Should be zero star. I did a pcr and they forgot to send the swab to the lab. Only after I called requesting the results did they finally send it. Overall 22 hours for the results. Due to the extended quarantine of my travel I lost wages of 200kd. Staff are not interested in helping. I raised a complaint internally and was ignored so will raise the complaint with the ministry of health. There are poor systems in place. There are 5 star positive reviews left by staff which is biased.

It was my first time & sincerely say I'll never come back to this place. Way overpriced, lack of service, attention and respect to customer. I booked with another clinic just after leaving. Everything was wrong the minute I stepped in their building. They sat me down for screening and yet the man at the desk didn't bother checking my temp and asked me if am feeling ok instead. Went on time for my 3pm appointment to find out doctor went somewhere to buy grocery and his mobile was switched off. When I raised my concern and asked the receptionist to call management she did and after 30min+ waiting, finally the doctor showed up and managed to get in. Explained my problem and the end result I'm expecting for the time being until I'm comfortable with pulling out my tooth. He didn't bother to check my problem properly, instead his focus shifted on something else, and the way he did it made it feel pretty close to (a cross selling) Just to cut it short, the pharmacy helped out more than the doctor.

Terrible experience with appointment system here,when we got upset after we waited for 1 hour after our appointment time and raised the issue with the Internal Medicine doctor he shouted back at us in the most unprofessional manner and said we should go to another hospital if we cannot wait.Well guess then we should probably start looking elsewhere.

My most cordial recommendation for Dar Al Shifa Clinic in Maidan Hawally. Everyone you meet there will be perfectly professional, prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Bilal is the best doctor and pediatrician I have ever met in my life, he saved our daughter’s life. Dr. Nermeen is absolutely amazing, the most knowledgeable gynecologist ever. If you are looking for real doctors and perfect medical service, look no further than this clinic.

Great dental centre; professional dentists specially in the kids and adults section. Great staff: curteous, helpful and professional too. Exceptional seaviews in the dentistry section. Parkins is the only downside but manageable.

Wasta plays a huge role here. They sometimes let locals first even though you have an appointment. The staff and doctors are unpunctual. Dr. Sameh acts like a baby. He should work on his Emotional Intelligence. Totally rude. The service is too slow. Many people aren't wearing masks although it's mandatory, and no one cares.

Good doctors they have but they need to take-care of so much staff here The waiting area, waiting seats are awful they put leather~ish furniture ( are you serious in this weather you put these staff ) after coming from 50c degree to seat on one of those man. Please turn the AC on. The waiting to enter to the doctor is bad, better to have appointments rather than first go first serve

This clinic is not recommended for all type of patients…. As most of the doctors will not be available every time…. It might take a whole day for every patient to complete all the process…. I don’t recommend this clinic…

Recently I visited Dar Al Shifa clinic and I am extremely happy about the treatment and the peaceful environment over there. But I am much concerned about the Parking area. The parking area will always be full and we may need to park our cars far away. It would be much appreciated, if the hospital management could solve this concern. I believe, the hospital staff and management would agree on this.

Absolute RUBBISH - New Pharmacy queueing system. Had to wait 20mins to give the prescription; with only 4 patients in line. Happened twice!
