Horrible, I guess people who gave 5 stars in their reviews are either the employees or people used to stay in a very low-class accommodations. My room was DELUXE KING GARDEN VIEW. I checked-out after 3 hours of checking-in. The reason is, food service and quality was below average, room decoration is too old-fashioned, feels like sleeping in a grave, cheap music was too loud, we booked there to chill and have some quiet moments, but we couldn't. I've never posted such comments in any social media platform, but I did now because I really had a bad experience and noticed the receptionist to deliver this message to whom is responsible. I can imagine what a foreigner can say if he come to Kuwait for a vacation and stayed in this place

The only good thing in the hotel, is the staff. They are very nice and helpful. Other wise the amenities are for 2 stars hotel, very old with no maintainance , location is too far of the town, chairs in restaurants are not clean. Not sure why this one is 5 stars.

I only dropped by to pray, but the whole vibe was awesome. It reminded of Twin Peaks and the aesthetic was like a Kuwaiti version of the shining. Visiting here is like going back to the 90’s and has given me the motivation to build a time machine to go back to the VHS rental shop I used to frequent as a kid in AlSalmiya.

The hotel has a vintage style on the inside and the location is not good for a vacation. The staff provided excellent service at all levels. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of selections. Inside the hotel was also a nice Italian restaurant with tasteful pizza’s

It was a great pleasure to be at a magnificent hotel such as Movenpick hotel Kuwait. The hotel was satisfying, the place was clean and friendly 24/7 reception. They have great outdoor swimming pool and special pool for kids which has slides. The only objection is that the hotel reminds me of NYC time square’s hotels, no matter what the hotel is luxury the construction is old. It clearly seen that the construction very old and got painted other than that everything else was perfect

Had a wonderful experience with my stay over here. I stayed from Sept 7 to 11, everyday Navid and other staff from room service took care with the food. Especially I want to take note the housekeeping was excellent each day (Ms Honey). Niyaz was also helpful with the airport drop and help with the bags. Thank you all for the dedication to your work.

Amazing location, has great Lebanese restaurant and has Shisha too. As the season is coming they are preparing the pool too. Room are also amazing. The piano caught my eyes and interior design is great

I’m staying 3 weeks in this hotel. Hotel is very average. Not easy excess. However Harny from House keeping department does a great job and my room is always spotless. Harny Refresh the room very nicely. Very Good job! Merry from Front Office was very helpful to find my pen when I lost in my laundry bag. Merry was very kind to follow up and return it back to my room! Great job !

My family and I are happy to have stayed here. I like the classic looked of our rooms. The food is delicious and portion. It is also clean. However, it is quite far from restaurants (though they have a great buffet) - as other options to go to and other places to hang out. But, the staffs are very accommodating!

We regularly dine-in at Movenpick, free trade zone, often for breakfast. The latter boasts a wide range of fresh food, including continental options that delight different nationalities. The service is of international standard, with special thanks to Mr Nelish a genuine professional and his colleagues Mme Mamilla, Mme Janina and Mme Joyce. The team is not only proactive and caring but also incredibly disciplined and welcoming, creating an environment that feels like a second home. However, we'd like to bring to your attention that the front facade of the hotel requires some much-needed repairs and a fresh coat of paint to match the high standard of hospitality provided.

It is always a pleasure to return to this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff ( Riyaz, one of the drivers, is a great asset to the hotel and does the service proud). Excellent facilities and very close to all main attractions and the city centre. Brilliant breakfast that caters for many different dietary requirements such as gluten free food and lactose-free milk. Highly recommended to both business and leisure travellers, very quiet location with plenty of car parking and close proximity to Kuwait International Airport.

I have stayed in this hotel for a few weeks for my business trip. And everything is perfect. The rooms are clean the breakfast and dinner are very good. And the customer service is perfect and especially misses Marry and mister Saqlain took really good care of me.

Very old style Hotel. Was told they had 3 or 4 restaurants on site. My family and I only went to the main one for breakfast. The rooms looked clean and the bathroom style was old but I'm good condition. The lobby was adequate and the parking in the front was sparse. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to my wife starting her special time of the month and my son got an insect bite on his eyes. The pool area looked great and the garden area we visited at night was very nice. Facilities near the hotel are non existent. Maybe 10+ years ago they had a fancy Villamoda store in the mall like area but it's very run down. There's plenty of potential here if the area gets but back up but nothing to do it see in the area. Price was fine for our 1 day trip. Thanks guys.

Old hotel with minimal choices of restaurant. Located in the industrial area and quite far from the areas of attractions and happenings. Peaceful ambiance, clean room and the staffs are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially the receptionists Ryzza and the one who checked us in (forgot her name). Food is great and has a wide variety, restaurant staffs are attentive and friendly.My wife just get a bit uncomfortable and intimidated when a male Receptionist Manager? ask us while hanging out on the terrace if which room we are staying. Overall it's a short good experience and i really commend the services of the staff, they are exceptional.

The staffs are all nice and friendly. We got a good upgrade of the room with the pool view😊.The room and bathroom are nice and clean. It has a nice ambience. The breakfast food is good just need a little more variety. They have good promotions online in terms of the rate of the room. Very affordable.

It was an amazing experience. We had a beautiful stay. Extraordinary staff and service. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. It was an awesome stay at the hotel. The reception was very nice and helpful when I checked in. Mr. Rome he help me change the room when I found there was something wrong with the AC in my room. He perfectly responded with all my requests during my stay. I really appreciate his help. There is a garden with a beautiful pool in the back of the hotel, nice view nice breakfast and a it was a really pleasant stay for me.

Me and my family enjoyed our 2D1N stay specially my daughter as she loves to swim.. We are welcomed with a nice and very accomodating staff. We are originally booked in a classic room with a garden view but Ms Adele and his Manager upgraded our room to a Delux with a pool view for free! How awesome is that?! We also ordered our dinner @Bay and everything was delish! Breakfast buffet made us very full as well. Will definitely come back and recommend. 😊

Ramadan menu was very bad. Disgusting food served on the pool where it was dusty and windy outside. Very bad management not to decide to move the food inside on emergency when weather is bad. Not worth the money at all. Cheap quality food.

This was our first time visiting Kuwait for vacation. We were not sure what to expect and we we were very pleased with the hospitality, very friendly hotel staff in every area of the hotel. I would like to give a very big thank you to Njeri for helping me surprise my wife on her birthday. Everything was perfect and topped any expectation I could have imagined. My wife was so touched by her birthday surprise. It will be impossible to top in the future. We would also like to mention our room service personnel that were very nice and keep our room straight daily (Hani, Nina, and Bisbha). We would also like to mention the pool attendant, which was so friendly. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. He was always making sure we had everything we needed while spending our day at the pool. The resturant staff is very attentive to everyone's needs. The food was excellent and had something for everyone's taste. The hotel has seen better days, but has not lost its charm. The hotel is 7 kilometers from city center, but excellent to relax and recharge your battery. The service at this hotel can not be topped. We will come back again next year!! The employees are nice, but the hotel itself needs maintenance, there are no dryclean or ironing services in the hotel, which is important for tourists, and the location is far little from markets.

So old, needs reconstruction and full restoration, especially for the furniture. It doesn't have this vibrant life that you see in any 4 stars hotel. They closed the buffet at the restaurant, they said due to covid-19!!! Seriously !??? The prices are to overrated, half glass orange juice costs kd3/-... Unbelievable. Clean, nice staff, available parking, prayer room. I wouldn't go again, it's not what i expected.

Honestly I would rate this a 0 if I can it is such a creepy and haunted looking hotel. Everything about it is unsettling I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, not even my worst enemy, please do not go , I have went and on my first visit there was only one worker and there was no light , it is the worst hotel I have ever been to and it’s unnecessarily expensive for such a bad service please do not go, this is a warning.

Very bad experience. This hotel should be a two-star hotels. Ok, lets start the review. The shower is not clean, there is yellow spots, and i have changed the room for that reason. The refrigerator is not working and doesnt have mini bar. The wifi cannot be connected, and they dont have any solution for wifi. The furniture is very very old. They dont provide basic things untill you call, for example i ask for toothbrush, iron and prayer matt. Finally, the location is not the best. Thank god i just booked one night at this hotel.

Very beautiful location, in the heart of Naples kuwait City Center. Amazing place, staff, hospitality, food, activities is just Wow!!! Tree chalet huge, panoramic view. This Bed and Breakfast is cured by a lovely family, the rooms are wonderfully maintained and furnished with taste and originality, mixing Antique with Modern. Room Keeping and Service are impeccable with Breakfast included, it was a very hard choice between the real Neapolitans Sfogliatelle and Croissants etc. A very pleasant person at the Bay's restaurant MR.NILESH he is doing Excellent service and politely nature . The only reason I gave it one star is bc it’s a decent ,has the basic stuff to be counted as a hotel . But other than that it’s really bad.like if you’re a person that prefers luxurious and 5 star looking hotels then this place isn’t for you . The place is gloomy and has had a rather creepy environment. The hotel is even in a bit so nice location , like it far away from all the malls at tourist locations.overall don’t recommend eBay so ever.

Exquisite! We found a relaxation, stress-free and quiet place for us to bond and to share quality time to one another. Surround by nature, scent of sea breeze and touch of experience of the culture. I personally recommend the receptionist who attend us, the housekeepers, waiters and staffs who accomodate us. They are very hospitable and received us with a smile. They are very courteous and hardworking. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

As a hotel in this specific area it is ok but not great. The hotel is gloomy and the restaurant's food is bad (clean but not very tasty) I highly recommend the same hotel chain but in Al-Bidaa area. This place needs a lot of improvements.
