Review
of
Kuwait
Airlines:
My
experience
with
Kuwait
Airlines
has
been
rather
disappointing.
On
both
occasions,
the
flights
were
delayed,
causing
inconvenience
and
frustration.
Another
surprising
aspect
was
that
the
staff
at
the
airport
primarily
spoke
Hindi,
which
was
unexpected
as
Kuwait
is
predominantly
an
Arabic-speaking
country.
This
led
me
to
believe
that
language
selection
may
have
been
based
on
appearance
or
stereotypes
rather
than
actual
language
proficiency.
Additionally,
I
couldn't
help
but
notice
what
appeared
to
be
differential
treatment
towards
Kuwaitis
by
the
cabin
crew.
While
I
may
be
mistaken,
it
seemed
like
they
were
given
preferential
treatment,
which
was
disheartening.
Furthermore,
the
quality
of
in-flight
food
was
below
average,
failing
to
meet
the
standards
I
have
come
to
expect
from
major
airlines.
One
aspect
that
particularly
bothered
me
was
the
distribution
of
blankets.
Unlike
other
reputable
airlines,
Kuwait
Airlines
seemed
reluctant
to
provide
blankets
unless
specifically
requested.
This
gave
the
impression
that
they
were
cutting
corners
wherever
possible.
In
addition,
it
was
quite
surprising
to
see
such
frugality
from
an
oil-rich
country
like
Kuwait.
With
the
vast
resources
available,
one
would
expect
a
higher
level
of
investment
in
providing
a
more
comfortable
and
luxurious
travel
experience.
Unfortunately,
my
expectations
were
not
met,
and
it
was
disappointing
to
witness
such
a
mismatch
between
the
country's
wealth
and
the
airline's
cost-cutting
measures.
Overall,
my
experience
with
Kuwait
Airlines
left
me
with
the
impression
that
they
were
excessively
cost-conscious
and
lacked
attention
to
customer
satisfaction.
I
would
hope
to
see
improvements
in
areas
such
as
punctuality,
staff
training,
and
in-flight
services
before
considering
flying
with
them
again.
