Great hotel, with spacious rooms, and very friendly staff ( Magrena, Ganesh) The hotel is attached to AlKout mall, a good shopping, and has a variety of restaurants. The breakfast selection is very nice and suitable for different tastes, with live egg station. Highly recommended hotel on the city skirts (approx 30 mins from city center)

Felt like downtown Kuwait City, as all amenities are here. One side has an ocean view, the other looks over the refinery's tank farm. My friend got an easy upgrade on the refinery side and was duly impressed. Everything is top notch and clean. The hotel is connected to the mall, so you can eat and shop or stretch legs as needed. The Bazaar is right around the corner, in case you needed a stark contrast to the mall. The breakfast is extensive and staff service is friendly and impeccable.

Coming for a coffee break or a hearty breakfast, its the perfect time to spend in Hayat, Al Kout. t has been a wonderful spot to spend quality time with family and friends and relax. As a regular for breakfast, the place has a cozy atmosphere and the breakfast buffet is varied and the service is delightful. Mr Ali at the breakfast lounge was awesome and super friendly. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy.

The food was great. We enjoyed our dinner, very cleaned restaurant ( sanitized table), polite waiter and accommodating manager. Ambience were so spot on. It's kinda luxurious, very fine dining type of restaurant. Superb quality food, service and ambience. We're very satisfied. Thank you.

Friendly Staff, great service, delivious food, clean and spacious rooms. I received a free upgrade to a seaview room with a nice view which was pretty sweet. The fact that it has another entrace directly to Alkout mall was very useful to shop around without any trips outside. The location was perfect for my business trip as it is closer to industrial zones but it is not as close to Salmiyah and downtown.

The hotel is very new and the staff is friendly, especially the welcoming security and parking guys. The business center could use more privacy since it is located in the lobby, with no walls or privacy glass and no dedicated printer. Some printing is best done by the customer for privacy purposes. This is not the best experience for most business customers. The fact that they took personal property from me, I do not think, this is necessary not all customers have a child like mentality and a small bluetooth speaker should be allowed at a hotel for personal use. Especially since there are very loud TVs with 24/7 music channels in the rooms. Breakfast is excellent. The GYM is small and very limited but has the basics. No microwaves, unless you upgrade to a suite and re-heating the food, is a little bit of a hassle with paperwork and signatures to get food hot; they can make this process more pleasant. Overall, this is a new hotel that definitely has a lot of potential, and I'm sure they will read the reviews and improve to maintain the customers' happy. 👍

In terms of standard, the hotel 🏨 is up there with the best. I must stress and highly recommend the exemplary food choices. Absolutely brilliant, can't fault it. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms are very well equipped and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and they even upgraded my room to a more comfortable room. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency if you're visiting Kuwait on business or with family.

We had a breakfast buffet at the Al-Kout Mall location of Hyatt Regency. It’s interior design is quite remarkable with high ceilings quite environment. The buffet included local mezes like hummus, falafel, hellumi cheese etc. as well as Mediterranean cuisine. The sweets can be better.

I just went for a breakfast buffet and found it pretty decent. They have variety and food tastes good. If you are bored at home and looking for a place to sit and eat with family, you may go here. Staff is very polite and the counter manager Indian lady is a pro when it comes to customer service.

The best part about this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool with a view of the Arabian Gulf. Food options are pretty limited here with just one restaurant and a mall dominated by fast food. Got a room upgrade to a Junior suite which lacked natural light. The room neither felt luxury or homey. Service in the lounge Cafe was excellent, as was the concierge. However, service at the front desk is substandard for a luxury hotel. They were polite but didn't seem that interested in your experience or doing things outside of a very linear and rigid process.

The decor is beautiful, the food is delicious in all respects, the French coffee is the best, the tiramisu cake is a double recommendation! Service not bad but generally fast.

Regarding Covid-19 Safety measurements everything is perfect.. good variety of food for the breakfast but.. avoid early morning the oil company employees crowd and busy!! clean and specious rooms but noisy the hotel was under renovation and couldn’t sleep from the banging sounds!! although they said it’s only from 11 am till 5 pm .. friendly staff but lacks professional experience

Had an amazing meal with great service at the Wahaj restaurant down at the bottom of the hotel. The head chef is very particular about the food before it even leaves the window after you watched them cook it in the open kitchen. Service was beyond excellent and I will be going back along with bringing people with me to enjoy the experience as well. Thank you Ayman for making our first experience unforgettable.

Staff were so kind and helpful, all of them no matter what their job is, specially AYMAN, while serving the breakfast during our stay. Our experience was exceptional because of them. it was a nice experience. at the beginning we were waiting for a valet parking but there isn't any. and the available parking is not shaded. the room was booked for an anniversary celebrating but it was next to kid's room with a connected door, which was a bit noisy.

I tried eating in a restaurant for the Iftar buffet in Ramadan, and it was excellent.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Al Kout many times for work prior to COVID and returned for the first time in 2 years. I was very disappointed in the overall service. Upon arrival I was surprised to find they no longer offer valet parking. I was given a parking card and told to park in the mall parking garage. After circling the mall parking for 20 minutes and then walking through the mall back to the hotel I was finally able to check-in. When I asked why valet parking was no longer offered I was told it was “because of COVID”…. I found this explanation completely unacceptable since masks are optional in Kuwait and none of the staff were wearing masks. Furthermore, Al Kout Mall itself offers valet parking to mall customer. Hyatt Regency Al Kout used to be my favorite hotel for work in Kuwait but the service has completely gone downhill. Cost cutting measures for simple services such as valet parking just leave a terrible impression.

Very lovely hotel connected to Alkout Mall. Rooms are nice (some rooms are with sea views) nicely decorated, newly renovated, great service and staff. The only thing I did not like was the lack of valet parking, also no designated hotel parking space so guest have to use mall parkings and walk to their rooms through the mall.

It's a good hotel to stay in if you are on travel in Kuwait and have work in KOC n KNPC. Happening streets around the hotel and the mall next to the hotel lobby will keep you busy in the evening. A 20-30mins swim on the rooftop pool with a ocean view is not to be missed if u r here. In case you are on a leisure trip and have occasion to celebrate a nice romantic dinner by the pool also can be asked to arrange by the hotel. Overall I would say a happy experience I had staying at Hyatt Regency Al Kout. A tip: ask for the city view rooms. If not, you will end up in a room with the view of refinery from big french window.

Staff are amazing, special shout-out to Abdulmahsoub and Margarida. Rooms are clean with modern furniture. Access to mall is easy. Our room was on 2nd floor, the view was not good (we look at a wall!) Maybe higher floors have much better view
