Very professional management from the lovely receptionists . Room service. Swimming pool associates to the managers . Rooms are amazing . Room service in a minute they can bring what you need .food is really delicious. Thanks for every one at this hotel . I stayed there 5 or 6 times as I see it is the best hotel in Kuwait. One of the finest 5* hotels in Kuwait City. It has spacious rooms with well-maintained furniture. Their staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a large gym and a large out-door swimming pool. They have several on-site restaurants offering a variety of Asian and Western food options. They have free airport pickup and drop off service, and the hotel can process visas for those in need of one to enter the country. The hotel is adjacent to a high-end shopping mall, and there are several restaurants nearby.

This hotel is great. The team is very professional and reliable. They go over and beyond to find solutions for any issue that you might face. I love the 30 meter long Swimming pool. The breakfast is one of the top in the country. It is delicious and fresh. The breakfast area staff are super helpful (especially Mohammad, the main person). They saw me being late for breakfast so they made sure to prepare the fruit and vegetables (that I like) to make sure I do not miss my breakfast. Very highly recommended.

Very good location but bad managment and horrible service , i literally suffered to get my room , he just insisted not to understand the booking and required him to call some higher ranked people and let me wait as refuge... Without have any knowledge or offer to solve the problem , where there was no problem ... Then I arrived to the room with few time to rest , but when I tried to get my shower ,it was disaster , the most horrible shower in my live ,the water either boiling at million degrees or freezing without changing the handle ... And when complained to the receptionist , he just started to describe to me that the red is indicates hot and blue for cold , as I'm arriving from the cave !!! Then they decided to change the room when couldn't understand the problem , the manager (or who appeared as manager ) apologized and promised to upgrade me if I accept a smoking room , and I did ,but shocked when I found that he just fooled me with a very same small stinky room !!! Amazing how could this happens at such locations and how such high ranked and almost most expensive hotel in the country (700$) for 2 nights are incapable to work with component and experienced people , it's very unfortunate to have this bad experience in such lovely and wonderful location.

Rooms are old noisy and unclean specially shower , don’t expect to rest in this hotel they were doing maintenance at 3 am in the morning and just stopped when i called them to!!! they don’t have the minimum required skills or experience towards guest service. In addition Food is horrible.

I spent new year eve there. Rooms are clean. Sheets and pillows are neat. Bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is nice. Dinner buffet was also good with varieties. Staff were helpful and friendly too.

Had a comfortable Stay at Courtyard Marriott Hotel and it is located at a place which is reachable from all places. Quality of service and food had been really nice. Its Cafes and other places like Swimming pool etc are of good quality. Overall my stay at Courtyard Marriott had been a rewarding one and really great.

My review is based on 5 days stay , the hotel location is good, attached to a mall, services are extremely nice,, food quality is good , I tried their breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurants , rooms are a little bit old and not equipped well , needs to be modernized with usb plugs, universal plug sizes… Not easy to get a normal taxi in front of the hotel

I stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is connected to a mall located in Kuwait city. The entrance to the hotel is not ideal. The valley parking is slow despite the fact that I visited during a non-peak season/time making it non-ideal for someone visiting by car, especially in peak seasons. The cleanliness of the hotel is below average from my experience. Lacking detail/deep cleaning. In front of the hotel there is construction making it not perfect for someone who is sensitive to morning noise, like me. The breakfast is really good with a great collection. I hope my experience is not setting a trend for the Marriott hotels!

The weather at outside was burning but the hotel was freezing. We could not change the air conditioning degree. I worn my pants and jacket when I was sleeping

Nice place to have a group lunch or dinner. The food and ambience is good. Apart from valet there is also a parking building besides it.

Hotel staff was very rude. They harassed us on the name of early checkin. Room was available still they didn’t give us until we paid the whole day price. The early checkin price was way higher than the regular room price. My advise: If you are coming to Kuwait then don’t book Marriot hotels. They believe in money making.

I have been here a few times recently to enjoy the food at 'soul and spice' and 'atrium'. The restaurants are good. The -2 in the rating is for the poorly managed washroom and now outsourced valet service. 3kd valet charge.

We came as a group of 10 for company dinner without reservations unfortunately but the manager and his colleagues accomodated us immensely well to take care of us setting up a new table for us with full service. Thank you for a great a experience

I booked a room from booking. When I arrive at 10 PM from the airport to the hotel. They told me there is no room available. Worst experience ever. They need to be more professional. Never booking here again.

They need to develop their front desk manager and their new staff on the excellent customer service. The old staff are the best. They need to renew their furniture and beds as it is uncomfortable. They need to focus on the readness and cleanness of the rooms as our room was so dirty. It is unfortunate that they have reached this low level

Great hotel for business trips. I try to always stay at Marriott hotels and this one is really nice. Location is very convenient in the heart of Kuwait City. Rooms are large and clean, all equipped with all the necessary amenities. Hotel has a very nice sauna and steam room, and also a swimming pool.

The hotel was nice overall, but they did not provide an upgrade for us as Titanium Elite members while there were availability online.

Location is in city near business center. Service is excellent. I had dinner it was very rich and tasty.

Good staff excellent location old rooms but clean

Rooms were quiet and comfortable, but furniture was dated. There was just a comforter on the bed and a fitted sheet, nothing else. Pool was nice and quiet, however the hot tub wasn’t hot at all, it was the same temperature as the water in the pool. This disappointed me as I booked specifically for a hot tub. Finally the club lounge to me doesn’t even qualify as a club lounge. It had a coffee maker, jar of cookies, and bottled water/Pepsi. Super disappointing for high level members who are used to better lounges. I’d say there’s not even a point in having it open if it’s that sad.

We had our breakfast buffet 2 weeks ago, the pancake that was served in the buffet table has a hard plastic. I called the server and told what I found in the pancake and was told that "maybe it was a cling film" which a plastic too..never had appetite after that. Atrium Resto did not even apologized..oh well..

Payments for casuals are delayed till 2 months and credit only 1kd profit they let people wait till after 2 months. Butane new ladies are lazy they always want casual to do the job for them.

Hotel is good at a nice location. Staff are good and friendly. Price is a bit high but i assume it's the standard in Kuwait.

The overall hotel stay was great, some pros and cons are mentioned below: Pros: - Good amenities in the hotel, swimming pool, gym, laundry service, 24x7 room service, attached mall, restaurants etc - Rooms are comfortable, privacy is maintained well, availability of television, Wifi, work desk, mini fridge, bathtub, hot water is available 24x7, room cleaning is done daily while you are away - Good location, 15 mins away from the international airport - Hotel staff is helpful and kind - They also provide food heating service, food ordered from outside gets delivered to your room as well - Taxi service from Airport to Hotel and vice versa is provided Cons: - Sometimes had to make more than 1 call for room service, could be speeded up / expedited - Breakfast is almost the same on daily basis, there could be more variety for customers - The plug points are not universal, you may need to carry a travel adapter with you, however the hotel provides the same - No microwave or kitchenette available in Deluxe rooms Enjoy your stay!
