Great place to workout. Although, I did never visited this gym but my colleague was doing here for 6 months and believe me he was something to show as compared to before. When he came in Kuwait, he was not able to recognise but after 6 months exercise from the gym, he was looking bulky. It was not only gym effect but also he was taking care of proper diet. But the important thing was guidance of instructor who made him motivated to keep on track.

Good Gym with superb equipments for all body parts. Gym ambience is good. Trainers are polite and atmosphere is superb. I spent 40 days there during my visit.

We visited the gym and the offer mentioned from Oct to Jan 20 2024, for 3months 36 kd but the cashier denied to give, As per him this one like lucky draw.
