Love the bed and room view and the quietness and they have a nigerian chef who do the best omelette at breakfast i ever tried on all 5 stars hotel i everbeen at, but I have to give it 4 stars, Otherwise, what would I give to sheraton and St Regis next to it which in fact, relate to each other as all fall under marriott bonvoy..

wonderful, neat clean hotel in heart of city. buffet breakfast was varied and very nice All staff were helpful, cheerful. The airport pickup and drop offs were well planned. Room was large and clean The TV needs to be looked at as all channels had crackling sound and interruptions.

I always stay at this hotel while on business trips, and I ALWAYS get spoiled by every single person working there . A special shout out to Girlie in Room Service , Hazem PR Manager, Samer on reception, Farouk at the Concierge desk , Mohamad who's smile is infectious and all the gentlemen & women working the concierge desk. Just phenomenal.

Breakfast Buffet was good. Staff just ok. Premises well maintained. Hotels are safe in Kuwait City. Cars not provided for VIPs even when requested. Some staff have no respect for priveleged guests and throw their tantrums around shamelessy much to the dissatisfaction of stressed out guests. Think they need etiquette classes to improve the image of their organization. God bless these souls...

Professional and helpful staff, rooms are clean and well maintained, room service and house keeping are excellent. Finally thanks to all and not to forget reception team. They have Starbucks branch inside the lobby.

There are 3 different Marriot properties right next to each other. I actually stayed at the St Regis. Which was the Sheraton before. Service and everything was good. Breakfast buffet every morning was also pretty good. The executive lounge had some good food options in the evening.

Good, but old. This hotel must be looking new always. Staff are perfect. Breakfast is normal and must be better that this, ad this is a 5 start hotel. Thanks

Good service, friendly staff. There's Starbucks in the lobby. The prices are higher than what I expected from the hotel. The entrance for cars need to be fixed There's no "shataf" in the bathrooms except for the wc in level 1.

Mohammed in the lobby serving the best Arabic coffee .. the amazing chef and his team in the second floor .. Amazing experience.. I highly recommend whether it’s for business or pleasure

Room space, bed, breakfast & pool are good.. but for a 4 star hotel run by Sheraton which offer suck a bad quality pizza!! The TV channels keep interrupting all the time and sometimes completely disappear !! You can’t afford digital satellite? Disappointing really

One of the few oldest 5 starts hotels in Kuwait that have managed to maintain its glamour and reputation over the long years. The food is excellent in all the restaurants of the hotel regardless of which one you choose to dine in, although the Ricardo remains the icon restaurant of the hotel. Excellent catering service as well with attention to the smallest details. Great venue for weddings and celebrations that never fail to satisfy and impress hosts and guests alike. Thanks to the consistent and loyal management team who are professional and experienced in the hospitality industry and whom throughout the many years have been determined to preserve the aura of this institution over challenging times and changes in ownership.

Superb. Everything is in this hotel. Comfy rooms, nice staff, eggs Benedict for breakfast and printer in the room for business.

The service is so unique, the rooms are not big but yet so clean and they take care of all details, I really enjoyed my stay as much as they take care of the friendliness and service

The staff at this hotel is wonderful! They are so attentive sometimes you want to tell them it's okay you don't need them for everything haha. But they are so sweet. And always on top of everything. I have stayed at the Sheraton as well. Both times for work. The food is best at the Sheraton no doubt but the service is equally great at both. The pool at the Four Points though is to die for. My coworkers and I were up there every night swimming and chilling for like 3 hours. I could live in that pool. If only I could hold all my meetings from the pool lol. The meeting rooms are also great though and they do a great job and bend over backwards to help you with any last minute needs.

This place is really nice and clean, located in the heart of Kuwait City. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Great service, Clean room, Clean Pool, Nice View, and they are so thoughtful on remembering birthdays of frequent/regular clients, they give complimentary birthday cake and birthday card. Too sweet! 😍 Would have given 5 stars, if they have Bidet in the toilet, and the Sauna /Steam room was operational, but it wasn't due to covid19 regulations. However, I love that four points hotel preferred guests can also use Sheraton Hotel's amenities( pool/amenities). It's like hitting two birds in one stone. 😊

I love this place. The property is very clean, the food is awesome. The staff was very attentive to my needs. They went far and beyond to accommodate my family and I. I am going back summer 2022 and I will stay here again. The property is withing walking distance to the beach and other places of interest.

This hotel is like my 2nd home in Kuwait thanks to the wonderful Aseef Restaurant Staff Haitham, George, Naresh, Chef Maureen, Chef Josephine, Chef Ivo, Sibin, Alwyn, Kesang, Vinay, and the others. Also the front desk and concierge personnel giving warm welcome and very accommodating, Amina, Marie Joyce, Edgar, Reem, Donna, Samer, Clarisse, Josephine & Joy. Excellent service also being provided by Sally for the room service. Kudos also to Joyce from the sales department. Their pool have a very nice view on its rooftop, staff is also great thanks to Ellen and the whole team. Food is great.

At the Four Points Hotel for a ten-day business trip. Spacious room, fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety of food, scrupulous cleaning in every place, all the staff extremely welcoming, kind and always ready to satisfy every request. In short: everything perfect! Thanks and congratulations to everyone.

I was here for 3 months last 2021 and still this 2022 this is my preferred hotel which serves like a second home to me not only because of the facilities but the people around who is always happy to serve. The reception and concierge people are always great. This is the only hotel I see wherein guests during arrival are really accompanied by either concierge or receptionists going to the lift. Other 5 star hotels I rarely see this kind of service and kudos again to the team. I also would like to commend the health club team for the warm welcome and assistance at the gym namely Cecil, Izel, Mega, Ellen, Cheenee, Jhone, and Prince the gym buddy 😀 their gym is very neat and clean. Also my thanks to the team working at the Aseef restaurant, the chefs, waiters and waitresses, specially Roy, Merilyn, Saeed, and all those I commended before. I always look forward coming back to Kuwait because of these Four Points people. My deepest gratitude to everyone (might not be able to say all the names pardon for that 🙏😅) keep up the good work 👍
