted people in kuwait can not afford high charges hospital but city clinic as a private clinic we can afford there in our budget and all kinds of tests is also reasonable!and especially doctor is very nice and caring and well experienced professional!!staffs too good!!i prefer everyone city clinic!!when I go to abu fatira or somewhere else I really do miss my home country India but when I treat myself in city clinic I feel myself in india!!heartly thanks Dr Faisal meer.

I was very fortunate to have seen Dr. Shashi Joshi for my Pregnancy journey. On my initial visit she was incredibly thorough and detailed and I felt so confident in continuing my care with her as this was my first pregnancy. She talked me through everything in a way that I could understand and even wrote things down which made it easier to me. Dr. Shashi is the prefect combination of warm and professional. I greatly appreciate throughout all of my follow up visits.  My husband and I are now the parents to a 9 month's old and are so grateful to have started our journey with Dr. Shashi Joshi. Never ever visit this clinic. Especially, if the patient is kid or pregnant women. Because, this clinic is filled with bachelors and there are no seperate nursing rooms for kids, pregnant women or adults. Moreover, it’s a very small and congested place, so it’s easier to virally get infected. Kuwait government should examine the vicinity and shut this clinic.

Had seen Dr Sashi Joshi Gynecologist, very rude unprofessional, as I said I will take further injection in moh hospital, she denied to give me sick leave paper, she literally snatched away the paper from us. Washroom are unclean,now they don't check the temperature of people coming in, worst experience ever. Will never recommend. I went to City Clinic mahboula on 27/02/2023 at 1pm, the receptionist guy was busy talking in the mobile and I wait for him to end the call. After holding the talk he told me the dentist will be from 9am to 1pm and 5pm to 9 pm. I went back evening at 7pm receptionist ladies said doctor is not working today. I try to fine other clinics but appointments are blocked for the day. I waste all my day. The worst thing is I was suffering from tooth pain and if I don't get sick leave paper which means unpaid. Very bad service. I don't recommend any one this clinic.

Quiet good. Now a days no one to interact with patients in busy time at reception. floor. Manager nobody at january 2022 at faheel city clinic manager was there he is always friendly to all. Two months we not seeing him. Need such a person in the busy surroundings. Its an humble opinion.

I visited the City Clinic, Mahaboula. Very neat environment and spacious. Very friendly and polite people at the reception. They are very happy to help as, giving the information we need. I have done one dental procedure. The dentist Mr Dr Prem Ananth is very gentle and nice. He is very glad to give the details we asked for. I am very much satisfied with this clinic and felt very comfort. I thank the management and the staff at this clinic for his service with the smile.

There are not following covid protocol. Blood collection and injection room same.this room very small and congested.

Some of nurse not testing patient carefully they maybe not well paid bad experience with this time

I come here first time every is is good.. clean place . I take appointment. And the reservation said to go to six nbr room I went there too many people in waiting... One occurred think I experienced is people were coming and going... No systemic role..I wait one hour.. if possible make token system.. so that every one will get there turn accordingly.........

Everyone was great! The nurses Libika and Rob were amazing. She was very caring and sweet. She knew what she was doing and was so helpful. Everything went smooth for me, it was busy operation for them and they treat everyone fairly. Ms. Mica help me from processing till the release of the result.
