A great place to stay in Kuwait, the rooms are excellent, and clean. The staff is great with a smiling face. You have a kitchen as well as dining table for two people in your room. A fridge and some utensils are present in kitchen drawers for your needs. The Marriott has excellent room service, and a good quality restaurant. They have a gym as well so you can't miss your workout if you are a maintaining your muscles and body. From the window you have an excellent view of nearby beach, and Kuwait towers are also visible.

I'm a titanium elite member and never had been greeted by the general manager. I felt like a celebrity. Delicious food. Perfect breakfast. Outstanding customer service. I'll love to stay for a month. It's a 5 star not a 3 star... Fantastic hotel staff !!!!

We hosted our best friends wedding shower here and we are glad that we chose this venue. A big thank you to Chef Jinesh & Chef Anto for the amazing buffet. And also thanks to James and Bipesh for their excellent service throughout the whole event. Had an amazing and memorable night!

This hotel is very 'ok'. The rooms are the best part as they are large, clean and have small kitchen facilities with fresh fruit. Downside is it appears to be in a construction site, outside had a strong sewerage odour, there was no bath in the rooms, no pool or leisure facilities, and the excessive security at the door was uncomfortable (but perhaps necessary, l don't know!) There are x-ray machines and staff at the entrance for each time you enter hotel and under the car/taxi is searched each time with mirrors. In all honesty, l would choose a different hotel next time if l was to return.

This hotel is really very good for long stays. Every room is a suite with full kitchen so you can really live there. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I think the only downside to this is that it doesn't have any proximity to any commercial or shopping facilities. This can be a plus if you already have a car and would then appreciate the peace and quiet neighborhood.

This hotel has gone above and beyond expectations by far. I initially thought it would be average 3 stars hotel but trust me it’s easily beaten 5 stars in so many aspects. The reception and welcoming was really nice. We got auto upgrade and very warm welcoming including welcoming snacks and personal letter written by the operation manager. Nicely located in middle of city and near to all min attractions. The room and all facilities are super clean and tidy. Equipped with all essentials. Room service is always few seconds away and with big smile at all times. Staff serving breakfast are just super amazing. So friendly, professional and accommodating. Even after check out, we did receive a call to check if everything went well and we have arrived home safe. We literally felt home among family during this stay. Highly recommended place !

This isn’t your typical Residence Inn like the ones in the States. The services are like 5 ⭐️’s very professional team here from the gate to the room service. Room is clean, perfect temperature, and good view. There’s parking in the basement and security. Breakfast is served in the room, 3 options, and your choice of how you want you eggs 🍳 saw the gym, steam room, and sauna room but never had time to try them 😅 for the price and location this hotel was definitely worth it

Clean and big room with small kitchen, the room has nice view of the sea. The operation manager made us feel home. He called me after check in to make sure that we were satisfied with the room. Thanks to everyone for keeping the hotel clean and organized.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, good facilities. And to top it all… the amazing staff at the front desk. Specially Mahfouz Elbana who has made sure we received a very comfortable and pleasant stay, gone above and beyond to make sure we are well accommodated. Additionally Rahul Ram, who has also been very efficient and professional in his service. The staff at the dining facilities are very friendly and customer oriented. Lovely breakfast too. I would highly recommend Residence Inn by Marriott, Kuwait to any guest looking for an amazing stay.

I was there for the breakfast (sheel coupon : 4.5 k.d ). The place is very small but clean quiet & cosy. The buffet is very poor. Not much choice. For example : the sweet is just cupcakes & mini croissants . What i liked is the service : excellent. The waiters are very helpful. For the same price THE MILLENIUM is much more interesting.

Very welcoming staff, friendly & helpful. Rooms are specious. Staff go the extra mile to make their customers happy and feel welcomed. They have special touch to assure they we are at home not at a hotel, like the personalized note that we saw when we entered the room.

Living in the US the Residence Inn brand is truly a 3-star experience. Typically sites are rundown and service is almost non existent. This property is truly refreshing. Super clean with bathrobes and slippers and massive contemporary bedrooms. The staff were super attentive and remembered my name which I’m only accustomed in 5-star resorts. This is probably the best in the world in its class. Or it should have a fourth star. Thank you Marriott team. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Nice place clean and elegant, wonderful food especially the tenderloin. Personnel is professional and kind, highly recommended. Remember to request the airport pick up and drop service, driver is great!

I can say it’s the best Hotel in Kuwait. They take care of everything from A-Z. Can you imagine that the room feels like your home! And everything is provided starting from the kitchen to the toilet. And the room is pretty big with a dining area and lovely couch. I’m in love with this hotel and everyone who’s working there are friendly and welcoming people with a lovely smile! ❤️ I would like to thank Chef Mohammed Ali and Alaa FathAllah for being very kind with us. Very clean and comfortable hotel.the breakfast is very good… staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and didn’t need anything from hair dryer to towels to kitchenette to room service food👌🏻. Highly recommended

This is a great hotel with some really nice views on the higher floors. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast options are delicious and include sugar-free homemade jams. I’ve stayed here twice and look forward to the next visit.

The hotel rate is 3 stars but in reality it's 5 stars hotel regards staff they treat you as your the only one in the hotel , the rooms are big and clean and the location is perfect. I will definitely go back and recommend it.

A very nice hotel. I made a visit from entering the hotel until the exit. They were very kind. The reception served you with whatever you wanted and a beautiful smile. The breakfast was very beautiful and cooked wonderfully.

Enjoyed my stay at the Marriott Residence Inn. The staff and the Manager were very courteous and helpful during my stay. In particular Rahul at the front desk was extremely supportive and helpful.

Have tried the buffet dinner from Blends Restaurant at Residence Inn. It's a small cozy restaurant is not crowded, It was a good buffet with good variety of food offered. From Salads, Soups to Main course to desserts... everything was good..

Excellent customer service along with great hospitality rendered by all staff particularly Ms. Niddihi and the gentleman of security and the Kenyan gentleman (porter) whose name we have missed. The airport drop off service provided by the hotel is extraordinary and highly appreciated. This hotel is highly recommended for those who are seeking luxury and comfort.
