One of the best gyms here. The good thing about it is motivation, spacious place and plenty of machines for all body muscles. Here there is no choice to hassle with folks! Have few remark on the changing room place at the right corner but it is ok as many positives appear on top.

Every well equipped gym in Mahboula, Kuwait. With several free weight machines, cable assisted machines, and free weight dumbbells on the strength side. Cardio you have several treadmills, stair climbers, row machines, and bicycles. Also upstairs has a protein store, small food stand, and cushion mat room with hanging punch/kick bags. Downstairs you've a clothing shop, pool, steam and sauna rooms, jacuzzi and cold tub for aquatic. Price just for membership runs 40kd a month and discount if you do a few months at start. Locker price is separate cost. Overall if you plan on working out for whatever reason dont let the cost take away from your overall health.

Just started there, the parking space can get a bit hectic. The entrance with the face recognition doors is very small and people coming in and out makes it a bit cramped. The training machines function well, but the pathways can seem tight if a lot of people are standing around. I go after work, around 3:30 pm, and it's usually crowded. Cardio machines are often full, and specific weight exercising machines can be occupied without alternatives. Despite all of that, it's still functioning well and accommodating to my routine.

I went here to become a member of this gym. It has very updated and modern equipment and swimming pools, Jacuzzi and hot bath/ tub also. It's a two storied gym. It was nearby to my apartment in mahboula area. But the problem was the membership fee was too high. That's why I couldn't be their member.

Facilities are old and not taken care of, the staff specifically the Egyptians in the lobby are rude and disrespectful, not worth it you are better off at Oxygen or any other GYM.

reason I gave it 4 stars is the price 40KD per month is expensive. Once you get past the price it is a decent gym.Lots of machines as well as free weights, so you won't be waiting long for any equipment. I love the steam room as it makes you feel good after a nice workout. I suggest maybe turning down the temp in the steam room as it is set at 50c over 120 degrees.

Joined Platinum Mahboula for learning swimming and hired a personal trainer. The classes were inconsistent and were cancelled without any intimation. Further, despite having taken admission for a specfic time with the coach they started having other classes at the same time and the coach wasnt avaliable. On enquiring about the refund policy the receptionist simply told he doesent understands what is being asked in english ( Ironically, the entire conversation while joining was in english with him). Overall, felt that they are unprofessional in attitude and not worth the price they charge for membership and personal trainer.
