I wish I can give them zero mark. Went to badar sama for my ENT. I WANT AN INDIAN ENT DOCTOR and the Dr I find is useless DR SOUMYA SHETTY . Counter staff was co operative but Dr behave like a buisness woman WITHOUT CHECKING MY EAR (bcs of flu my right ear listening power reduce and I already told her) so without checking my ear she goes for wax cleaning 15 kwd (no wax was their) and then audiology test 18 kwd and after all she give me medicine for almost 20 kwd and more with vitamin and 8nkwd for fee. What a joke after all spending my ear become more worse and later I went to government clinic and within two days of antibiotics I become OK. Privite clinics are earing money clinics and now because of government clinics increase fee private clinics have many goats for slaughter. I wish and pray kuwait government think about that.

Impress of this clinic, really good service, excellent prices if you are on a tight budget or without having medical insurance. Doctor is highly qualified at least the one who attend me, no doubt the rest are good as well. Everything is done pretty fast and well coordinated, blood test only took 1 hour. Will be nice if they have a better sitting waiting coffee area, but overall the clinic is calm, no stress going around getting lost, and really clean. I will go again to check other doctors

Well experienced practitioners and cooperative staff. Prices are affordable and all procedures from registration till consultation go well until you face laboratory section which is very slow in everything. Either they don’t have anyone to supervise them or there might be shortage of staff at laboratory. You have to wait for more than an hour for single blood test report. When asked to call and inform once reports are ready, they said they can’t do that and you need to go there and check for report personally. MATTER TO LOOK OUT FOR IMPROVEMENT……

I had worst experience on my first visit to gynaecologist. I never visited the hospital after that.

Tried out their "Full body checkup" plan. Initial registration was easy and finished fast. Procedures of Xray, Blood-analysis & ECG were pleasant. The package include free GP Doctor consultation. Results should be ready in couple of hours. Overall neatness of the place is fine. An open area parking is right across. Still it may not be easy to find a spot during evenings. 15KD package is very reasonable compared to the high-end private clinics.

Today 16th june 2021. Insurance staff is not trained yet its my 2nd time they made mistakes. 1. Last visit orthopaedic dr was not there even he gave me his slip and later on cancelled as he was on rest day my 30min were spoiled. 2. On june 16th 2021i requested insurance staff to i want to see dermatologist he gave me gp slip this is totally un fair either they are trained to misguide patients or spoil patient time. Mr Abdul razaq is a nice manager and a friendly person of this clinic he really need to see in this matter... Regards

This medical centre was surprisingly beyond great, let's be honest, most clinics don't really have the staff that has got good communication skills. This Med centre has it all, the doctors are amazing but most importantly, props to the amazing patient service, they explain everything well and their prices are pretty understandable and affordable! Will visit again :)

All personnel of Badr Al Samaa Medical Center are diverse coming from different backgrounds (mostly Asia) and speak different languages. The center is great option if you are looking for some good medical treatment and consultation but at a high price for medication and some lab tests. They have various discounts and campaigns hroughout the year. Personel opinion: After hearing from some friends, family member and experiencing it myself how employees are treating patients differently (service and communication wise) I feel they no longer are the best medical center in Kuwait.

In the site it is showing the doctor is there till 1pm and I came all the way from city so see the ent doctor because I was in terrible pain. I reached the clinic at 11.50am at the clinic. At the reception there were many staff but all were busy with their phone and one staff said come back at 4pm as the token for morning is over because doctor is only till 12pm. You should mention that on the hospital page then. Poor customer service. Will never recommend this hospital. Only one staff is attending the queries and rest are simply sitting and staring at the people walking in or on the phone.

I suffered from nasal congestion sience one month . i had taken treatment under ENT Dr. soumya shetty . she is very good skill doctor . i highly recomended to Consulting her who have any problem related to ear,nose and throat . I all ready consulted her . She is good skilled doctor.

The best medical centre I’ve been to in Kuwait - the staff are lovely, friendly & helpful & the Dr. I saw was extremely thorough in her examination & explained to me what was happening during it. They have water machines everywhere & a man even came around offering tea & coffee! Awesome service, clean, well maintained & professional staff. Highly recommend this centre & the price was a lot cheaper than some medical centres I’ve been to.

This isvthe most unorganized hospital I have ever seen. Whenever any lab test is given to them, always they tell one or the other excuses to delay the reports. Also they don't send any reports through digital media unlike other hospitals. We have to come all the way from distant places to collect these reports. I think they are still in 19th century. She was feeling sleepy, I informed the doctor , she was told to closed her eyes, after putting drops in her eyes. she feels sleepy so couldn't focus , while examining her eyes. couldn't cooperate, doctor said angrily, go and wash her face, if feeling sleepy, so rude to a child. Can't wish to visit there again.
