Very good equipment facilities.. reasonable prices. There is 2 levels. Top level is for cardio and bottom is for muscle build-up. Both levels have sauna and steam rooms and the lower level has a swimming pool with a mini jacuzzi attached to it. Highly recommend this place if ur looking for a good place to workout with lots of facilities..

Its one of the oldest gyms in Kuwait .its the foundation of gyms ... everything is available there ... even the staff is cooperative with you .. honestly they lack in one thing ( maintenance ) they dont check on their machines ... thats all

Its a good place for workout but too mucj crowded now. Also there is open car parking and you will not find any issues in parking your car!

Wooow it’s a place that you may like too much, I spent 3 yrs there and I feel belonging to that place. It consists of two main floors and a reception in the ground floor. They present all you may need in a fitness center like fitness hall, cardio area, gym, sawna, steam and picine. Staff are really friendly, I owe to them my best moments there ❤️
