Excellent and very enjoyable stay....with very friendly and helpful staff, including a young man named Mohamed Qeshta

I brought my dogs today to Starbucks to enjoy the weather outside. Starbucks staff said it was ok to sit outside but then the security of the place told me in a very rude way that the dogs are not allowed and that it is the hotel’s regulations!! Only if I knew that the place is not animal friendly, I wouldn’t have bothered to go. I won’t go there again.

I recently had lunch with my colleagues at the Breeze Restaurant and we were all impressed with the quality of the food and service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location overlooking the Arabian Sea was simply breathtaking. The outdoor seating arrangements added to the charm of the place, making it an ideal venue for events and gatherings. Overall, I would highly recommend the Breeze Restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The rooms are good and spacious. I really liked the breakfast and the view with the ocean, absolutely amazing. The front office staff were friendly and very supportive, during check in Mr. Keshta helped us. My only remark is regarding the bathroom, it’s really small, I expected it to be larger and I didn’t feel comfortable when using it.

Ive been there last month. I went to restaurant to have my breakfast and i order my dinner in room service and have it delivered to my room. I had a great experience there. The service, food and the environment I loved. I enjoy it well. The service that is provided to me by employee named MARY was remarkable because of her hardworking and good performance and have positive attitude and was very kind i love it. Probably will visit there again. Thank you so much for you good service.

This hotel definitely deserves five stars. We spent a weekend at the hotel on full board and was so relaxed. Food was good. Hisham was a good organizer for our en.v event and our server Mathias was so helpful. The food was as good and the atmosphere by the seaside was lovely. They gave us heaters and shawls so we would not get cold and we could stay and talk and comfortably finish our work event. thank you!!!

We conducted a training course for 5 full days during January 2023, and we also stayed here (the training team). The service was great in all aspects. The staff was very friendly, organized, and helpful. A nice gesture that we really appreciated is that when we asked for small cookies to provide to our participants during a quiz and a review game (to the ones who answer the questions right), the chef, within less than 20 minutes, prepared these nice chocolate pieces 😊 Thank you Movenpick team for making our stay here an enjoyable experience! 🩷

I would like to recommend this place to all the travellers. The rooms are very clean and neat and all the staffs in movenpick is very friendly. On my stay i really enjoyed talking with different kinds of nationalities. And specially veranda lounge and breeze restaurant food is great. Its very delicious as well as the hotel beach view is very beautiful.

Movenpick breakfast buffet is one of the best buffet i ever had. I recommend their food and specially i should mention Mr. Nafeel he gave me a unforgettable experience in my stay. The way of his handling guest is very interesting. His smile towards people's are so attractive and i feel so welcomed. Truly he is one of the best person i ever met in this hotel. Thank you so much for Noor as the best spa therapist I ever had. Amazing movements and very smooth hands is perfect combination, feeling like I become new person after taking only one hour deep tissue with her. Me and my family had a great time there and enjoyed every second. Our stay at Mevenpick Hotel was quite lovely. Many thanks to Mr. Mohamed Keshta for making this stay as best as it could possibly be, from beginning to end he made sure that we had everything we needed, especially for me as a special needs woman. We stayed here for just one night but everyone and everything was perfect. staff is working professional specialy BIKRAM RAI more helpful and friendly, the whole hotel and rooms are super stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I ordered room service from their virtual website and it said confirmed so we waited for around 15 minutes, then we said let’s call the reception, and ask them because the phone didn’t have the room services number, we told them that we just wanted to check if the order was received he said he was going to transfer my call, so then I waited and it got disconnected, so I called again and they we will let them call you, I waited for 2 hours and they still haven’t called. Then at around 12:00 I called them and asked them if they have dental kits he said yes and that he was gonna inform room service and I waited for 30 minutes and then called them again and he said that they have Eid lunch break which was impossible because eid finished 2 days ago and that it was 12:30am. This is by far the worst experience of hotels I’ve visited, because there room service was very slow and the receptionist were very rude.

I spent 2 days in this hotel and it was a pleasant stay. Although the hotel is not new, but it was very well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was not huge, but good enough. Location of the hotel also very good. It has few nice restaurants in front of the hotel.

Perfect Hotel… Amazing Experience !!! This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about this hotel is just perfect and I mean everything, starting from the rooms (mine was a sea view room), food, hospitality, customer satisfaction and the list goes on. Mr. Abbas from the concierge team is a prime example of how the staff ensures customer satisfaction. Even though I was late, he followed-up with me and made sure someone picked me up from the Airport. The Rooms are just perfect in every sense. Overall space, the bathroom (I’ll explain why), wardrobe, couch, tables and chairs etc. I specifically mentioned bathroom because I’ve stayed in so many hotels and I always find something or the other missing. For e.g. sometimes there will be no hand shower but only a head shower (I am sure you know the hand shower comes in handy), sometimes dental kit is missing, sometimes shampoo pouch or body wash pouch is missing. But this bathroom is just perfect. There is a balcony with sea view which is the best part of my room. I hear the sound of waves all the time which is very soothing to the ears. There are a couple of sea facing restaurants including the one where we have the breakfast. There’s also a private beach. The staff is very polite and ensures you get whatever is requested quickly. The hotel also takes sustainability very seriously. The access cards are made of wooden material, the packing used for bathroom for dental kit and other accessories are I believe are made of some sort of recycled paper. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kuwait. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Yesterday we had a party in the hotel hall, and the service person, RACHEAL, was present before the start of the party, helpful, quick, and cheerful, and she did not stop for a moment from serving people and implementing their requests. I thank her and praise her work because she is the only one who was always there for Justine.

You cannot beat a hotel right at the seashore, having breakfast at the beach. Also, nice pool. Any drink is incredibly overpriced. Rooms are very clean and large but a bit oldish

The work of the employee Lekh is very good. Where the massage was done and deep skin cleaning. The work is very excellent. Where she is very accurate in her work. The result is very excellent in terms of massage and skin cleansing. I had few sessions of massage and I must say is the best place so far ( and I’ve tried a lot of spa in Kuwait as I live here as a resident). So if you want to heal your body and your soul and release some emotional traumas stored in your muscles, Lake, the massage therapist is amazing. My muscles thank you, my dear Lake ! Words can not express enough my gratitude . Must mention the special treats after the massage therapy which complete the treatment. They spoil the ladies 😍! Thank you.

A very old hotel in terms of furniture. Customer service is very poor. The staff does not have tact in dealing with visitors. The towels in the bathroom smell bad. The breakfast is less than normal. It is not worth staying in compared to hotels in the same area.

We have stayed in 3bedroom. Its so comfortable. The service from all staff, comfy bed,reception, breakfast, including concierge Mr.Arafat, made this stay so good. However, please improve room service, we call for plate spoon fork 5 times to get them. Cleaning room can be better a bit to gain excellency. Overall, 5stars.

A pleasant 2 night stay here in November 2022. Some parts of the hotel were in need of an upgrade and it seemed a little outdated compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the proximity to the beach was a plus point. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and sea.

A luxury hotel where everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Our family of four is thrilled to be staying here. A very tasty variety of breakfasts. The swimming pool and gym turned out to be very useful and I would also like to note that the hotel has a very good bar with a decent menu, delicious drinks and billiards. All the hotel staff we encountered were very pleasant and were ready to help in everything. The manager Mr. Mohammed Abubakir helped in everything!!! A big plus is that the rooms were perfectly clean, a nice bonus was a fruit plate and very tasty cheese. In general, the family trip was a success and we will be happy to stay here in the future.

I liked absolutely everything! The staff is just great! We didn't have to wait more than a minute, the waiters are very attentive, everyone is very polite and friendly. Cleanliness and disinfection: the rooms are cleaned almost perfectly every day. and after each tenant is disinfected, I personally saw a team of disinfectants in the room. The manager of this hotel, Muhammad Abubakir, did a great job, helped in everything.

I liked my very responsive staff, starting from the staff of the reception of Muhammad Abubakir and ending with the maids, all of them are exceptionally smiling, ready to listen and come to the rescue at the first call, although did not need much help. There is no language barrier, almost everyone communicates in English . Separately, I want to focus on nutrition, the menu is very diverse, for the taste of any gourmet, both for children and for adults. there is a beach at the hotel. The sea is calm. Externally, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are cleaned in a timely manner and the refrigerator is replenished with drinks and water. Rating 5. It is a nice and pleasant resort and business hotel. The staff are helpful and hard working. the main pool was busy with families and couples and all other pools were busy as well. the rooms are well appointed with reasonable rates and have added a washing machine in the rooms. i was surprised that they have expanded the Gym with new equipment. the only issue was that it was difficult to find a parking spot. I will definitely use it

I guess you would automatically expect much more from a 5 star hotel but i was disappointed. I will write both pros and cons in random order. The staff in reception and entrance are very polite and helpful, however the staff in the cafe are very slow and communication with them can be a bit challenging because they can’t understand what you want or say. The view was nice, bed and pillows were comfortable. The sound isolation is very bad which means you get a lot of noise from your neighbors and outside if there is an event. I found stains on the floor carpet which makes you wonder what has happened there. The tv is super old and picture quality was horrible. The internet was not good enough in my opinion. Download speed of only 10 mbps in this age is not good anymore. Breakfast was good and i like the fact that you could sit outside and enjoy the sun. There are certain areas that needs immediate improvement and then it might feel more like a 5 star hotel.

We visited the restaurant called breeze for the breakfast Buffet. They had a decent spread of cold cuts cheese egg. The pit is completely different from the last time we visited the place in 2018. The beach is now quite eroded and the children's play area has been dismantled many parts of the Hotel is under renovation

I had a nice vacation here; the pool area is so nice with all those tropical trees, the room was spacious and all that we need was available in it, breakfast was served inside the room (because of the pandemic) and there was plenty of food for each person in the room.
