If I can give it minus score I would definitely do I have been a member for the past few years & I can say that the gym is deteriorating becoming worse, no good maintenance for the machines, no one is following up the maintenance of broken machines , most of good trainers already left. At female section no female trainer most of the time & no one is available you are alone and the machines could be out of work for weeks as no one is checking it regularly. Regarding the swimming pool it's average size but always full of kids & it's mixed so no specific area for females. Regarding the parking, this is a miserable place which is very small for all the visitors of the hotel, gym & spa .. It's always crowded & no place to park ... I usually go to park at the opposite desert were they consider it as parking extension which is still small & dim , I complained alot with no response, also the extension there's a huge space always closed & once I complained specifically on 29 October 2019 to the night manager of the hotel who was very rude & asked me to pay for the valley which doesn't make sense that each time I come for the gym to pay for parking my car, and when I asked him about the parking extension he told me I have to pay to park there while they are putting a sign written on it it's a free parking including a ladies parking as in the attached photos to my review & the ladies parking used to be very dim & no light at all same as all the free parking area & I complained alot about that till lately they put some lights. I can say that I am definitely not renewing my membership, everything is corrupted & ppl are very very rude except Mr. Tarek the edge manager he tried to help a lot & everytime he is absorbing my anger. To say the truth, I am still going not only because of the money already paid but also because they've squash halls which by the way have been reduced from 6 to 3 only.

Well, They have a coach called Abdullah. He is very rude in general, and when he trains private customers in particular. He always occupies alone the central machine that is designed to easily accommodate 4 trainees at the same time. He does not allow other members to use it and acts pretty hostile against members who want to use the same machine. “I’m playing here” with hostility he roars loudly and aggressively. He occupies it for 30-45 minutes as if it is his own privately allocated zone. His unsaid excuse is that he is training a client! Well all other coaches there train a lot of players without doing the same! If Abdullah is a special case, please let your customers know before subscribing to your gym. Gym is ok but it is very expensive compare to other nearby clubs, machines maintenance is very poor, they are making noises during workout plus I don’t see good investment in the premises been done. I would like to use pool area during summer but sheds are broken as sun is very harsh but never been fixed.

We have been members here as a couple since 2004. We continued for so long because it used to be a nice place with very courteous staff. But since last 4 years this place has deteriorated so much that all good trainers left , good staff replaced by rude ones who don't even greet or smile , very sweet only to their country mates. They are using old members as coaches who are not employed in the gym so.they don't care about the job as a professional. Noone takes responsibility for problems like A C not working, machines not working, there is literally no supervision. Some members come 2 hours before class and reserve places for all.their friends , and when we come atleast one and half hours before also we don't get a spot or equipment. when we objected to this behavior, the management and staff said they will.stop this but nothing was done. They were only lying to us. The coach continues to encourage such behavior along with the management. They have only 5 bikes in total which are reserved by these members for their friends so we don't get that as well. So it is time to leave this gym. Sad to say we miss those old staff and trainers who were not at all partial and treated all members equal and had put rules in place. Now it is run by people.who.dont care about making the place better but care only abouy money. Don't join this place. As someone said I would not want to.give even 1 star.

Very nice and clean swimming pool but it closes at 10pm for cleaning

The only reason i come to gym is coach Mahrez, he help me in morning and sometimes i make crossfit at night class. Machines are not new but its okay they are durable and clean. I noticed many people trying to make problems but they are not even coach... in general i like this place and hope that management can see what is the best for them.

For serious workout. Outdoors pool is good during good weather or summer evenings.

I think this gym is really recognised for the classes they do especially dr abdullah's class , spinning is also amazing

Nice pool and the gym has everything you need

This is a good gym, I mainly go there for squash training, the have a nice pool and excellent spa. Pricing is average, and good for what you get. I like the fact that this gym connected to a hotel.

Nice clean gym. Madam Fatin is the best and so friendly. I just wish for the pools to be 24 hours.

I have been member of this fitness club for last 13 years - without any break. It has the best facilities with the most friendly staff and trainers. It is truly a 5 Star gym.

Excellent Gym with all the necessary equipments.... Very well maintained.. Trainers are quite knowledgeable(although coaxing all the time for personal training)... Sports arena is awesome.. The best feature is the swimming pool with a Jacuzzi besides it.. The steam room and the sauna also highly commendable. The prices are exorbitant though

By far the best gym in Dubai. The facilities are absolutely incredible. The cleanliness the huge variety of machines and weights. The pool is amazing for a post workout swim too.
