The hotel need a lot of maintenance, it's very old and I don't recommend it to any body, the place and the see is nice but it's very expensive for what you already having old furniture, old and leaking water in the toilet, it suppose to be closed and renovated..., I regret paying all this money for such place, the breakfast is not good at all... I took the big 4 rooms villa, its very old and definitely I will not go again, I also waited 2 hrs to checkin, they gave me late checkout,

After 4 days, I finally had time to go to spa. Shanika was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so I tried even though, had only couple hours before my flight. People here are very nice, professional and pool is extremely clean, well maintained, nice shower section with different pressures and sauna is amazing! Really recommend and I look forward to having my next visit to Kuwait!

Absolutely beautiful resort. I’ve used the beach and swimming area many times, and it’s always been great. The water in the pool is clean and at a good temperature, with a lifeguard present by the pool for safety, and there is access to the beach as well. There’s also lots of restaurants and cafes present in or around the resort, so you can enjoy those as well by the beach.

Hilton hotel has been known as a resort during the weekend with the villas and chalets that are available and the beautiful beach they have, and a nice business hotel for the Ahmedi area with its special facilities. Their food and service are impeccable with two outside cafe and pizza place especially Starbucks and Pizza express. It has an easy access to the highway. It is highly recommended for a relaxed weekend with family and friends

Great rooms, and outstanding customer service all around. From the employees at the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the SPA and the valets! The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options. The Spa was amazing, sauna's steam room, ice room hot tub!

Hilton is a good beachfront resort in Kuwait. It is different from other similar hotels in the Persian Gulf by the fact that all its amenities are located right on the coast, and not in the garden, which makes it the best beach in the country. The amenities in this beachfront resort include swimming pools, water sports, gymnasium, spa, running route, tennis courts, children’s activities, shops and food and beverage outlets.

I don’t know that it could be any better. The hotel itself is beautiful. The views of the ocean are beautiful. Breakfast is international and truly exceptional. Service all the way around, the hospitality, and the rooms are beautiful as well. No room for improvement as far as I’m concerned.

The Spa is an excellent place to unwind and to get a wonderful massage. For Ladies Nina is highly recommended my wife after several years of using The Spa has found a great masseuse. For the Men, Ibrahim is a solid choice. Making an all day event over at the Hilton is very possible. Start your day off by enjoying their breakfast buffet and enjoy the beach view. Great food selection and priced just right. Hit the Spa up in the afternoon and of course follow it up with dinner inside one of their beach side tents that come with AC and televisions. The view is great and the food is delicious.

Hilton Resort is the best place near Ahmadi to stay. The Chalets is suitable for family of 4 spacious rooms close to the beach “private” and two swimming pools. Very friendly staff and helpful as well. The only downside is that old furniture, I think investing in maintenance can improve it. Also, a mini market will make it easy for residents to get the essential stuff.

I didn’t like it this time. The Last time I stayed there 2 years ago. It was fine. But this time the staff is not as helpful. I have a 6 months baby and his stroller. When i asked the staff for directions To access the pool they told us that we should go to the basement and forgot to mention it have only stairs. And other doors were closed due to covid?! Food was ok. The room is fine. The problem was only with the not so helpful staff and the closed doors.

Hilton resort is amazing property with breathtaking views. I stayed for nearly 40 days at the hotel. As soon as you enter smiling and welcoming faces of Miss Rajani and Marilou welcomed me. They ensured i had a comfortable stay. Excellent service by Aashini, Shella, Chinthaka in the restaurant and excellent food by Chef Pidurshan. Amazing housekeeping by Zuena and team helped me have a comfortable stay away from home. Overall very nice and comfortable stay. Only if they can open Table tennis on all days, that would have been icing on top.

Well, I stayed there during the Eid holidays for 5 nights. Let me tell you that the hospitality is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. However, there are a few points which needs to be stated in order to enhance the hotel’s services. The hotel rooms don’t have sound proof. You can hear people’s conversations even when you’re in bed which was really disturbing. I already gave a few tips to the hotel upon checking out to put notice signs that screaming or talking loud in the corridors is prohibited since they lack sound proof. The sound proof doesn’t exist externally as well, as I can hear birds outside as well at 4 am! Now the rooms are really tidy, and huge. The main issue was with the water pressure in the bathroom is pretty low. They need to add water pumps to cover this issue. By all means, the hotel is great but these are the disadvantages.. also, the location is pretty far from the capital so it will take you 27 minutes to reach Kuwait City. It’s a family hotel by all means, if you need peace and quiet. This hotel is not for you. If you are fine with the points I mentioned above then there’s nothing to worry about. The hotel is really nice from the inside and out.

Delightful, wonderful and beautiful experience, we went for breakfast buffet and it was 7.4KD per head. We booked it online and it started from around 6am to 11am. Food has cereals, salads, chicken, beef, juices, milk, bread, coffee, eggs and much more. Filled our stomach fully satisfied and came back. There was one staff member who helped us her name was "Tashi" and she is from Bhutan, she was very sweet and talked to us so so happily and nicely. Will visit again in future

Hilton Hotel is situated at excellent location with good facilities, great ambience. Excellent service, room cleaning and house keeping services provided by Sanjay and Rajeev. They are polite and caring. The rooms provided was having good view of sea and great ambience; it makes you feel special. The gym facilities are also at top notch.

Visited The Hilton for the spa having been told it was "the best spa in Kuwait" I really hope that isn't true. It's average at best. I'm not quite sure how old it is but it felt like it needed a new lease of life. Issues that I had were: The steam room had a musty smell to it, could do with either a deep clean or just some scented oil adding, the hot tub didn't work and was the temperature of a very hot bath - far too hot. Barely any ice in the ice room and no bathrobes were supplied. Positives: A decent sized pool and the masseuse gave a great massage and was very professional. We also had the breakfast buffet which was great value for the money. Hopefully there's better out there in Kuwait. Time will tell.

Hotel and stuff was great! The beach is large and clean, the swimming pool is wonderful. Large selection of food, I recommend breakfast. I highly recommend you a massage at the SPA: one of the best massages I have ever had!

I used the gym as well as the spa area. Cheryl in the gym area was amazing and Shanika in the spa area was exceptional also. Their customer and generosity was superb. Emily in the spa is also great. I will come back as often as I can.

Dining experience at the Songbird cafe was excellent. Personalized service with a smile. The staff is very attentive and Celeste is always cheerful and smiling. Good food and great service. There is a nice outdoor section too and it’s cool enough to enjoy and outdoor meal.

I am nearing the end of a 4-week stay at the Hilton Kuwait Resort. I have enjoyed my stay partly because of the location at the beach and the excellent facilities but mainly because of the wonderful staff. All of whom go out of their way to help you and make your stay memorable. In partcilar, I visited the Spa several times. The body scrub and massage was first class, with the masseur who rejoices in the name of Nice being outstanding. I hope to return soon.

Great western-style hotel, probably some of the best accomodation in the country. Located outside of the city, it's quiet, but takes a moderate commute to get there. Has all the facilities you might need. Service is impeccable, professional and efficient, especially the shuttle service around the hotel, a lifesaver in the 40 degree heat. A special thanks to the concierge staff and Mr. Eslam from the valet staff!

I had a great message session with a great professional therapist Nina. Also it was very easy to book it with the receptionist Shanika. I chose the hot stone 60 mins message was very relaxing and professional. Also the hygiene is great for using all the facilities. I used the pool and steam room. I really recommend it.

The Spa at Hilton is magnificent. Dema at the reception was very kind and helpful to all our questions. The place is very clean and they provide all items from towels, to shampoos and so on. My therapist was Nina, she’s from Thailand with 16 and more years of experience. I highly recommend anyone who’s is craving a good spa day, to come here!!

They are perfect in almost everything except the facilities such as bathrooms are a little bit old and need some renovation. They have a restaurant that could be considered the best in the country for open buffet, they have a huge range of various types of food and it tastes great. In addtion, their service is so professional and the staff is so friendly. Moreover, their beach is always clean.

Will what to start with.. *The villa is very out dated. *The shower is broken and it's like a 1 star hotel shower. *2 bulbs are not working on the villa since we arrived and untill we checked out its not been replaced. *I asked if I can light up some fireworks for the new year, the hotel staff said its not allowed but on the new year countdown there were 2 villas are lighting up fireworks & no one stopped them not just that also there were 2 security guards just stood by doing nothing. * There were no bathrobes, small face towels and floor mats. * Ordered dinner tooks 2 hours to get to me and when I asked about it the answer was sorry sir we can't reach the room service as they don't answer. * It was raining and my villa was leaking every where * On the checkout day, I talked to the Duty manager "Anup" and all he said was SORRY also promised me that he will send me an apology email which he didn't deliver. To be honest I don't know how this resort was rated as 5 stats resort

Hilton is my go to place for massage. I thoroughly enjoy the Swedish massages and reflexology by my fab therapist Jenny. She is very good and knows what she is doing and always listens to our concerns and requirements and suggests the best. I feel very relaxed.

I’ve book the royal villa for the weekend & while I was swimming in the private pool I found these worms swimming in the pool👇🏻👇🏻 & I got them out & call the front desk & manager their response was awful such as; this is the first this happened, if you have the problem earlier we could have worked on it or it must crawled from the near by grass, seriously!!! My kids were terrified I’m never booking at this place again

Absolutely pristine facilities, well kept. A full membership is a lot but you get so much for your money. Gym, sauna, spa, spa pool outdoor pool and steam room. Also, beach access. I would highly recommend this place and the staff are amazing.

I am currently a member at the Hilton Resort where I have access to all facilities. A gym, outside pool area, beach and spa. The gym is small and mostly empty when attending out of busy hours. This is great when I want to train! The pool outside is kept very clean and towels are provided if needed. Overall, the Hilton hotel is a fantastic space and extremely peaceful. I fully recommend!

I'll start off by saying the resort is beautiful. I stayed in a deluxe room with a sea view and loved it. The spa staff is so friendly and the indoor pool is amazing and fun because the jets/fountains create a current in areas. The steam room and sauna were also great. The jacuzzi was too hot for me to go in but i did see some people in it so maybe I was just sensitive to the heat. Unfortunately, there were some problems with the staff, specifically the staff working in the buffet area. I had gotten an online coupon for this hotel and it included iftar and suhoor buffets. When I went to go eat the lady greeting and taking people to tables was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She had a terrible attitude and was telling me a reservation was required and that it says so on the coupon, which it does not say by the way I have gone back to read it. Since apparently a reservation is required, I decided to make a reservation in one of the tents for suhoor, the person took down my name and details and the reservation was set. Suhoor comes around and I go in tell the worker my reservation and get put in a tent; I then go to grab some food and by the time I get back to the tent there's about 5 men in there. I turned around and went to ask for different seating or another tent or anything. After a while I finally get a table (my food is cold by now and my wrist is sore from holding the plate forever). I didn't want to eat anymore, but my husband was with me so I tried to go back and get a tent again because he also wanted to sit in one. Some other guy was now manning the counter and he tells me there's no reservations and blah blah blah, anyways why was one lady having an attitude with me telling me reservations are required and then some dude telling me they're not required even though I made one. Why did I even have to make a reservation if I wouldn't get to sit where I wanted? Also, why did they put a bunch of strangers in the tent I reserved and not even apologize or try to find another tent or table for me?

We book a chalet worth of 450kd 2 rooms , but the time we arrived the receptionist tell us we could not able to get the chalet because we are not a family, but why not written in the terms of condition that the chalet are exclusive only for family! But the worst is we couldn’t refund the money ! The Hilton wants to take the money only and not giving u the chalet .

Awesome property the Hilton resort is is. A sprawling 4 to 5 km long property with 5 beach fronts where one can enjoy the waves of the sea sun and sand.
